Företagsförvärv har blivit en allt vanligare strategi för tillväxt hos företagen för att ta nya marknadsandelar och utöka sitt produktutbud. En allt vanligare problematik efter ett företagsförvärv är integrationen av ERP-system. Vårt syfte med studien är att öka företagens möjligheter att genomföra lyckade ERP-integreringar efter företagsförvärv. Genom att beskriva problematiken runt integrationer efter företagsförvärv, har vi identifierat utmaningar och föreslagit lösningar som kan öka företagens möjlighet att genomföra lyckade ERP-integreringar. Det har lett fram till problemformuleringen:Hur kan företag öka sina möjligheter att genomföra lyckade ERP-integreringar efter företagsförvärv?Vi har genomfört en kvalitativ undersökning där sex konsulter med tidigare erfarenheter från integrationsprojekt intervjuades.

Within special education, there is a big dilemma where some mean that school should include all pupils in the same school class, regardless of the students' needs for assistance, while others believe that students with special needs to be placed in small adapted groups where students have similar needs is to exclude pupils. While others argue that the inclusion can sometimes lead to exclusion. The aim is to investigate what meaning teachers and special education teachers gives the concept of inclusion in school and what consequences it entails in teaching. This study is based on a number of qualitative interviews of teachers and specialist teachers to obtain answer of the following questions.Has the concept of inclusion and integration the same significance and meaning according to those asked teachers, special educators and special educators?Which students should be included, according to those asked teachers, special teachers and special teachers?What is required to work from an inclusive perspective, according to the asked teachers, special teachers and special teachers?Perceive the asked teacher, special educators and special teachers some disadvantages of inclusion?Which students receive special education instruction in the schools were asked?Do the asked teacher, special educators and special teachers think that there is a school for all?The results of this study is that teachers and special instructors have difficulty indistinguishing the concepts and that they puts the same emphasis on inclusion as the integration, the students must adapt to school and not vice versa.

The aim of this Master Thesis is to examine how the national intranet at Nordea serves the organisation as a channel of information and communication. The intranets of today, have partially or completely come to replace other channels of information within larger organisations, and the intranet has become an increasingly important issue to the communicational process of organisations. To address the problem stated, qualitative interviews was accomplished with several employees at a department at Nordea. The achieved result reflects how the intranet supports variable everyday end-user situations. The result shows an intranet that is sparsely used in comparison to other channels of communication such as colleagues.

The accounting information system comprises budgeting, accounting, and costing. The accounting information system has, traditionally, constituted an integrated system where the different elements collaborate. If ABC is introduced this order is disturbed, since ABC is based on another logic which cannot easily be integrated with budget and accounting. ABC, therefore, is usually used parallely to the conventional costing method. There are, however, companies that have taken its ABC one step further by letting it replace the old costing model and integrate it with the accounting information system.

This Master thesis studies how a diversified institutional care organisation can optimise its collective knowledge resources so to manage and distribute this knowledge to different parts of the organisation with help of the organisations intranet. The purpose of the study is to examine if knowledge management and the organisations intranet can be used to create, store, transfer and better use the knowledge within the organisation. Through a case study the thesis will look at different knowledge processes and their relation to the organisations intranet. The case study includes a questionnaire for the whole organisation and qualitative interviews with seven persons from different levels of the organisation. The theoretical framework of the study approaches knowledge management and intranet through four knowledge processes.

Planerare har stor del i att utforma det offentliga rummet i dagens städer, och yrkeskåren är långt ifrån representativ när det gäller variation av ursprung och social grupptillhörighet. Det här arbetet behandlar därför involveringen av stadens invånare genom medborgardialog. Målet med uppsatsen är att problematisera tänkandet kring medborgardialog och ifrågasätta planerarens ansvar utifrån ett demokratiskt perspektiv. Syftet är att uppsatsen skall fungera som ett personligt utvecklande underlag för fortsatt diskussion kring medborgardialog med fokus på exkludering av vissa grupper av människor, i det här fallet personer med invandrarbakgrund. Uppsatsens första del är inventerande och ligger till grund för de resterande delarna genom att berätta om vad regelverk och styrdokument säger om medborgardialog. Den andra delen tar upp medborgardialogens kritiska aspekter utifrån ett mer generellt synsätt.

Bakgrund och Problem: Det har visat sig att en gemensam nämnare bland de bakomliggande orsakerna till den senaste finanskrisen var bristande intern kontroll. Det var även en av orsakerna till att en svensk bank i augusti år 2010 gick i konkurs och det kan ses som högst oväntat med tanke på de utvecklade regler, ramverk och granskningar som finns för de svenska bankerna idag. För att den interna kontrollen i ett företag ska fungera väl måste den integreras i hela verksamheten. I dagsläget finns det tecken på att det råder en lucka mellan den interna kontroll som styrelse vill uppnå och den som når fram till medarbetarna i banken.Syfte: Uppsatsens syfte är att studera hur de fyra svenska storbankerna arbetar med intern kontroll idag samt analysera kommunikationen och integrationen av den interna kontrollen i verksamheten. Vidare vill vi bidra till en insikt om hur intern kontroll integreras och blir en del av det dagliga arbetet i banken.Metod/Empiri: Då studien undersöker hur kommunikationen och integrationen av intern kontroll ser ut i de svenska storbankerna, ansågs en enbart kvalitativ metod med intervjuer av personer som aktivt arbetar med intern kontroll inte vara tillräckligt.

A zoonosis is a disease or infection that is naturally transmitted between vertebrate animals and humans. The majority of infectious diseases that affect humans are zoonoses. Environments where wild animals, domestic animals and humans live in close proximity with no or small boundaries in the ecological system favor the transmission of diseases between animals and humans. The above described situation is more common in low income countries, where humans and animals live in high density and zoonoses are generally more common. The study was conducted in Cambodia.

This thesis deals with the supranational organization of European trade unions. The European trade union movement is, via its umbrella organization the ETUC, an institutionalized social partner within the European Union. The ETUC is a very diverse organization with great potential of conflicting interest among its members. This thesis therefore seeks to explore the dynamics and interest heterogeneity of the ETUC. Drawing on previous research and literature it formulates a number of hypothesises to test what variables that influence the member organizations policy preferences (i.e.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att belysa hur afghanska kvinnor upplever sitt liv i Sverige och hur de ser på sin tillvaro och delaktighet i det svenska samhället. Uppsatsen avgränsas till kvinnor med afghansk bakgrund som invandrat till Sverige sedan 2000-talet. Utifrån deras egna perspektiv, vill jag undersöka hur de ser på sin tillvaro, på sitt liv och på sin delaktighet i det svenska samhället. Vidare belyser uppsatsen vad betyder sociala nätverk och sociala relationer för dem? Vilken strategi har de för att komma in i det svenska samhället? Hur upplever de den nya identiteten och de nya värderingarna i det nya samhället? Utifrån respondenternas synvinkel har jag försökt att svara på de ovannämnda frågorna.

During 40 years of industrial production, from the end of the 1890?s until the end of 1930?s, coal and wood distillation products were manufactured in AB Carbo?s tar factory along the River Gimån in Grötingen, in the county of Jämtland, Sweden. In accordance with the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency?s Methods for Inventories of contaminated sites, MIFO, the site in Grötingen has been identified as a potentially contaminated site. In order to determine whether toxic substances pose a threat to human health and ecological systems in the area, there was a need to investigate the presence of contaminants, their levels and potential for migration.

På BAE Systems Hägglunds i Örnsköldsvik konstrueras och produceras bandfordonet CV90. För att kunna framföra fordonet i varierande terrängförhållanden sitter en bandspänningscylinder monterad mot ett spännhjul som gör att bandspänningen kan justeras. Vid tuffa terrängförhållanden önskar man kunna öka spänningen på bandet och vid enklare terrängförhållanden vill man kunna minska spänningen. Bandspänningscylindern sitter för närvarande monterad parallellt med golvet under stolarna inne i stridsrummet på CV90. Detta är inte optimalt då det finns risk att cylindern, vid påkörning av t.ex. en mina eller IED (Improvised Explosive Device), slår in i stridsrummet och utgör på så sätt en skaderisk för besättningen.

By reading earlier research on Generation Y, content marketing and on social media during the working process the problem has gradually changed, in accordance with an abductive research approach. The study focus has developed from examine marketing methods on marketing towards Generation Y to include on what social media platform Generation Y is most susceptible for content marketing.The purpose of this study is to help companies whose target market is Generation Y to aim their content marketing through the right distribution channels, to save time and money. To meet this objective and to answer the main question of this study, empirical data was collected through a web based, quantitative survey which was completed by a total of 301 respondents, all of them belonging to Generation Y. The collected quantitative data was contrasted with existing theory and was analysed.The study concluded that Facebook is the social media channel where Generation Y feel most susceptible for content marketing, followed by YouTube. .

Sweden is in the initial phase of forming a national forest programme (nfp). The establishment of an nfp has been evoked by international policy developments and a national debate questioning Swedish forestry and forest policy. National forest programmes are participatory processes for the development and implementation of forest-related policies and international commitments. Hence, the aim of this master thesis is to assess the stakeholders? acceptance of participation and integration of international issues within the Swedish national forest programme.

The education in Swedish schools today should be for all children. This means that even if a pupil has reading and writing disabilities the education should be in the classroom with the rest of the pupils. The education should include every one.The aim of my study was to investigate the education with pupils that have reading and writing disabilities. I wanted to get a deeper knowledge about working methods that are used for pupils with these problems.In my study I have used qualitative research methods. I have used group interviews and observational studies.
