Burnt Spine-cap Sárcodon fuligíneovioláceus are one the most endangered mycorrhizal fungal species in Europe. They have their main distribution in Sweden. It form mycorrhiza with pine and dependent on limestone, which makes it connected to a rare environment. It has therefore been important to study the ecology of it further and to recognise the requirement it has on the environment more accurate and what it need to establish in a new area. In this study, 31 of 34 known sites in Sweden was visited and studied in field and their history analysed through aerial photographs.

The upper secondary school 2011 (Gy 2011) was a reform which created large changes in the Swedish educational system. One of the major changes was the requirement of certification for sport schools. Schools in Sweden have historically used sports in their marketing, this opportunity was impaired by the reform. This thesis aims to investigate how brands are applied on webpages of sport schools that are certified in football and/or cross-country skiing. Content analysis was used as method of data collection.

Background: At this present moment, one of the largest changes in the Swedish employment market is occurring, as the people born in the 1940's are retiring. The Generation Y, people born in the 1980's, will enter. Will this have an affect on motivation and leadership, and in that case, in what way Aim: The purpose of this essay is to investigate whether or not Generation Y (born in the 1980's) has an effect on the perceptions on how to lead and motivate employees. Based on research and our empirical results from qualitative interviews at one of Sweden's largest banks, our research questions are:1. Are executives' and employees' perceptions regarding Generation Y in line with previous research 2.

With rising energy prices and the threat of climate change, energy costs and energy savings havebecome a central and important part in building. Therefore it is interesting to explore different andnon-conventional methods of energy conservation. Building Earth sheltered houses is such a method.Earth provides good insulation and provides the ability to both reduce the total heating needs and toreduce the maximum power demand. The aim of this study was to construct a house in Malmö and seeif Earth sheltered houses can be a cost effective alternative for the construction of sustainable andenergy-efficient houses.Previous studies have shown that Earth sheltered houses have reduced their power requirement with upto 25% and their use of energy with 10%. Numerical calculations in Comsol Multiphysic 4.2, wasperformed on a house with different degrees of earth covering.

Today the school is a given place for preventing social problems. The school struggles continuously to live up to the expectations of balancing preventive social work with pedagogy in a satisfactory way.The purpose of this essay is to get a picture of priorities of social work in school. I want to know what it is that affects and controls the principal's decision about what kind of social project they will accept and be a part of.This essay shows that only one of the eleven principals interviewed apply projects based on evidence when they decide about participation in a social project. Instead, the decisions are based on references from other schools. The reason why the principals do not base their judgement on projects which are based on evidence is because they consider the search for results too time consuming.When there is no requirement that a certain part of the social work in a school must be based on evidence, it leads to the children taking part in different social projects which we can not guarantee are good for them.One solution can be to guide the principals through a national social teachingplan, which can assure that social work based on evidence are being applied in the municipality schools as well as the independent schools..

Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka om och varför Sverige bör ingå skatteavtal med afrikanska utvecklingsländer. Sverige är medlem i OECD och har en lång tradition av skatteavtal framför allt gentemot andra industrialiserade länder. Afrikanska utvecklingsländer däremot har inte ett lika utvecklat skattesystem eller konkurrenskraftigt skatteavtalsnät och har andra förutsättningar än Sverige på den globala marknaden. Frågan om varför skatteavtal behövs mellan Sverige och afrikanska u-länder ska belysas genom dessa två vitt skilda perspektiv och utgångspunkter. Jag ifrågasätter även vilka incitament afrikanska stater har för att ingå skatteavtal med Sverige.

För knappt ett år sedan fann Norges högsta domstol i ett uppmärksammat pleniavgörande att DNB Bank hade ingått ett oskäligt investeringsavtal med småspararen Røeggen. Domen är intressant för svenskt vidkommande i förhållande till både oskälighetsbedömningen och valet av rättsföljd. Syftet med uppsatsen är att utifrån ett praktiskt perspektiv analysera oskälighetsbedömningen och innebörden av ogiltighet enligt 36 § avtalslagen. Det sker genom en utredning av den oskälighetsbedömning som leder fram till att ett avtal ogiltigförklaras. Vidare företas en analys av ogiltighetens rättsverkningar.

Mitt syfte med uppsatsen är att beskriva kriterierna för begreppet royalty, och att beskriva hur royalty är reglerat i Sveriges dubbelbeskattningsavtal med olika länder. Detta realiseras med hjälp av frågeställningarna i min problemformulering. I dagligt tal förknippas royalty ofta med ersättning som utgår till artister och låtskrivare för att någon har nyttjat deras konstnärliga verk. Men i och med att royalty inte är definierad i lagtexten, finns det otydligheter kring vad som ger royalty. I rättsfallen som undersöktes fann jag att ett av kriterierna för royalty är att ersättningen i princip utgår med varierande belopp, t.ex.

När en god tjänstekvalitet har uppnåtts kan detta leda till en viss tillfredsställelse hos kunden. Denna tillfredsställelse är en känsla som kunden får efter att tjänsten har levererats vilket visar till vilken grad kundens förväntningar är uppfyllda. För att besvara undersökningens syfte, vilka kriterier som påverkar kundtillfredsställelsen, utformades en enkät utifrån Grönroos (2002) sju kriterier för god tjänstekvalitet. Denna enkät delades ut till kunderna i Handelsbanken Västerås City under begränsad tid. Undersökningen visar att sambandet mellan ?Rykte och trovärdighet? och ?Kundtillfredsställelse? är starkt.

En förändring i skattelagstiftningen år 2007 medförde att den tidigare avdragsrätten för räntekostnader på lån som bostadsrättsföreningar hade togs bort. Den slopade avdragsrätten medförde således en högre räntekostnad vilken belastade bostadsrättsmedlemmarna med en högre boendekostnad. Genom en omstrukturering av lånet från föreningen till medlemmarna privat, kallat kapitaltillskott, återfås avdragsrätten för räntekostnader vilket resulterar i en lägre boendekostnad. Genom två pilotintervjuer med branschverksamma från en bank och en mäklarbyrå som hölls i ett tidigt skede av uppsatsarbetet framkom att kapitaltillskott sällan genomfördes. Från pilotintervjuerna framkom även tänkbara faktorer som kunde påverka beslut i frågan.

Kovenanter ett amerikanskt fenomen som successivt har spridit sig över världen. I Sverige börjades olika typ av kovenanter användas under 1960-talet som kreditvillkor vid företagsfinansiering. Men även om kovenanter blivit ett vanligt verktyg inom den svenska kreditverksamheten sedan 1960-talet, finns det fortfarande bristande kunskaper om dess praktiska användande. Denna studies syfte är att utforska hur bankers användning av kovenanter i låneavtal påverkas av företagsspecifika, relationsspecifika, lånespecifika och andra faktorer. Studien är inriktad till att studera svenska bankernas användning av kovenanter vid företagskreditgivning och kommer därför inte att behandla privat och offentlig sektor.  Studiens ansats är abduktiv, som möjliggör en växling mellan teori och empiri.

Too high levels of noise lead to various health problems and cost society billions of SEK peryear. In this thesis we have examined a model of the A40E articulated hauler at VolvoConstruction Equipment in Braås. We have tried to reduce cabin noise in an articulated hauler,while also providing a way on how to proceed with a machine when the cabin does not measureup to the sound requirement. The best way to find leaks were with a reference source of model4205 and its speaker HP 1001 from Brüel & Kjaer in the cab and then walk around and listen towhere the reference source was more prominent. In this way, we found that the edges and theplugs were sensitive areas.

Companies need to receive feedback in order to understand how they should adjust to shifting demands in the market. This study focuses on the Mystery Shopping process and the information it provides. Through qualitative interviews information was gathered which identifies Mystery Shopping as an approach where companies actively seek information withthe help of anonymous ?shoppers?. This method is compared to other research methods in order to identify the characteristics of Mystery Shopping.

The survey takes its starting point in a critical evaluation of recent phenomenological approaches to rock art in landscape studies, foremost the works of Chris Tilley. The purpose is to present a phenomenological theory, based on the philosophy of Maurice Merleau-Ponty, which includes both motives, places and landscapes in a holistic interpretation. Bronze age rock art around Motala ström and the city of Norrköping is used to exemplify the theoretical discussion. When presenting the framework, emphasis is being laid on the bodily experience of rock art and place through the process of phenomenological intersubjectivity..

The automotive industry is increasingly studying lightweight solution in their designs, also rational production and low costs in materials and manufacturing methods are of great interest. This thesis consisted in the practical evaluation of anchors for sandwich panels. The object was to study loads of shearing and pull out of the plane. The experiments were carried out on panels made up of 1mm aluminium coatings and 50mm extruded polystyrene (XPS) at its core. As the fasteners used simple methods such as blind rivets, screw and glue.
