Styrelsestorlek ? en studie kring styrelsestorlekens utveckling och betydelse i publika bolag
Denna uppsats kartlägger de centrala faktorerna som påverkar styrelsens storlek i noterade större bolag.Ett flertal variabler har identifierats som centrala för styrelsestorleken. De främsta faktorerna är ökat intresse för styrelsens funktion bland allmänheten, ökad opinion kring mångfald i styrelsen samt förändring av styrelsens funktion.

Vi har i vår uppsats undersökt de interna intressenternas betydelse vid varumärkning av en stad. För att utreda vårt syfte har vi valt att använda oss av en kvalitativ metod i form av en fallstudie där vi studerat Kristianstads profilering. Vi har dragit slutsatserna att de interna intressenterna är avgörande för att en lyckad varumärkning ska kunna äga rum. Vi har identifierat två kristiska faktorer för att få de interna intressenternas stöd, dessa är delaktighet och förankringsarbete..

The aim of this study was to investigate and describe perceptions about internal communication, primarily focusing on communication about strategies and goals.
Svensk Kod för Bolagsstyrning - Hur påverkas revisorn?
The first version of the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance was published year 2004, by the code group, Kollegiet, after a mission from the Swedish government. The Code consists a collection of rules and standards about corporate governance and internal control, and the first version was intended to include incorporated limited companies on Stockholm?s alpha stocks, and also listed companies with a stock market value over three thousand million Swedish kronor. Now a few years have passed, and in July 2008 a new, revised version of the Code was implemented, now simplified and shorted, with the intention to include all joint-stock companies in Sweden. The Code contains rules about for example ownership, management commitments, annual stockholders meetings, and the accountant. This study intends to, with a qualitative research approach and an inductive reasoning, through studies of empirics in the subject, review whether the accountant?s profession has been influenced by the Code.

Barriers to Provide Cross Border Services/Case Study Nordea
There is an increase of financial integration, which can be seen in recent mergers of banks, financial institutions etc. in the European Union especially in the Nordic countries. However there are some weaknesses in providing consumers cross border services in the sector of banking, such as cross border bank account transfer of payments. The existing transaction costs do not encourage cross border services. Nevertheless a customer of a global or European bank can anticipate to be treated the same way in all of its branch offices inside the EU countries.
Drivet bakom klivet - en studie av drivkrafterna bakom steget från näringsliv till ideell sektor
The Swedish nonprofit sector is experiencing a sectoral change, moving closer to the corporate sector to become more commercialized. The recruitment of leaders with corporate experience constitutes one of the factors influencing this development. Hence, to create an understanding of this sectoral change, the thesis aims to investigate the motivational forces underlying the leaders' decisions to work within the nonprofit sector. Additionally, the thesis seeks an understanding of why the leaders' decisions were made later in their careers. Through conducting qualitative interviews with leaders representing top management of six humanitarian organizations in Sweden, the study finds that nonprofit leaders with corporate background, analogous to volunteers and employees, are motivated by a sense of relatedness to the vision of the organization.

The pandemic has led to significant changes in work processes and office environments as operations shifted to remote work. The purpose of this report is to investigate the impact of remote work on corporate culture and its potential advantages and disadvantages. Additionally, the report aims to analyze how corporate culture currently looks, considering the potential presence and adaptation to hybrid work. Based on a multi-case

Background and problem: Corporate Governance is a well-known phenomenon which has been the focus of plenty of research where the board of directors and the CEO have been regarded as important actors. What's affecting decisions regarding these actors has been debated whereas media has been pointed out of having an impact. To decide whether or not media can affect Corporate Governance have shown to be problematic whereas it exists divergent views regarding this. At the same time this relationship is more explored in other contexts than the swedish one, although this one is considered suitable for this. Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka hur företag använder celebrity endorsers i sina marknadsföringsstrategier. Vi valde att studera detta genom att välja tre svenska idrottsstjärnor i form av Susanna Kallur, Carolina Klüft och Kajsa Bergqvist. Vidare undersöker vi strategierna med hjälp av följande företag; AXA, HTH och V6. Valet av företag gjorde vi utifrån att de tre företagen med respektive atlet, är verksamma inom helt skilda branscher. För att få en ökad förståelse för användningen av celebriteter i marknadsföringsstrategier är uppsatsen utformad som en kvalitativ studie.
