BakgrundUnder de senaste åren har en rad bolagsskandaler uppdagats, vilket har intensifierat diskussionerna kring corporate governance- och revisionsrelaterade frågor. I Sverige ska revisorn granska såväl bolagets årsredovisning och bokföring som styrelsens och verkställande direktörens förvaltning. Det lagstadgade kravet att granska förvaltningen av bolaget återfinns inte i något annat land, med undantag av Finland. Vilken innebörd förvaltningsrevisionen har är dock inte tydligt definierad i lagen och frågan är även huruvida den svenska förvaltningsrevisionen har någon framtid i den alltmer internationaliserade värld som revisorn arbetar i.SyfteUppsatsens syfte är att beskriva och analysera den svenskaförvaltningsrevisionens innebörd, de historiska orsakerna till varförförvaltningsrevisionen ser ut som den gör idag samt utreda vilken framtid den går till mötes. Inom ramen för syftet kommer följande frågor att besvaras:· Vilka är de historiska orsakerna inom revisionsområdet till varför det idag hör till den svenska revisorns uppgifter att granska företagets förvaltning och vilken innebörd har förvaltningsrevisionen?· Hur kan EU:s harmoniseringsarbete inom såväl revisions- som corporate governance-området komma att påverka den svenska förvaltningsrevisionens framtid?GenomförandeStudien har genomförts med hjälp av 10 stycken expertintervjuer med såväl svenska som utländska respondenter, samt en enkätundersökning utskickad till 73 stycken godkända eller auktoriserade revisorer i Linköping och Stockholm.ResultatDen svenska förvaltningsrevisionen har en stark tradition och har formats genom ett antal tydliga ställningstaganden, där Sverige exempelvis har tagit avstånd från införandet av ytterligare ett kontrollorgan i corporate governance-strukturen.

The study´s purpose is to identify how their communication affects their brand. The study will be made trough the perspective image, the values and associations which the target audience have about the County Council. The study has two question formulations: Which parts in the County Council's communication affect their brand? How does the residents in Värmland's image about County Council's look like? The study is based in Balmers 6C's of Corporate Marketing. There´s also some organizational communication added  to the study.The two methods has been used in the study, qantitative survey's and qualitative interviews.

Problem: In society of today corporate competence is an important factor for survivor and development. IT is developing rapidly and can not be ignored by companies. Then need for people with IT-competence is conquent increasing. A survey of corporate IT-competence is therefore of interest for companies as well as for local authorities. To determine the IT competence within an organisation, this competence has to be measurable.

The aim of this study was to describe and analyze the participation of immigrant organizations to the partnerships in the Equal program in Sweden. The focus of the study was on the significance of the participation for the organizations and its impact on them. The point of view of the participant organizations has been object of study through interviews with the persons who, on behalf of the organizations, have been in charge for the work with Equal. Interviews have been conducted with people representing 10 of the 21 immigrant organizations that have been identified among the Swedish Equal partners. Many organizations have experienced that the participation has strengthen the awareness of target groups about their needs and their possibilities.

Purpose: The purposes of the current study were to investigate whether there were any differences in the perceptual ability between professional and non-professional ice-hockey players and whether professional players are better at distinguishing, paying attention to and concentrating on what is important during intense physical activity. Method: Twenty male ice-hockey players (10 from both the Swedish first and third divisions) participated in the study. Wingate test were used for physiological measurements while three psychological tests were presented in front of the participants. Stroop, Flanker and Fast counting tests were used to measure perceptual and coping abilities during intense physical activity and the differences between the two groups. Results: Fast counting and Flanker word 2 tests showed a significant difference between the two groups, whereby the professional groups was faster and more accurate than the non-professional group in answering.

Fallstudie: Swedbank Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka hur ett varumärke kan framställas inom tre olika kontexter. Denna studie kommer att fokuseras kring aktörerna företag och konsument inom den interna företagsmiljön samt den fysiska och virtuella tjänstemiljön.Metod: Studien utgår från en etnografisk metod, där vi studerar och deltar i olika miljöer. För att erhålla datainsamling utfördes intervjuer, observationer samt dokumentanalys. Teoretisk referensram: Vi kritiserar traditionella brand management teorier kring företagets roll vid varumärkesskapande. Vi presenterar istället brand consumptions teorierna, eftersom dessa framhäver att varumärke skapas utav fler aktörer.

Det har blivit allt viktigare fo?r fo?retag att arbeta med CSR, Corporate Social Responsibility, och da?rmed ta ansvar fo?r sin pa?verkan pa? samha?llet. Ma?nga fo?retag har dock inte kunskapen eller erfarenheten att arbeta strategiskt med dessa fra?gor utan a?gnar sig mer a?t va?lgo?renhets- arbete. Denna uppsats a?mnar ge nya perspektiv pa? hur fo?retag kan a?gna sig a?t CSR, genom att studera arbetet i Swedbank.

Twenty-four calves, which had not grazed previously, were divided into four groups. They were subsequently inoculated orally with either E. alabamensis oocysts, O.ostertagi/C. oncophora larvae, or both. One group remained uninfected and was used as a control.

This bachelor thesis is titled Who is an extremist?  - A qualitative content analysis of the agglutination of right- and left-wing groups and is written by Måns Hoffsten within the discipline of political science. This essay aims to illuminate in which way the Swedish government has tackled extreme forms of left-wing and right-wing activism during the period 1980 ? 2013. By looking at how governmental policy-suggestions and reports concerning extremism are formulated during this period this essay explores when and how the two groups first started to become a part of the same problem-representation and on what premises this is built.

AbstractThe purpose of this theses is to compare three different political groups, The IRA, The Baader-Meinhof group and the Al Qaida, who have all used terroristic methods to achieve their separate goals.By finding out about their history, goals, structures and methods I have made a comparison to see what joins them, what separates them, what originated the birth of their movements and how they can or could proceed with their violent actions to the point that they had actual impact on international politics.It has all been done through a litteraturebased study.My focuse has been on Al Qaida since it's is the only one of the three who is still active today and who, through its cellstructure, represents a new form of global terrorism that may have great influence on the structural patterns of other political groups and criminal organizations in the future.Key words:Al QaidaBaader-MeinhofIRATerrorismCellstructure.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) är det arbete som företag åtar sig utöver den lagliga skyldigheten och innefattar bland annat arbete med miljö och samhälle. Fenomenet har framförallt undersökts i större företag i och med deras stora inverkan på omgivningen. I små och medelstora företag (vidare kallat SMEs) är CSR-arbetet inte lika väl utforskat. Syftet med detta arbete är att utforska hur och varför SMEs i Sverige, med fokus på enmans- och mikroföretag i Uppsala, arbetar internt med CSR-relaterade aktiviteter. Genom intervjuer undersöker studien huruvida femton enmans- och mikroföretag i detaljhandeln arbetar med CSR inom kategorierna välgörenhet, samhället, miljön samt leverantörer.

AbstractThis study examines factors in school that could contribute to or counteract the experience of inclusion of persons who have been diagnosed in the field of autism spectrum disorder. The information was gathered through qualitative interviews and processed to be presented in the results.The results show that respondents found it difficult to concentrate when in school because of the environment. They experienced no coherence in learning situations, they may not get answer as to why information should be carried out and saw no point to have breaks. Furthermore, they experienced no problems to orientate in school or to follow the schedule. The results also revealed that the respondents had at least one teacher with whom they felt that the relationship was positive.

The purpose of this paper is to test a procedure that would be useful for a certain, more final purpose. Assume that you want to know if the differences in the result of a certain effort in health care have any connection with differences between the life situations of the patients. This would be easier to investigate if the life situations of the patients had connection to the easily available variable Health Care Cost (in Swedish VK). In that case the searching for connections between VK of patient groups and the result of health care efforts would be sufficient to gain knowledge of possible connection between health care efforts and life situations. Thus that is the final purpose.

The purpose of this work is to find out what female students think about Skogsmästarprogrammet (Forest Management ? Bachelor?s Programme) at the Swedish University of Agriculture. The programme has existed since 1945 and in total over the years 1974 - 2007 about 10 % females have been studying at the programme. Today 15 % of the students are women, and the goal is to reach at least 30 %. The central question in the present work is to investigate how it is possible to increase the proportion of women.

I takt med globalisering och samhällstrender har det blivit allt viktigare för företagen att ta ett bredare ansvar för sitt agerande. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) innefattar ekonomiskt, legalt, etiskt samt filantropiskt ansvar och innebär för företagen ett arbete som bygger på lagar, egna initiativ och intressenters förväntningar. Att vara bra på något är också att vara bra på att förmedla det, att kunna kommunicera sitt CSR-arbete. Ämnen som transparens, strategi och förmåga att skicka rätt information genom rätt medium till rätt mottagare är vitala. Rapportens avsikt är att beskriva och skapa förståelse för hur ett detaljhandelsföretag kommunicerar sitt CSR-arbete på ett fördelaktigt sätt.
