Problemområde: Vi kan idag se en tydlig tendens att många företag går samman i nära samarbete eller fusioneras. Det är också många av dessa fusioner som misslyckas. Ett vanligt argument för att förklara ett misslyckande är den integrationsproblematik som uppstår efter en fusion. Vi har intresserat oss för vad som döljer sig bakom denna problematik och hur man på ett bättre sätt ska kunna förstå integrationen mellan två kunskapsföretag. Syfte: Hur tar sig identitetsskapande hos medarbetarna i CBAH i uttryck vid integrationsprocessen med BAH? Metod: Vi har utgått från ett uttolkande paradigm där forskningsdesignen varit kvalitativ med ett aktörs- och förståelseinriktat synsätt.

AbstractDet har i ett antal internationella undersökningar framkommit att HBT- personer har sämre hälsa än heterosexuella. I den förbindelsen har syftet med denna uppsats varit att diskutera kring vilka åtgärder som är möjliga för att förändra denna ohälsa, där jag har koncentrerat mig på särlösning kontra integrationsteorier. Jag har inriktat mig på lesbiska och bisexuella kvinnor inom HBT- området. Med hjälp av Nancy Fraser och Iris Marion Youngs teorier om erkännande eller omfördelning diskuteras särlösningen och integreringens fördelar och nackdelar. Problemet är att det vid särlösningar finns en risk för att lesbiska och bisexuella kvinnor fasthålls i sin marginalisering och att det inte arbetas med roten till problemet.

The purpose of this qualitative study has been; how social bonds are interlaced between the social worlds contained within the analytical division of ?outside Internet? and ?within Internet?. What happens with the social bond as the individual oscillate between this analytic bisection? This purpose raises important questions of the use of Internet in everyday life.A new stance is taken toward studying the Internets integration into everyday life. The focus is adjusted to the importance of emotions.

The purpose of this thesis is to research public librarians view ofthe public library as a meeting place and how it may contribute tofacilitate social integration. To study this we have asked thefollowing research questions: How do public librarians work withthe public library as a meeting place? And how do they contributeconditions for ?soft inclusion??The method we have used for this study is semi-structuredinterviews. Seven public librarians from the Gothenburg areawere interviewed and the empirical material was analyzed usingqualitative content analysis.As a theoretical foundation we have used Dorte Skot-Hansensmodel of the public library as a third place and Mikael Stigendalstheory on social inclusion. Furthermore have we used research onthe public library as a meeting place and social integration as acomplement to the model and the theory.Conclusions from the material gathered is that public librarianssee the public library as a meeting place with potential tocontribute to integrating individuals and groups with one another.The librarians? foremost method was to attract visitors withactivities aimed at certain target groups.

Vi har i denna studie undersökt om estetiska arbetsmetoder fungerar som ett sätt att främja socialisation och integration samt stärka självkänsla och identitet. Som en teoretisk bakgrund har vi skrivit om vad olika forskare och lärare samt läroplanerna anser om estetiska arbetsmetoder och vilka effekter dessa har för människor. Vi har därefter tagit upp ämnena socialisation och identitet ur olika synvinklar. I resultatdelen har vi beskrivit några olika projekt som arbetar med estetiska arbetsmetoder för människor med rötter i andra länder och kulturer. Förutom att studera litteratur har vi genomfört observationer och intervjuer på några olika projekt och föreningar som arbetar med integration på olika sätt.

This paper argues that the food industry in general and the one taking place in Scania in particular, are disregarded in the official management of industrial preservation carried out in Sweden today. Despite the articulated ambition of a cultural heritage that as many as possible could identify with, the practice tend to create an industrial heritage based on stereotype ideas about the landscape in Sweden and the characteristics of industry. The way the open land of Scania differs from the traditional image of the appearance of Sweden, is used as one possible way to explain why the food industries of Scania are overseen in the management of industrial heritage. It is also argued that the high number of female employees might bee a reason why the food industries in general are given low priority in the practice of cultural heritage. By putting the Findus pea industry and the cultivated landscape that provides the factory with primary products against the official criteria for industrial memories, it is examined what values for preservation the food industry contain..

Möjligheten att använda sig av olika leverantörer för olika moduler ställer högre krav på integration. Ett produktionssystem måste kunna kommunicera med företagets faktureringssystem. Bristande flexibilitet kan försvåra företags möjligheter att använda sig av den modul som är bäst lämpad till uppgiften. It appears from today's debate about the quality of social work and addiction treatment that largely focuses on the impact of recent various interventions in the hope of being able to alter social work's role in society and also the organizational structure. The debate points to a part of the 1970s social welfare debate. Today's aspirations to establish an evidence-based practice can hardly be expected to solve the social services basic dilemmas is that it always have to do something, despite the many times you cannot get clear instructions on which funds should be used by law or science. Even if you follow the rules and practices based on scientific studies should the importance of various key initiatives to remedy deficiencies in social service work with addicts in large part depend on how, in these initiatives define the term "evidence-based practice" and what steps will be indicated for to develop practice. My starting point was to explore how evidence-based social work in connection with medication-assisted treatment for opiate addiction look, which evidence-based interventions Social Services currently uses in connection with medication-assisted treatment for opiate addiction, as well as how to work with it in the ordinary course of business. The study showed that social services have become better at using these methods in recent years and that today there are more tools available than before.

Vattenavvisning och smutsavvisning är två egenskaper hos textila produkter som idag eftertraktas av konsumenter. En ämnesgrupp som är direkt relaterad till ovan nämnda egenskaper är fluorkarboner. Ibland förs fluorkarboner på en redan färdigtillverkad textilvara genom impregnering, laminering eller beläggning. Polymeren PTFE, polytetrafluoreten, används inom textil beläggning och som huvudkomponent i membran för att skydda textiler från vatten och smuts. Syftet med detta arbete var att undersöka om någon effekt av vatten- och smutsavvisning kan uppvisas vid integration av PTFE-fiber i polyester- eller viskosgarn.

Boendesegregationen i våra svenska städer är ett problem som ökar. Den fysiska planeringen är en faktor som påverkar hur väl stadsdelar är fysiskt integrerade med varandra. Olika planeringsideal leder till skilda typer av fysiska strukturer, och i stadsbyggnadsprojekt finns idag visioner om att koppla samman fysiskt och socialt segregerade stadsdelar med den nya strukturen. Målet är att bidra till en ökad integration, såväl fysiskt som socialt. Syftet med arbetet har varit att studera två sådana aktuella projekt, H+ i Helsingborg och Hyllie i Malmö, för att se vilka fysiska strukturer och arbetssätt som förordas och vad de ser för möjligheter och begränsningar att genomföra visionerna. En diskursanalys med visionsdokument och intervjuer med projektdeltagare som grund genomfördes, för att se på vilket sätt det talas om att den fysiska planeringen kan bidra till integration.

In order to achieve the aim of conducted four interviews with family law secretaries in Stockholm city. The interviews have been the main data collection. Theoretical concepts which are central in the study are: the nuclear family, institution, ideals, standards, and established and outsiders.

Testing and analysis of measurement data is a major part of the workday for development engineers within the section Fluid and Emission Treatment to assure the quality of products developed by Scania CV. The ineluctable variation and therefore uncertainty of results can be quantified and discussed with the use of statistical methods.The overall objective of this study is to examine how the competence of development engineers can be improved within the area of statistics. This has been done by relating the concept of competence with the use of statistical methods to analyse experimental data and by investigating which factors that influence the competence of the engineers. Observations of the daily operations, interviews and a focus group with development engineers and a workshop with management personnel, has been used as research methods in this study.The results show that the desired competence, from the perspective of the individual, consists of knowledge, motivation and support. It is important that none of these parts are neglected when the competence of engineers is to be strengthened.

This study sought to explore the juvenile crime prevention in Sweden which for the purpose of this report is seen as efforts towards preventing youth criminality and all forms of anti social behaviour by young people.In the study, interviews with six social workers working directly or indirectly with young offenders were conducted. The interview results were analyzed and subjected to transnational comparison with the practice in Kenya. The report explores existing literature on situational crime prevention, restorative justice, the link between drugs and crime, attachment to parents, peers and involvement in convectional activities, gender differences in criminality, partnerships in crime prevention and the juvenile justice system. It uses control, strain, feminist and social disorganization theories to explain the causes of delinquency, analyzes the perceptions of social workers and discusses what works in juvenile crime prevention. The report identifies the causes of delinquency in Kenya and in Sweden as well as the prevention programs that social workers perceive as effective in addressing youth crime.

Given the current geopolitical situation in Europe and the upcoming election for the European Parliament, it is important to further analyse individuals? attitudes towards European integration, specifically the Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP). This analysis aims to gain a deeper understanding of individuals attitude towards CSDP. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyse which factors that plays a leading role in influencing individuals? attitude towards CSDP.
