Theories of critical discourse analysis and post colonial nature is applied to and used to analyze what ethnicity really means. The development of five individual pupils? writing abilities, as reported by six of their teachers, is analysed. The thoughts and reflexions inspired by the everyday interaction between the teacher and the pupil suffering from some kind of reading and writing disability are presented. The purpose is to capture what was unique and characteristic in the measures that triggered a positive response in the pupils. Some of the questions answered in this study are: How does the phenomenon of reading and writing disabilities manifest itself in the classroom, and what are the consequences for the individual pupil of the various pedagogical measures available?One conclusion that may be drawn from this study is that there is no cut-and dried method for working with pupils suffering from reading and writing disabilities.

This report describes a study of two different methods to achive the best possible result in setting out apartment details. These two methods are the setting out of details with a measuring tape from baselines and the setting out procedure with an instrument (totalstation).Through our knowledge in surveying and mapping technology and help from a carpenter, this investigation has been implemented. The setting out using a tape has been performed by letting the carpenter to set out windows, bathroom and water- and drain-details from baselines and drawing. The setting out using a surveying instrument was carried out by means of a Trimble Total Station. These two methods have been compared in order to detect and show the difference that occurs.The report shows the investigation background story from the practice of Swedish Mätcenter in Karlstad.A result of differences in accuracy and time is described in the report, as well as their theoretical consequences.

Changes in the climate and the environment are largely consequences of human influences. Resources are given to teach adults about the environment. However, there are problems in focusing on adults because it is difficult to influence people when they already have created a lifestyle. We have instead chosen to focus on teaching children about changes in the climate and the consequences of this.Many of the toys available on the market today encourage children to consume. Luxury cars and dolls with hundreds of accessories are often made of materials that has have a negative effect on the environment.Another problem we often encountered during the year is the declining interest in technology and science.

Focus of this study was on the underlying values behind consumers buying motives at the point of purchase of meat products in Sweden. Meat consumption in Sweden has increased and in 2012, almost 50% of all meat consumed was imported (SJV, 2013). This is the case despite of the fact that consumers frequently state the importance of Swedish country of origin on the meat products they purchase (www, LRF, 2, 2006). A rising public awareness about health, environmental issues, animal welfare and food safety coupled to meat consumption and meat production is scrutinized both from media and consumers. Due to rising concerns of production-methods of meat, consumers wants to make informed purchasing decisions of the meat they purchase (BEUC, 2013).

The study has focused on two institutional theories that can explain whathappens when a foreign direct investment takes place, Institutional work and Institutional duality. The study was conducted at Business Region Gothenburg and the interviews took place at department of establishment and investment. The result shows that to overcome institutional barriers they use networking, relations, and marketing of the region of Gothenburg as examples. I ett flertal länder pågår en utveckling av så kallade ?All electric ship? som innebär atttraditionella framdriftsystem bestående av motor-reduktionsväxel-axel-propeller ersätts meddiverse typer av elmotorer som driver propellern. Denna utveckling fortgår även inomfartygens hjälpsystem, det vill säga hydrauliska och pneumatiska pumpar, vridmotorer ochkolvar ersätts med elektriskt drivna aktuatorer. Orsaken till att man driver denna utveckling ärbland annat att minska utstrålat buller, minska energiförbrukning, minskaunderhållskostnader, öka livslängden och öka flexibiliteten i design av fartyg.Syftet med detta självständiga arbete är att utreda vilka tekniskt/taktiska fördelar Sverige kanfå om vi driver utvecklingen av svenska ubåtar mot AES. Detta självständiga arbete kommeratt begränsa sig till ett fåtal av de system som finns ombord på en ubåt och undersöka omdagens hydrauliska system kan ersättas med elektriskt drivna aktuatorer utifrån degrundläggande förmågorna ledning, underrättelser, verkan, rörlighet, uthållighet och skydd.Metoden som används för att analysera dessa eventuella fördelar med en utveckling av ubåtarmot AES är en analys av texter, denna analys bygger på ett kvalitativt tänkande.

Bakgrund: I Sverige opereras 24% av de extremt för tidigt födda barn (EPT) för öppetstående ductus arteriosus (PDA). EPT barn som behandlas med ductuskirurgi riskerar få i sig för lite energi och makronutrienter på grund av volymrestriktioner och rädsla för att påbörja enteral nutrition efter genomförd operation och därigenom utveckla nekrotiserande enterokolit (NEC). NEC är ett ischemiskt och inflammatoriskt tillstånd hos prematura barn i vilket delar av tarmen nekrotiseras (vävnadsdöd).Syfte: Att beskriva tillförsel av energi, makronutrienter och vätska inför, under och strax efter ductuskirurgi hos EPT barn.Metod: En svensk populationsbaserad kohortstudie av EPT barn födda mellan åren 2004-2007 och som opererats för PDA (n=140, 83 pojkar, genomsnittlig födelsevikt 723 g). Utförlig information avseende perioperativ nutrition inhämtades retrospektivt från sjukhusjournaler. Det dagliga intaget av enteral- och parenteral nutrition samt blodprodukter användes för beräkning av intaget av energi, makronutrienter och vätskevolymer tre dagar före fram till och med tre dagar efter operation.

This thesis was commissioned by Tekniska verken, Energy Division with the overall aim to investigate the concept of environmental debt and what it means for a business. Furthermore, a sustainable risk and responsibility investigation shall be carried out on the concerned areas. Finally, the priority areas shall be highlighted and proposed actions presented. The Swedish Environmental debt concept was presented in 1992 by Arne Jarnelöv. Environmental debt is defined as restoration costs for environmental damage. In the early days the concept did not take into account who was responsible, but the environmental debts was regarded as a humanity debt to future generations.
