Genom kriminalisering fastslår staten att ett visst beteende är önskvärt eller icke önskvärt.Syftet med detta är repressivt, att förhindra oönskat beteende; att försöka styra medborgarna till att undvika de kriminaliserade, oönskade, handlingarna. Vilket beteende somkriminaliseras är ett kriminalpolitiskt övervägande.Arbetet handlar om det subjektiva inslaget i straffrätten. Utvecklingen av personligt ansvar inom straffrätten har pågått under en längre tid, under inflytande av bland annat etiska diskussioner och den kristna kyrkans läror om skuld. Ett antal större straffrättsliga utredningar tillsattes för att modernisera först straffrätten i 1734 års lag och senare också 1864 års Strafflag. Någon definition av uppsåt (dolus) och oaktsamhet (culpa) infördes dock inte i lagtext, inte heller i Brottsbalken.

Det här är en uppsats vars syfte är att öka kunskapen om de möjliga konstruktioner som omger en socialarbetare när man samtalar om begreppen missbruk och bedömningar. Genom att intervjua handläggare inom olika missbruksenheter har jag kunnat lyfta fram ett resultat som upplyser om möjliga arbetsmetoder inom det sociala arbetet som handläggarna utvecklar medvetet eller ej. I praktiken utgör arbetsmetoderna ett resultat av socialarbetarnas brist på kunskap för kunna att sammanföra teoretiska begrepp till den praktiska verkligheten de förhåller sig till. Där de teoretiska begreppen som man använder saknar en tydlig medveten definition och det sociala arbetet som utförs har ett stort utrymme för att bli påverkad av många olika subjektiva faktorer. En klient måste därför har mycket tur för att kunna få hjälp.

Sverige har sedan kalla kriget genomgått stora förändringar på försvarssidan. Detta har lett till en minskad efterfrågan av krigsmateriel från försvarsmakten vilket i sin tur har resulterat i ökad export och deltagande i samarbeten rörande utveckling och försäljning av krigsmateriel. Vår uppsats fokuserar på alliansfrihetens förenlighet med ovanstående utveckling. Uppsatsen består bl.a. i en diskussion kring begreppsanvändningen av alliansfrihet.

Problem: That the stakeholder?s expectations don´t answer to what auditors can and may do have been a problem for several years. This problem was defined for the first time by Liggio at 1974. Since 1974 there have been several researches about the expectation gap for auditors.Purpose: The purpose of our study is to research what the audit effort in HQ Bank means for the expectation gap.Theory: The theories in our study discuss the audit profession, the definition of the expectation gap, how trust develops between individuals, the regulations that the authorities discuss and a review of earlier researches in this subject.Method: We have done a qualitative study in which we interviewed approved auditors at PwC and Convensia in addition we interviewed the chief lawyer at the Swedish financial supervisory authority to answer our purpose.Conclusions: The conclusion of our study is that the expectation gap exists between the auditors and the stakeholders. Another conclusion is that the incidents in HQ Bank have influenced the expectation gap in a negative direction, to reduce the expectation gap we suggest that adjustments of the regulations must be done and that the auditors themselves must inform their stakeholders what auditors can and may do..

The concept of sustainable development is a challenge that demands cooperation from all levels of society for it to be successful. The focus for this thesis is how politicians within the local councils understand the concept of sustainable development and how they implement it in political decision-making.The basis for the study is a questionnaire that was distributed to 303 local politicians in three municipalities of varying size in Southern Sweden. The study concentrates on departments within the local councils that are directly connected to the Swedish environmental law and the Swedish planning and construction law. One of the primary goals with the aforementioned laws is the achievement of sustainable development within one generation.The outcome of the study was that over half of the local politicians could correctly define sustainable development according to the World Commission on Environment and Development?s (WCED) definition.

International regulations target a global reduction of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions through the allocation of national reduction targets and the definition of mechanisms to achieve these targets. One of these mechanisms is international emissions trading, these trading programs have been the targets of widespread criticism since they were introduced into the policy-making arena. The point of departure in this study has been that the trading raises questions about morality, since it implies signals, which legitimates pollution. The main purpose with this study has been to find out if emissions trading systems can be morally justified with the method of wide reflective equilibrium. From the study it was found that the moral intuition; it is wrong to pollute the environment, and perform activities, which legitimates pollution, finds support from the different theories within environmental ethics and Kantian ethics.

The purpose of this essay is to examine the concept of competence within the social services. More specifically it aims to find out how the social workers themselves look upon their own competence in social investigations concerning children. As the study was based on focus groups the main questions were vague at the beginning and were cleared later on during the group sessions.In three focus group interviews in three different municipalities in southern Sweden 11 social workers were asked to discuss this issue. The interviews were then thoroughly transcribed. In the data I identified 9 themes seeming to play a special roll in the discussions about competence: practice; experience; approach; intuition; responsibility; theories, methods and laws; reflection; resources and ethics; specialisation versus integration.The analysis made on these themes was based on two different kinds of perspective; one focusing knowing-in-action and the other focusing the organization framing the competence considered.As a conclusion the 7 first themes can be seen as a definition of the competence used in social investigations concerning children.

Familjeskogsbruket har sällan någon anledning att bekymra sig om grundläggande förändringar av verksamhetens inriktning.I ett slag har dock situationen förändrats för skogsägarna i de stormdrabbade områdena. Den uppkomna situationen gör att många olika beslut måste tas som kommer att forma skogsfastigheten i flera decennier. Det finns därför ett behov av att kunna styra skogsgårdens verksamhet så att varje enskilt beslut bildar ett enhetligt mönster mot ett gemensamt mål. Ett sätt att göra det på är att använda teorierna kring strategisk management och applicera dessa på familjeskogsbruken.Denna rapport har utgått från gängse metodik vid strategiframtagning och målsättningsarbete. Olika metoder och verktyg beskrivs till sitt innehåll och syfte.

The organisations pursue various activities such as, activities aiming at social needs, sport activities and activities contributing to the political life. Depending on what activities the organisations practice different tax rules follow.A person who pursues commercial activity constitutes a taxable person within the meaning of the Swedish VAT act. The definition of commercial activity is an activity which is practiced independently, professionally and with an object of making a profit. The activity must be practiced regularly and to a certain extent to qualify as commercial.

Det finns ingen exakt definition av vad som utgör saklig grund för uppsägning vid sena ankomster. Detta på grund av att förhållandena på arbetsplatserna är mycket varierande. Syftet med denna uppsats var därför att redogöra för vad begreppet uppsägning på grund av personliga skäl innebär framförallt när det gäller sena ankomster. Vidare var syftet att närmare redogöra för rättsläget kring sena ankomster som uppsägningsgrund och vilka faktorer som påverkar bedömningen av detta. Den metod som använts är en traditionell juridisk metod, vilket inneburit en konsultation av rättskällorna.

The purpose with this essay is to examine and create an understanding for what meaning graffiti and street art has for those who practice it. Furthermore, the practice of graffiti and street art is seen in relation to how urban space is produced. Five semi-structured interviews and one group interview has been made to answer the questions "What meaning does graffiti and street art has for those who practice it? Can it be seen as a way to construct identity?" "How do the artists relate to existing ideals about public space?" and "Does the artists see graffiti and street art as a resistance against the normative representation of the city, in that case, how?" The theoretical framework consists of Mitchell's ideas about public space, Tonkiss' definition of social order, Lefebvre's spatial triad, de Certeau's concept of strategy and tactics, the concept of appropriation and Castell's theory about collective identity. The results showed that the practice of graffiti and street art can be understood as a more complex practice than earlier research has shown.
