Det här arbetet handlar om hur skolans personal kan stödja barn med aspergers syndrom och om vilken kunskap och metoder som de har att tillgå. Arbetet ställer sig frågorna:Vilka rättigheter har barn med asperger till att få hjälp i skola och fritidshem?Vilken kunskap behöver personal för att ha förståelse för barn med asperger?Hur kan personal som arbetar i skola och fritidshem stödja barn med asperger?Svaren söks genom forsknings och litteraturgenomgång, där även styrdokument behandlas samt intervju av fyra personer som arbetar i skolan med barn som har asperger. Resultaten av forsknings- och litteraturgenomgången och av intervjuerna är mycket lika samtidigt som de kompletterar varandra. De lyfter fram behovet av att skolpersonal har kunskap och förståelse både om det enskilda barnet och om funktionsnedsättningen.

The aim of this study was to increase the knowledge of possibilities and obstacles for disabled people to meet a partner. The ambition was to know more about wishes for and needs of professional or other support. The methods have been literature studies, survey research, and interviews. A simple questionnaire was sent to administrative staff and social welfare officers who gave the information that they experienced those persons with intellectual disability or Aspergers syndrome had asked for support to meet a partner. To get a perspective from inside six semi structured interviews were made with disabled people having experience of relationships, love affairs.

Fetma är ett ökande problem hos dagens hästpopulation. Allt fler hästar diagnosticeras också med insulinresistens (IR) och ekvint metabolt syndrom (EMS). Dessa sjukdomar har ofta kopplats samman med intag av lättlösliga kolhydrater och fetma. Behandlingsregimen för de drabbade hästarna utgörs till stor del av dietprogram där mängden lättlösliga kolhydrater är kraftigt reducerad. Dock vet man inte om både utfodring med lättlösliga kolhydrater och fetma utgör riskfaktorer.

Sammanfattning.Bakgrund:Crush syndrome eller traumatisk rahbdomyolys är vanligt vid större naturkatastrofer som tex jordbävningar. Det kan också uppkomma när personer utsätts för tryck mot musklerna vid tex stroke, intoxikationer, byggnadsras, industriolyckor. Inom ambulanssjukvården i Sverige har vi inte någon behandlingsplan för detta tillstånd och därför kan det finnas en risk att dessa patienter inte får rätt omvårdnad.Syfte:Studiens syfte var att belysa ambulanssjuksköterskans omvårdnad vid risk för Crush syndrome.Metod:En litteraturstudie gjordes för att granska redan publicerat forskningsmaterial. Sökningarna gjordes i databaserna Cinahl och Pubmed. Fem artiklar inkluderades och innehållet analyserades med manifest innehållsanalys.Resultat:De patienter som riskerar att få Crush syndrom har följande symtom: skada på muskelmassa, förlängd kompression, komprimerad lokal cirkulation, puls >120 och onormal urinfärg.

This essay presents and discusses a study that was performed in a multicultural school, where the teachers, since August 2004, have obtained internal training in how to work with language development. The objective with this essay is to investigate how the connection between language development and the development of knowledge can be understood and apprehended by teachers working in this school, and furthermore, to show how a language developing way of work can be accomplished in the teachers daily work.Moreover, I have studied which objectives and strategies, the three language developers in charge of the training of the teachers, have concerning this work, furthermore I have looked into if these objectives and strategies differ from what the teachers understand and practically perform.Pauline Gibbons book, Stärk språket, stärk lärandet (2006), has become a base for this school?s work when it comes to language development. Gibbons presents theories and practical exercises which have their origin from Vygotskij, Halliday and Cummins. Their theories have also become my theoretical base in this study.I have made qualitative interviews with four teachers working in this school, and with one of the language developers.

Bakgrund: En åldrande befolkning innebär ett ökat behov av hälsofrämjande och sjukdomsförebyggande insatser. Deltagande i kulturella aktiviteter skapar sannolikt en bättre hälsa och bidrar till minskade hälsoklyftor i befolkningen. Syfte: Litteraturstudien syftar till att undersöka musikens och dansens hälsofrämjande och sjukdomsförebyggande effekter hos äldre över 60 år. Metod: Metoden var en allmän litteraturstudie där tio vetenskapliga artiklar valdes ut, analyserades och sammanställdes utifrån musikens och dansens effekter på äldres hälsa. Resultat: Musik och dans kan fungera som värdefulla interventioner för att öka äldres upplevda välbefinnande och livskvalitet.

In each classroom there is a teacher with good intentions wanting what´s best for their pupils. But grades and tests in mathematics from 2009 in Sweden shows there is a crack between the subject being taught and the learning child. The purpose with this research is to find an understanding from a teaching and learning perspective of which teaching method is more suitable for teaching and learning mathematics by doing a comparison between two methods. The main question is:What are the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional and the laboratory method of teaching, supported by the two keywords teaching method and learning?This C-paper is based on a qualitative research aiming to gather an in-depth understanding of human behavior.

The purpose with my examination is to make a contribution to how, as a pedagogue, you can work to make it easier for pupils with Aspergers syndrome that are integrated in an ?average? class. I will concentrate my work to these questions: how pedagogues can work to make it easier for pupils with Asperger syndrome that are integrated in an ?average? class. If it affects the other pupils in the class when pupils with Asperger syndrome is integrated in the class and also if it affects the pedagogues work having these children integrated in their ?average? class.I have decided to study research and other literature and also to do two interviews to find out how pedagogues can make it easier for children with the diagnosis Asperger syndrome.

Varken läkare eller forskare har kunnat lösa gåtan kring fenomenet plötslig spädbarnsdöd. Detta syndrom drabbar spädbarn, vanligtvis när de är 8-12 veckor gamla, utan att någon förklaring kan ges. Endast i Sverige dör cirka 13 spädbarn per år. Läkare har under åren kommit med förebyggande råd men någon säker metod som förhindrar syndromet existerar inte. Samtidigt finns det olika former av andningslarm som alternativ om föräldrarna vill övervaka spädbarnets andningsrörelser.

Studies show that 10-15 percent of Sweden's population, 65 years or older are estimated to have depression or depression symptoms. The symptoms of depression among elderly people are less than symptoms of young people. This could cause that elderly people with depression are not always discovered. Studies show that elderly people who live in residential homes show more signs of depression than elderly people living at home. If elderly people live in a supporting environment, can it prevent that a depression developed.The prevention of depression among elderly people is a topic that is not discussed among previously research.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine how the public libraries work towards SFI (Swedish For Immigrants) based on the views of the overseeing librarians. To study this we have asked the following research questions:What distinguishes the public libraries? work towards SFI according to the responsible librarians? What distinguishes the communication between SFI teachers and the librarians according to the responsible librarians? What opinions are held by the librarians in regards to their work with SFI?We have used a semi structured interview method with seven librarians in charge of the activities with SFI at small and medium sized public libraries in a rural area of Sweden. The theoretical framework is composed of Marianne Andersson and Dorte Skot-Hansen?s model for analysis of the local public library profile and the authors? definition of collaboration.

Tidigare forskning har visat att posttraumatisk stress syndrom (PTSD) och depression är vanligt förekommande symtom hos individer som exponerats för krig. Studier om kurdiska emigranter i Sverige och deras psykiska hälsa är dock begränsad. Denna studie syftade till att beskriva människors erfarenheter av bombattacken av Halabja. Avsikten var även att förklara och öka kunskapen om individers hanterande av erfarenheten. Ett ytterligare syfte var att undersöka hur respondenterna blivit bemötta av myndigheter de kommit i kontakt med.

I början av 2000-talet producerade Riksskatteverket en rapport vilken undersökte skattebortfallet inom byggbranschen. Rapporten gav bland annat ett förslag om att införa omvänd skattskyldighet för mervärdesskatt inom byggsektorn, byggmoms. Lagförslaget i prop. 2005/06:130 klubbades av Riksdagen och trädde i kraft den 1 juli år 2007. Under det första halvåret avgjorde SNI-koder vilka tjänster och företag som skulle omfattas av den omvända skattskyldigheten.

Sexual risk-taking among teenagers has rapidly increased and only during the last decade the existence of Chlamydia has more than tripled. The future is facing big challenges to cope with the problem. Though the big efforts made on preventive work, Chlamydia continues to spread. The study aims to examine the existing attitudes towards sexual risk-taking among teenagers. The central mode of procedure is to use qualitative focus group interviews, and is complemented with a quantitative survey. A total of 30 teenagers, 15 boys and 15 girls, age 16-20, are participating from three different high schools in Gothenburg.

Background and discussion of the problem: In the staffing company business a unique situation exists because of the three part relation between the staffing company, the users of the staffing companies? services, and the consultants employed by the staffing company. To over bridge the conflicting objectives of the staffing company and the consultant incentive systems are designed. Research question: What effects on the consultants? effort direction do the staffing managers expect of the formal or informal incentive system? Method: The authors have found that a suitable method for the thesis is a survey study.
