Syftet med studien var att beskriva hur marknadskommunikationen påverkade potentiella kundgrupper vid byte av kontorslokaler, samt hur andra faktorer påverkade beslutsprocessen. De teoretiska ämnesområden som studerades var industriell marknadsföring, industriella inköp och industriella inköpsbeteenden. Preferenser vid byte av lokaler var ett annat teoretiskt område som låg till grund för undersökningen. I den empiriska undersökningen genomfördes fallstudier av nio företag som ansågs vara potentiella kunder till att hyra lokaler i en kontorsfastighet norr om Stockholm city. Datainsamlingsmetoden var personliga intervjuer, där den person som intervjuades från varje företag skulle ha varit delaktig under beslutsprocessen.

Det är viktigt för företag att kunna fokusera på sin kärnverksamhet och samtidigt anpassa företaget efter rådande förhållanden för att kunna vara konkurrenskraftiga på marknaden. Många företag använder affärssystem som innehåller funktioner och rutiner för att bedriva affärsverksamhet. Idag använder ofta företag traditionella affärssystem, det vill säga, egenutvecklade eller standardsystem för att stödja företagets processer. Dessa system kräver i många fall att verksamheten avsätter stora resurser för att implementera, drifta och förvalta dem. Molnbaserade tjänster är en relativt ny teknik som kan hjälpa företag att bedriva affärsprocesser.

This thesis describes the process of developing a reservation system for common resources through a TV-interface. The system is developed in cooperation with the company Dreampark and is built to work in their platform for TV, Dreamgallery. The main goal was to develop a reservation system and to make it work with Dreamgallery, to develop a demonstration version of the system. The thesis describes the approach for developing an easy-to-use and customisable program and interface for making reservations. How this is inserted into an existing program in a suitable way.

It has been shown in various research contexts that action programs do not always work as they should, even though there are clear guidelines on how the action programs should be designed and used. The aim of this study is to illustrate which processes that occur before an action program as well as how these processes lead to action that will give the student the support he or she needs. Through qualitative interviews with eight teachers, I have tried to answer the questions that I created. I have tried to answer my research questions that I have made based on the purpose. The questions are; What type of inquiry will be done if a student risk to not reach the knowledge goals? How will the inquiry support the action program? In what way does the action program support pupils in special needs? The result of my survey show that the survey being done for an action program is very individual-focused and that the mapping rarely shows on the teachers role or school environment to students who fall into special needs.

This report contains a programming improvement work in a LabVIEW? fire testing furnace control system for SP Fire Technology in Borås. Here materials and products behaviour are tested and evaluated, being exposed to fire. For this task, UGNET is being used for control and surveillance of the testing furnace system. System hardware has been updated gradually through the years, while the software has been neglected.

Detta examensarbete handlar om koldioxidbesparing för en godsterminal belägen i Bastuträsk i Västerbottens inland. Terminalen är relativt ny och transporterar i dagsläget massaved med destination Piteå med tre avgångar i veckan. Terminalen kan i framtiden komma att hantera flis och ytterligare massaveds transporter till andra destinationer.Rapporten tar upp beräkningsstegen som används vid beräkning av koldioxidutsläpp i detta fall samt beräkning av energiåtgång. Metoden som används är NTMs vilket står för nätverket för transporter och miljö. De metoder som NTM i sin tur använder är Ecotransit och Artemis.

ABSTRACTIn this study, five people were interviewed who are involved in a drug-assisted program for opiate addiction, also called substitution program. The meaning of substitution is that these clients' drug addiction is replaced with substitute preparations, either methadone or Subutex in an orderly manner. The clients of the researcher decided to study the substitution program have all been a heavy opiate addiction for years. Their participation in the replacement program is more than two years, and those who have been around the longest have been in the program for six years, so long as the substitution program has existed in Visby.This is a qualitative study in which interviews are conducted face to face with each individual client, and the interview was unstructured in the sense that no specific issues made in advance. The interviews have been themed, and the researcher has gone through various areas of life around the respondent.

Sedan början av 1990-talet har både antalet VD-byten och andelen institutionellt ägande konstant ökat. Tidigare studier visar på att ägarstrukturen i bolag påverkar frekvensen varmed VD:ar byts ut. Däremot har det inte genomförts någon svensk studie avseende sambandet mellan VD-byten och institutionella ägare. Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka huruvida institutionella ägare i svenska börsnoterade bolag under tidsperioden 2001 till 2009 påverkar VD-byten. För att besvara syftet har en kvantitativ metod valts.

keywordsThis was a project about the process of animation and the presentation of looped animations in the form of a zine.My main subject for the project was to explore the possibilities of the computer program After Effects and how to incorporate the functions of this program with my hand drawn technique. I wanted to keep the hand drawn feeling and at the same time make use of all the helpful short cuts and utilities that this program had to offer. I found that this program was quite suitable for this kind of work, although I didn?t feel completely satisfied when it came to the amount of animations that I was able to put together. At the end of the project I had completed six loops (plus a older one) for the CD that came with the printed zine.Another big issue in working with this was the question of theme and content for all the different loops.

Aim and question at issue: The aim of this study is to compare the motivation to participate in the course Idrott och hälsa A between students studying vocational and further education preparatory programs at upper secondary school.What level of motivation do the students of the two programs have towards participation in the course Idrott och hälsa A.What kind of motivational factors are important for students in the two programs concerning participation in the course Idrott och hälsa A According to the students of the two programs, what type of motivational factors would increase the motivation to participate in the course Idrott och hälsa A. Method: A quantitative study has been carried out using a questionnaire. Thirteen randomly chosen upper secondary school classes were included in the county of Stockholm, 7 of them in the vocational program and 6 of them in the further education preparatory program. The questionnaire was filled out by 278 students, 120 in the vocational program and 158 in the higher education preparatory program. The response frequency for the study was 92 %.Results: The results of this study show that the majority (77%) of all students in the population are highly motivated to participate in the course Idrott och hälsa A.

In 1999 the Swedish Parliament decided about 15 environmental goals aimed to be achieved in time for the next generation. For example physical social planning must be based on programs and strategies how cultural-historical values has been attended, so called programs of cultural heritage. By law the Swedish municipalities are responsible for reaching these goals by creating program of cultural heritage. But only a few of the municipalities have these programs, meaning that many municipalities need to create programs of cultural heritage in the next five years.The aim of this report is to present a model of analysis on programs of cultural heritage in municipalities for preservation and development of cultural environments. By testing the model on the municipalities of Osby and Tomelilla methods on how to create a new program of cultural heritage or how to complete existing documents are formulated.One of the conclusions is that one document, program of cultural heritage, functions as landscape analysis, model of cultural valuation and strategy of developing cultural values.

Mitt examensarbete innefattar en fönsterutredning för radhusområdet Skeppsvägen i Bålsta. Fastighetsägare är Håbohus AB och examensarbetet har skrivits för Skanska Sverige AB. Arbetet har skrivits på plats i Bålsta där Skanska Direkt AB har eget kontor och erhåller idag totalentreprenaden för renovering av Skeppsvägen. Arbetets syfte är att klart och tydligt redovisa eventuell effekt och energibesparing vid byte av befintliga fönster och altandörrar.Undersökning av fönster och altandörrar har gjorts okulärt, med värmekamera och med fuktkvotsmätare. Vid den okulära besiktningen noterades färgsläpp på fönster.
