Föreliggande uppsats är en systematisk litteraturöversikt som omfattar både tolvstegsbehandling och självhjälpsgrupper. Syftet med studien är att undersöka det befintliga kunskapsläget gällande tolvstegsbehandling för alkohol- och drogmissbrukare. Litteraturstudiens intention är även att undersöka vilka erfarenheter och resultat självhjälpsgrupper i form av Anonyma Alkoholister och Anonyma Narkomaner genererat för de klienter som deltagit i dessa grupper. Förhoppningen med litteraturöversikten är att väcka läsarens intresse så att denne får möjligheten till att erhålla en övergripande kunskapsbild av det aktuella området. Litteraturöversiktens resultat presenteras i tabellform för att sedan tematiseras och syntetiseras i en analys.

The aim of this study is to examine metaphors and what may be perceived as motif-circuits in Stig Dagerman?s play Den dödsdömde (The Man Condemned to Death) and the two short stories ?Den dödsdömde? (The Man Condemned to Death) and ?Mannen från Milesia? (The Man from Milesia). My intention is to discuss a single theme and identity-marks that unites all three works, using Paul Ricoeur?s The Rule of Metaphor (La mêtaphore vive) as well as the ?thematic critique? of Jean-Pierre Richard.What is metaphor for Ricoeur is for Richard themes (theme): an organizing principle, a sort of schedule around which a world is constituted. Hence, I find similarities between the motif-circuits, Ricoeur?s metaphor-theory and Richards?s themes.

The taxation of various kinds of income which Sweden requires taxpayers to pay results in people undertaking sophisticated tax schemes to avoid paying tax . As a result of this Sweden had to develop its tax laws and insert a general clause in the legislation because the legislator wanted a more preventive effect. This preventive effect results in that the clause is applicable to more various types of tax situations. The clause, found in § 2 law (1995:575) against tax treaty override, states four requisites that must be met for a procedure to be considered tax treaty override. The relevant point for this paper is the fourth item which created interpretation problems among courts.

Scientists argue that gender affects foreign policy and security policy, that ideas of gender are inconstant and that there is a lack of feminist perspectives in International Relations. The changes seen in the global security context may have challenged the way politicians and scientists understand war and its impacts, and led to increased gender awareness.Using securitization theory and feminist international relations theory, the aim is to examine how women and men are being spoken of in the Swedish foreign policy discourse regarding participation in the UN-led stabilization mission Minusma in Mali. By applying a feminist perspective on the securitization process, the intention is to increase the knowledge of whether there is gender awareness in this context.The result shows that there is limited gender awareness. There is minor consideration for the conflict?s different implications on the situation for women and men.

Dessa faktorer kan ses som en möjlighet eller som ett potentiellt hot, allt beroende av hur företaget kan hantera föränderligheten. Författarnas intention med studien har varit att utreda och diskutera hur entreprenöriella företag med en kraftig tillväxt, trots förändrade krav, lyckas överleva och bibehålla sin starka ställning på lång sikt. Dessa är grundtankarna vilka ledde fram till studiens problemformulering: Hur skapas långsiktig tillväxt i ett snabbt växande företag?Studien är genomförd med en kvalitativ metod, vidare har författarna använt en deduktiv ansats.

The Internet has become an important communicational medium that involves the majority of the world?s population. One group in particular that uses the Internet is the youth. This in turn makes the Internet a viable source for groomers to exploit, where groomers are what you call grown men and women that have the intention to contact youths for sexual purposes, the process is called grooming. In Sweden, a law has been made available to criminalize this particular activity, but it should not replace the prevention.

Problemformulering: För att motivera goda prestationer på arbetsplatser och rekrytera flermedarbetare använder sig företag av belöningssystem. Ett belöningssystem behöver ta hänsyntill många faktorer för att fungera då varje mottagare av ett belöningssystem har olika behov.Branscher och företag har olika förutsättningar vilket gör det essentiellt att varje företaglyssnar till medarbetare och omgivning. Ett väl utformat belöningssystem tar dessa ibeaktning och gynnar därmed företagets alla parter och får företaget att prestera bättre.Syfte: Med denna studie är syftet att studera ett litet företag inom stålindustrin och detbelöningssystem som ges uttryck här. Vår intention var att undersöka vad som motiverarmedarbetarna och vad som är bidragande faktorer till vårt företags höga avkastning på totaltkapital.Metod: Vi utförde två enskilda kvalitativa samtalsintervjuer på Nolans Mekaniska AB, enmed VD:n och en med en medarbetare. En doktorsavhandling användes som ytterligareempiriskt underlag.

The purpose of this study was to examine if women's career was affected by becoming a mother after 35 years old. It was also our intention to discover if it was an intentional or an unintentional choice to postpone giving birth just for the sake of the career. We have read articles that are implying that women´s career possibilities, combined with children, is difficult and of current interest in today's society. Science has shown that it no longer appears to be women's main life objective to give birth but they now also wants a career. We wanted to shed some light on the subject from two different angles, so we looked both from the women's perspective and from the employer's perspective.

AimThe aim of this study has been to inquire into how the Swedish Golf Federation can make their implementation organization more efficient. The intention with the essay has also been to conclude with a proposal for organization structure for the Swedish Golf Federation. The questions of issue have been: How does today?s implementation organization look like? At which level and within which areas do the interviewees consider that the major problems are found today? How do the interviewees consider that the implementation organization should look like?MethodThrough a strategic selection in cooperation with the assigner the Swedish Golf Federation 15 interviewees have been chosen. The data collection has been executed in form of semi structured interviews.ResultsToday?s organization for implementation consists of one central function in Golfens hus with approximately 75 salaried employees, 21 district federations and 485 clubs.

This research examines the effects of creative store window displays of fashion brands in enhancing recall, attitudes, intentions and brand associations. A comparison has been made between high-end and low-end brands, creative versus non creative store window displays to identify differences in effects. The theory applied in this study has been used from creative advertising effects due to the lack of relevant research in store window display effects. Therefore this study is a contribution to the research of store window effects. The method used in this study compare fashion high-end brand with fashion low-end brand by placing the products in the store window display where the creativity has been manipulated.

In view of the difficulty of recruiting staff to care profession and in terms of the increasing need to find ways of ensuring a good language level in the profession, have an interest in language tests been revealed. The purpose of this paper is therefore to highlight the use of language tests for admission to the care courses for adults in Värmland. What provided This is a survey of the prevalence and an examination of the validity of the test. The issue that this study assumed is: How is language test in connection with admission to the certified health and social care courses for adults in Värmland? How well correlates intent of the use of the language test with the test's validity and reliability?The methods used to seek answers to these questions has been a combination of questionnaires and experiments.

Syftet med det här arbetet har varit att undersöka hur lärare ser på smartboard och lärande. Då smartboard är ett tekniskt redskap som finns i många klassrum anser vi att det är relevant för vår yrkesroll att känna till dess pedagogiska fördelar och nackdelar. Vår intention har varit att undersöka i vilken grad lärare är medvetna om och reflekterar över de pedagogiska konsekvenserna av att använda sig av ett tekniskt redskap i undervisningen. Vi har använt oss av läroplanen, relevant forskning som gjorts om smartboardanvändande i undervisning och några relevanta lärteorier till hjälp för att förstå hur ett tekniskt redskap som smartboard skulle kunna leda till pedagogiska konsekvenser samt vilka dessa i så fall skulle kunna vara. Vi har använt oss av kvalitativa intervjuer som metod och vi har intervjuat fyra lärare som arbetar i grundskolans tidigare år.

The purpose of this essay has been to examine whether attitudes and behavior among Swedish people who takes snuff are dissonant or not and how their attitudes are affected by the media debate about the health risks snuff can cause. Furthermore, we were interested in finding out how different reference groups´ attitudes would influence the attitudes and the willingness of people to stop taking snuff and investigate how much control the people who take snuff think they have. To answer these questions we chose to ask primarily students at Stockholm University and Södertörns Högskola. The students were asked to fill out a questionnaire with 22 questions and the 100 responses we collected were worked up in a statistic program, SPSS, on the computer. The main models used for the essay and for the questionnaire were the Theory of Planned behavior and the Dissonance theory.

1998 beslutade Nässjö kommun att ett minnesmonument skulle uppföras lagom till millenieskiftet. En av de drivande personerna till idén var Jan Holmquist som vid tidpunkten var Kultur- och fritidschef för kommunen. Monumentet skulle göras av "den bäste" varpå Carl Fredrik Reuterswärd fick förfrågan.Skulpturen gestaltar Nässjö stad med hjälp av ett minne, historien om stadens uppbyggnad med järnvägen som en central del. Tåg som rörde sig framåt med hjälp av hårt arbete och kol inspirerade konstnären. Skisserna till verket spelar stor roll för att kunna förstå konstnärens intention med Kolskyffeln.
