Ett vanligt fenomen i svenska städer är industriområden som förr låg i stadens periferi nu har inringats av den expanderande staden, eller åtminstone blivit tätt angränsad till den. Industriområdet är dock separerat från den övriga staden genom sin struktur och funktion. Vid stadsförnyelseprojekt av industriområden från efterkrigstiden har man ofta valt att riva allt och sedan bygga nytt. Denna uppsats har haft som mål att undersöka om även sentida industriområde kan anses bevarandevärda ur ett kulturhistoriskt perspektiv och hur man kan planera om ett sentida industriområde till en integrerad del av staden. Arbetet har utifrån detta studerat begreppet kulturarvsbegreppet för att sedan redovisa för vad flera forskare inom stadsplanering har för tankar om stadsförnyelse, strukturer och kulturarv. In order for companies to be competitive they perform different types of development projects.  Due to globalization a greater focus is added on costs, not least on costs in development projects. The authors have examined the role that project controllers hold in respect of two Swedish manufacturers, Volvo CE and Scania CV. Bakgrund: Ett antal nya idéer har blivit introducerade i ekonomistyrningen på senare tid och mycket har skett inom Business Intelligence (BI). BI har dock mest funnits som del av ett större system eller eget system som implementeras till företag på plats. Konceptet att istället hyra olika IT-lösningar, så kallade SaaS-lösningar (software as a service), blir allt mer populärt inom affärsvärlden och kan minska företagens börda när det gäller installation, konfigurering, underhåll och andra inneboende projektriskfaktorer.Frågeställning: Vad innebär fenomenet SaaS BI och hur ser spridningen ut?Syfte: Syftet är att beskriva Business Intelligence som hyrtjänst, samt studera hur detta sprids och anammas av marknaden i Sverige.Metod: Vi har använt oss av en kvalitativ undersökningsmetod för att samla in djupgående data till studien.Resultat och slutsatser: Studien visar att SaaS BI är en innovation. Spridningen av SaaS BI på den svenska marknaden är begränsad och spridningen sker i dagsläget främst från utbudssidan, alltså förespråkare av innovationen.

The aim of this study has been to examine if an implementation of a One Stop Shop in the public sector and its IT-support can serve as a motor for business development. By examine the relation between the One Stop Shop and the public administrations we have tried to answer this question. The municipality that we have examined underwent a big change, seven years ago, when they implemented a One Stop Shop including a IT-support called Flexite. But despite these seven years and the fact that Flexite has changed approach from a Case Management System to a Support System for Business Development the municipality have not adapted to this change. .

Följande examensarbete är ett gestaltningsinriktat planförslag för en ny stationsnära stadsdel i Landskrona stad som vidareutvecklar områdets kollektivtrafiknära läge. Den fysiska utformningen bygger på en nätstruktur med gena stråk och fysiska rumsbildningar som skapar målpunkter, grönstruktur och utblickar i landskapet. Planförslaget baseras på en diskussion om skala, utformning och synintryck med slutsats att den fysiska grundutformningen och byggnadernas arkitektur hör ihop, där nyckeln är variation, mänsklig skala och mängden synintryck som miljön erbjuder. Landskrona är en sundsnära mellanstor stenstad i Skåne med karaktär av befästningsstad, parker, kolonier och tydliga bebyggelseårsringar. Staden har också en industrihistoria som varvsstad där varvskrisen på 1970-talet slog hårt mot staden med stor arbetslöshet till följd. Än idag finns ett verksamt varv kvar och kranmastar utgör ett tydligt riktmärke i staden. I arbetet ligger fokus på skala och utformning, två nybyggnadsprojekt har analyserats, stadsdelen Örestad i Köpenhamn och Bo01-området, Västra Hamnen, Malmö. Även skala och stadsplanemönster i Landskrona har studerats.

The use of subscription services directed towards customers has become a common phenomenon in a vast number of different industries. We have noticed a clear trend of new businesses emerging solely offering subscriptions, and existing companies altering sales of their products to become parts of subscriptions. But research has not caught up with this trend yet, especially regarding why it occurs and how it affects existing businesses internally.
