Syfte: Syftet är att öka förståelsen för hur attraktiviteten i regioner på olika sätt kan påverkas. Avsikten är att klargöra vilket tillvägagångssätt som kan användas när syftet är att skapa utveckling och förnyelse på en plats och vilka faktorer som påverkar en regions attraktivitet och image. Metod: Undersökningen bygger på en kvalitativ ansats där empirin har insamlats via seminarier, intervjuer och telefonintervju. Vidare utgår undersökningen från en deduktiv ansats och en intensiv utformning då den bygger på teorier och har för avsikt att belysa djup och nyanser.Teoretiska perspektiv: Undersökningen utgår från modellen Levels of Place Marketing av Kotler et al. (1993).

Companies and organizations recognize the importance of collaboration to
develop responsibility and ability of change in the workplace. The concept of
collaboration was a relatively new idea in business in the late 1980s. In a
Nordic context, collaboration is a traditional approach that companies use
successfully for competition, survival and development. Collaborative
organizational efforts cover management of committed people who can help
companies achieve flexibility, customer loyalty, innovation and economic
success on a challenging and competitive market. Many theorists believe that
collaboration is the key to integrating technology, financial competence and
innovation.
Att jämställdhetsintegrera mans- och kvinnodominerade kommunala förvaltningar : En jämförande studie mellan räddningstjänsten och vård- och omsorgsförvaltningen i Växjö kommun
This thesis aims to describe the differences and similarities between a male dominated sector and a female dominated sector based on gender mainstreaming documentation as well as through interviews with people working within the sectors. The sectors that were chosen in this study were the fire department and the nursing and care administration of Växjö municipality. Both of the administrations? genders mainstreaming documents were subjected to content analysis in order to describe differences and similarities between the administrations. The analysis found that there were differences in approaches between the administrations were the nursing and care administration had aims of achieving a specified amount of men working within the administration, which the fire department didn?t have.

The Coca-Cola Company has been superior on the market for over a century. It has also developed along with the urbanisation of its society, which is interesting in a modernization perspective. The essay investigates the marketing strategies of the company, with focus on three themes: gender, sponsorship and interactive culture phenomenon.

Our reason for this study is to research how non- profit organizations focused on fundraising, market themselves to create and keep the relationships with their potential and existing contributors. With this study we also want to create an image of the meaning of marketing, applied to non- profit organizations focused on fundraisings, struggle towards attracting more contributors. We also aim to research what our respondents believe will be the outcomes of marketing on nonprofit organizations in the future. For this essay we have chosen a qualitative method which consists of six interviews with respondents whom have different knowledge and experiences of the non- profit sector. We chose this method to be able to view our main subject from different aspects and through the interviews also form a more profound picture of the non- profit sector and also, finally, se what the respondents think about the issue.
Word of mouth- Ur ett konsumentperspektiv
I detta arbete studeras hur word of mouth fungerar i praktiken. Word of mouth är passerande, verbal och informell information. I huvudsak handlar det om rekommendationer men även generell information från en person till en annan. Word of mouth är ett mänskligt fenomen som har funnits sedan urminnes tider då människor är kommunicerande varelser. På senare år har dock fenomenet word of mouth blivit mer uppmärksammat, av både marknadsförare, forskare och företag.

Studies in the recent years have showed that the preschool playground is important for both the physical and emotional development of children. The Botkyrka local government has decided to improve their preschool playgrounds in order to take advantage of these studies.
The administration of childcare and education in Botkyrka is arranging a network between the different preschools where they work together to improve their outdoor environments. The network is arranging workshops and seminars where people from the different preschools can come and gain inspiration for improvements of their own preschools. The administration of properties has created a document where they describe the changes that are supposed to be made to the different outdoor environments.
Through the administration of properties and the person who is responsible for the outdoor environments I was introduced to their work with the preschool playgrounds.
Den interna marknadsföringens påverkan på tjänstekvaliteten: en fallstudie av två säsongsbaserade hotell
The purpose of this thesis was to study how internal marketing affects service quality in the tourism industry. It was decided to conduct a case study on two hotels with summer seasonal employees. Pite Havsbad and Strand Hotell Borgholm were chosen as study objects. The case was based on interviews with the hotel manager at Pite Havsbad and the vice president at Strand Hotell Borgholm, who coordinates the internal marketing at the companies. The findings were that seasonal employees do not affect service quality much.
Mansklubben inom företagsekonomisk utbildning - En fallstudie om varför så få kvinnor fördjupar sig inom finans
Gender balance within the business administration field at university level is an area that has gained increased attention in the last decade. As gender balance contributes positively to the scientific and educational achievements within all disciplines, many studies have tried to understand the decision-making processes of students when selecting a business specialisation. However, little attention has been devoted to the finance discipline although there is a remaining gender imbalance within the field at higher-level economic studies. This thesis was performed as a qualitative case study and is based on interviews with second-year bachelor students facing their choice of specialisation at the Stockholm School of Economics. Through an application of the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA), this study aims to examine factors that influence female business students' intentions to choose a specialisation.

Välgörenhetsorganisationer i sociala medier - En studie om e-kundlojaliteten att förbättra
Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att utifrån e-kundlojalitetsbegreppet
utvärdera hur
välgörenhetsorganisationer i dagsläget arbetar med sociala medier liksom hur de
kan förbättra
gåvogivarnas e-kundlojalitet genom sociala medier.
Metod: Våra metoder har både kvalitativa och kvantitativa inslag och består av
intervjuer med
personal från fyra olika välgörenhetsorganisationer som är väl insatta i
arbetet med sociala medier
liksom innehållsanalyser av organisationernas profilsidor i sociala medier.
Teori: Den teoretiska referensramen inleds med rekommendationer för sociala
medier. Därefter
följer en redogörelse av relationsmarknadsföring och hur den kan appliceras på
välgörenhetsorganisationer. Vidare går vi sedan djupare in på lojalitet
respektive e-lojalitet för att
visa på hur dessa begrepp ska appliceras på vår empiri. Avsnittet avslutas
sedan med en egen modell
som ska användas för att analysera empirin.
Slutsats: För att förbättra gåvogivarnas e-kundlojalitet genom sociala medier
krävs att
välgörenhetsorganisationerna lägger mer kapacitet på underhåll av relationer,
långsiktigt fokus och
tvåvägskommunikation. Vidare behövs även mer arbete kring att skapa
psykologiska band till
följarna liksom att organisationerna bör se över vilka sociala medier de väljer
att vara mest aktiva
på.

Liljedal Communication AB is a marketing company with twelve employees in Örebro. In the marketing business is it extra important to work creatively to reach the target market with a message.Creativity is defined as the creation of new ideas where the idea is adequate, useful and feasible. Organisational creativity is created by individuals in the right environment for using their creativity. In this paper we present theories about creative individuals and the situation that affects their creativity. Furthermore theories are presented about different strategies that aim to increase creativity.

This master thesis has been written in collaboration with Science Park Jönköping and is based on a problem related to corporate innovation. Science Park Jönköping believes that there is an untapped potential in existing industry in the form of ideas that are never commercialized. These theories are also supported in the research in which other authors have perceived that the ideas and inventions which do not belong to the core business risk ending up in drawers. If more of these ideas could be spin-offs or other forms of enterprise instead of staying in the drawers it would lead to growth, both for companies and for the society in large.The purpose of the thesis work is to, based on the case Science Park Jönköping, analyze how science parks and incubators can support the commercialization of ideas that derive from industry, who otherwise had been left lying. The work began with a mapping of the Science Park Jönköping operations and the skills they possess, and then other initiatives that aim to commercialize more ideas from companies were examined.

This report is written in cooperation with the Swedish National Road Administration South-Eastern Region in Jönköping. The report is a result of the evaluation to give an answer to the question about how well the function contract has been carried out on the E4 in Östergötlands and Jönköpings län. The evaluation is divided in two hard parameters and one soft.The Swedish National Road Administration is interested in knowing how the standard on the road have been changed during the functions period, which is the reason why the first hard parameter is considering road standard. To evaluate the standard there have been a comparison of values from measures taken every year on the current road stretch. The second hard parameter considers economy.
