För att mobila Internettjänster ska blir framgångsrika är det viktigt att de tillfredställer konsumentens behov. Priset är den viktigaste faktorn för vilken tjänst en konsument väljer. Det är viktigt att konsumenten har en uppfattning om vilka variabler som priset sätts efter, samt kan uppskatta det pris denne får betala för en tjänst. Idag är volymprissättning den vanligaste variabeln som mobiloperatörer använder för att debitera mobila Internettjänster. Den verkliga kostnaden kan vara svår att uppskatta.

Aim: A business ratio is a measuring instrument that companies use in their financial report to show profit and progress. As it is today, there are no standards to follow that shows which business ratio to present in a companies annual report. Our aim with this report is to see if there are any trends in the use of business ratios by looking into how thirty growth companies are applying them.Method: To see what business ratios are used in practice, we have collected information from the thirty companies? annual reports. With help from the literature, we have created an understanding about the most frequently used business ratios.

Companies that invest in e-learning have different expectations regarding the outcome of the investment. According to literature and articles it is common that companies see reduction of costs as the primary benefit with e-learning. Therefore we ask ourselves the question if companies have attained the expected benefit of the investment in e-learning and to what extent cost reduction have been a determining factor in the investments? The purpose of the thesis is to examine if companies that invest in e-learning have attained the expected benefits. We also want to examine what the reason for investing in e-learning is and if cost reduction is the primary reason for investing. The study is founded on a qualitative method that is based on a case study in eight companies.

2013 a decision was made that all projects at the Swedish Transport Administration shoulduse BIM (Building Information Modeling) to some extent from 2015. BIM is an approachthat allows for streamlining of projects by the use of a 3D-model created in an early stage ofthe project. The 3D-model can carry information about the facility throughout its life cyclefrom planning to management. The use of a 3D-model can help the project to detect errors inearly stages of the project when it is easy and cheap to fix the error instead of finding theerror in the construction phase when it is costly and time consuming to fix it. 3D-models alsolead to improved communication both within the project groups and with the public.

A good flow of information in organizations is one of the key aspects of how we define a well-functioning organization. The information flow could be internal as well as external between actors within as well as outside of the organization. In a logistics organization this flow of information is equally important as in any other kind of organization. In this paper we have explored information flows in logistics organizations by applying, boundary spanning and the mobile-stationary divide perspective. In boundary spanning the main goal is to erase or relocate some of the boundaries within an organization, in our case to make the flow of information internally as well as externally better.

Vår slutsats är att det krävs att produkten är standardiserad och att kunderna känner till produkten för att företaget ska ha större chans att kunna sälja sina produkter via Internet. Detta då kunderna inte är lika beroende av den fysiska kontakten. Detta anser vi är anledningen till att endast ett fåtal möbelföretag använder sig av e-handel. Detta då alla möbelföretags produkter inte är standardiserade och kunderna inte känner till dem. Vilket innebär att alla möbelföretags produkter inte lämpar sig för e-handel.

Syfte: Syftet med studien är att utifrån ett kulturellt perspektiv studera hur den verkställande chefens inställning till parametrarna system, struktur och arbetsklimat formar hens chefsarbete i en organisationsförändring och att genom ett kulturperspektiv bidra till en förståelse för hur de tre parametrarna kan påverka ledarens handlingar i process, mål och resultat av förändringen. Metod: Empiri har samlats in genom personliga intervjuer med öppna svarsalternativ, genom fyra respondenter som samtliga har positionen chef närmast de anställda och samtliga har genomfört en organisationsförändring. Slutsats: I studien har vi kommit fram till att den verkställande chefens inställning till parametrarna påverkar hens chefsarbete vid en organisationsförändring genom att hen formar sitt chefsarbete beroende på vilken parameter som är mest betydelsefull för individen. The aim of the study is to investigate attitudes about rapists and to determine whether it is felt that they need treatment, imprisonment or a combination of the two. The study examines differences in attitudes between two different educational groups. The first group of students is comprised of those studying on programs that lead to careers working with people, whilst the other contains students who will work in business administration. The investigation also includes views on which punishment alternative the informants believed to be the most appropriate. The same differences are also investigated between gender and age.

Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att studera hur en börsintroduktion påverkar ledningens kommunikationsstrategi i ett företag. Metod: Hela studien utfördes på företaget Waterjet i Ronneby med hjälp av kvalitativa intervjuer med anställda på ledande positioner i organisationen. Slutsatser: Både internt och externt ser vi skillnader jämfört med hur det var före introduktionen. Den största förändringen är i den externa kommunikationen, där företaget nu måste hantera fler ägare, analytiker och investerare. Internt har ledningen utformat nya riktlinjer och policys för hur kommunikationen ska hanteras på bästa vis. Som en del av den interna kommunikationsstrategin har formella möten fått mer betydelse än tidigare, då anställda får diskutera vad börsintroduktionen innebär för deras arbete.

The question is who should govern and administrate a municipality owned urban forest? Should societies and the public be invited to participatory planning, who are the interested parties, could they be treated like a group and what are their opinions on administration and management? The study is carried out in a municipal owned forest Vitberget Skellefteå that is widely used by associations and individuals for recreation and training.This has led to several discussions in the local media about the management of the forest, especially in connection to harvesting. The work undertaken here has been to identify who has any interest in the management of the area. After identifying the interested parties, a selection of the societies, schools and pre-schools that actively uses the area as well as random individuals met in the area was interviewed. The questions asked can be divided into six main groups:? Communication with the municipality?s managers for the area? Interference from other activities? Views on forest management? Views on nature conservation? The uniqueness of Vitberget? Development opportunitiesThe crucial factors identified as being needed to succeed in managing an urban forest are long-term administration, information and communication.
