Metod: Syftet avser att besvaras utifrån kvantitativ med kombination av kvalitativ forskningsansats i form av enkätundersökningar och intervjuer. Kunskapsbidraget ämnar förse högskolornas marknadsföring med nya synsätt att marknadsföra sig mot gymnasieelever. Den primära datainsamlingen kommer ifrån individer om deltog i undersökningen, sekundärdata samlas ifrån tidigare forskning kring området. Undersökningen har genomföras med en abduktiv forskningsansats för att inte begränsas vid ett visst arbetssätt. Teori: Teorin bygger på hur marknadsföringen kan tillfredställa konsumenternas behov.

Författare: Annika Abrahamsson, Angelica Bernström och Jonna Gustafsson Handledare: Eva Lövstål Institution: Blekinge Tekniska Högskola Kurs: Kandidatarbete i företagsekonomi 15 hp Syfte: Syftet med studien är att beskriva och försöka identifiera vad det får för konsekvenser på lokal nivå att en målstyrd offentlig verksamhet samtidigt är en hierarkiskt uppbyggd organisation där besluten fattas på en högre nivå. Det vi främst behandlar i vår studie är hur målen och målstyrningen upplevs av de anställda och vad det är som påverkar att de ska känna sig delaktiga. Metod: Studien genomfördes på Skatteverkets Blekingekontor med hjälp av tre kvalitativa intervjuer med en chef och två informatörer. Vi genomförde även en kvantitativ enkätundersökning bland de anställda. Detta för att få ett bra underlag till att besvara vår frågeställning. Slutsatser: Vår studie visar att konsekvensen av att Skatteverket är en målstyrd verksamhet där målen sätts högt i hierarkin blir att de anställda på lokala kontor upplever en begränsad delaktighet när målen sätts.

Detta examensarbete har genomförts på företaget Navigate Consulting Business Solutions AB, ett konsultbolag som erbjuder tjänster inom affärssystem, såsom val av affärssystemslösning, implementering och förvaltning.Företaget vill utöka sitt framtida affärssystem, Oracle E-Business Suite R12, genom att lägga till tidrapporteringsmodulen Oracle Time and Labor. För att ta reda på om tidsrapporteringsmodulen möter verksamhetens krav och förväntningar är det nödvändigt att företaget får en uppfattning hur systemet möjligtvis kan lämpa sig, innan de bestämmer sig för att implementera.Med detta som bakgrund och utgångspunkt syftar detta examensarbete till att visualisera den tidrapporteringsprocess och de krav som Navigate har för Oracle E-Business Suite R12, genom användning av prototyp.En inkrementell och iterativ arbetsmetod har tillämpats vid utveckling av denna prototyp. Resultatet av detta examensarbete är en interaktiv prototyp över företagets tidrapporteringsprocess. Stora delar av deras krav har visualiserats, och det har totalt producerats femton skärmbilder för att utveckla prototypen. Dessa har kopplats samman och tillförts med interaktivitet genom prototypverktyget Justinmind Prototyper.Trots att det har inneburit en tidskrävande process för utveckling av prototypen har man funnit potentiella fördelar.

Drivkrafter för ett revisorsbyte är en aktuell fråga då revisorsbyten har blivit allt vanligare och åsikterna om de bakomliggande drivkrafterna går isär mellan forskare. Syftet med uppsatsen är att förklara de drivkrafter som, av frivillig karaktär, leder till att en revisor väljer att avsäga sig en klient samt till att en klient väljer att byta revisor. Studien grundas på tidigare forskning och befintlig teori kring revisorsbyten. Då målet varit att finna drivkrafter, både utifrån revisorers och utifrån klienters perspektiv, är studien upplagd som en sammanställning av två skilda kvantitativa enkätundersökningar där revisorernas och klienternas drivkrafter undersökts var för sig. Teorigenomgången skildrar olika drivkrafter som leder till ett revisorbyte, alltifrån revisorns strävan att avancera karriärmässigt till att klienten upplever revisorns arvode som för högt. Dessa drivkrafter testas för att se om det finns belägg för de olika drivkraftshypoteserna eller om de går att förkasta.

Honey is a product that may contain pesticide residues due to contamination from bees pollinating various plants as well as elimination of vermin inside the hive. Different methods are needed for analysis of pesticides, since the term includes a wide range of different substances. National Food Administration lacks a validated method for determination and quantification of pesticides in honey using liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry, LC-MS/MS. The technique is especially important in analysis of polar and non-volatile pesticides, where gas chromatography is not functioning optimally. After investigating what pesticides could be found in honey produced in Sweden, a number of four pesticides suitable for analysis with LC-MS/MS was compiled; boscalid, impidacloprid, tau-fluvalinate and thiacloprid.

Caso Skanska is an incident that occurred in Argentina and regarded corruption and bribes to government officials. This study investigates how this incident could occur and how it can be explained. The theoretical framework used is the dynamic interaction model, stakeholder theory, embeddedness theory, the political perspective and corruption theory. The method used is qualitative and it consists of data gathered through semi-structured interviews in Sweden and Argentina as well as other sources of written information of relevance for the study. The authors conclude that Caso Skanska could occur due to the lack of strong institutions as well as transparency.

This study evaluates the retention of nitrogen and phosphorus in four newly constructed wetlands in the municipality of Falkenberg, Sweden. The four wetlands have been selected because they have been specifically constructed with the aim to reduce nitrogen and phosphorus in farming areas. The process of selecting the specific wetlands has been done in collaboration with the county administration in Halland. Through field studies in collaboration with the landowners where the wetlands are sited, the areas that provide the wetlands with water were determined. The size of these drainage areas were determined in a GIS computer program. The type of land use within the drainage areas was also determined.

Background: Due to an increasing globalization the competition has increased and this has lead to overcapacity and falling prices on markets today. The subject field logistics has during the last decades been given increasingly significance and has become a way to handle the competition. Theories clearly point outthe importance that a concordance exists between logistics and superior strategy but few, if any, authors give further details about how this adjustment should be made. Purpose: The aim of this thesis is with a case study approach survey if the subject field, which describe the importance that logistical solutions correspond with the superior strategy, is known and implemented in a company. We aim to develop the subject field through our empirical findings.

We would like to gain a more in depth knowledge of whether the modern orientations both within corporate governance and control philosophy lay the foundation for enterprises? more sustainable success. These both modern orientations are increasingly focusing on the importance of enterprises? setting of goals and visions on the basis of stake holders? interests and the employees? more active engagement in and motivation for the goal achievement. Despite these common inherent characteristics, it is not evident from current scientific debate how such integration actually emerges in the control philosophies of the enterprises.

Foreseeing future changes in economic activity is of up most importance to a wide array of actors. The time lag in the presentation of official GDP statistics means that to somewhat accurately capture a tendency of where the business cycle is heading one need turn to qualitative sentiment indicators such as Purchasing Managers? Index (PMI) and official sentiment indicators for valuable clues. This thesis uses in-sample and out-of-sample methods to evaluate how well PMI and official Business Tendency Surveys (BTS) in Sweden and Denmark fair against the year-on-year growth rate of industrial production. Moreover, various Swedish regional sentiment indicators get examined and a case study of the indicator for the Öresund region is performed.

Systemet ska också ha stöd för att automatiskt kunna generera faktureringsunderlagför att underlätta kundens administration av bokningar. För att bättre förstå vilkenfunktionalitet ett generellt bokningssystem behöver, har Vikbolandets ryttarförening använts som modellkund.Utvecklingen har lett fram till ett generellt bokningssystem som kan anpassas för att ha samma funktionalitetsom det system Vikbolandets ryttarförening tidigare använt sig av. För att undersöka hur generelltresultatet blev diskuteras hur systemet kan användas i andra scenarion..

The purpose of this paper is to investigate if a dynamic investment strategy on the Swedish asset market can accomplish better returns then a static investment strategy. The dynamic investment strategy is created by incorporating business cycle predictors and firm-level variables to predict future stock returns. The predictive regression is calculated wih 60 months of observation (1999 01-2005 12) and is then used to estimate future returns for 23 months in the period 2004 01 -2005 11. The structure of the regression, with linear functions of ? and ?, goes back to Shanken (1990) and Avramov and Chordia (2005) has had success with the variables chosen.
