För att uppnå syftet använder vi oss av en momentumstrategi på medel-lång sikt, som menar att aktiemarknaden tenderar att behålla samma avkastningsmönster för perioder av nästkommande 3-12 månader. Syftet är också att undersöka om marknaden är effektiv i svag form. Metod: Studien utgår från en deduktiv forskningsansats där vi utifrån befintliga teorier inom ämnet tagit fram en frågeställning. Utifrån frågeställningen har hypoteser testats och analyserats med empiri.

Because of an increasing demand from customers and changing external environment, there is a need for continuous improvements, for both manufacturing and service organizations, to meet these demands. Manufacturing organizations have been working systematically with quality improvements for a long time, but it has not been as common for service organizations. Because of that the methods to use for implementation of the systematic improvements have not been designed to fit service organizations, and not either for public organizations. The purpose of this thesis is to explain if and why the Swedish Road Administration?s organizational culture and handling of ideas and deviation support an implementation of continuous improvement management.

Syfte: Vårt syfte med denna uppsats är att identifiera och beskriva de faktorer som kritiskt inverkar på en webbkonfigurators framgång och öka förståelsen kring faktorernas påverkan ur ett företagsperspektiv. Vårt syfte är även att försöka identifiera och beskriva eventuella mönster, som kan ses som generella inom området för webbkonfiguratorer. Metod: Som metod för insamling av empirisk data, har vi använt oss utav enkäter. Dessa har sänts ut via elektronisk post till de medverkande företagen. Vi har även genomfört ett test av de medverkande företagens webbkonfiguratorer. Slutsats: Vi har med bakgrund av våra empiriska och teoretiska data identifierat och beskrivit ett antal faktorer som vi kan se som essentiella för en webbkonfigurators framgång. Vi har även kunnat urskilja vissa mönster, som är generella och oberoende av bransch eller produkt..

Companies and organizations recognize the importance of collaboration to develop responsibility and ability of change in the workplace. The concept of collaboration was a relatively new idea in business in the late 1980s. In a Nordic context, collaboration is a traditional approach that companies use successfully for competition, survival and development. Collaborative organizational efforts cover management of committed people who can help companies achieve flexibility, customer loyalty, innovation and economic success on a challenging and competitive market. Many theorists believe that collaboration is the key to integrating technology, financial competence and innovation.

This thesis aims to describe the differences and similarities between a male dominated sector and a female dominated sector based on gender mainstreaming documentation as well as through interviews with people working within the sectors. The sectors that were chosen in this study were the fire department and the nursing and care administration of Växjö municipality. Both of the administrations? genders mainstreaming documents were subjected to content analysis in order to describe differences and similarities between the administrations. The analysis found that there were differences in approaches between the administrations were the nursing and care administration had aims of achieving a specified amount of men working within the administration, which the fire department didn?t have.

Studies in the recent years have showed that the preschool playground is important for both the physical and emotional development of children. The Botkyrka local government has decided to improve their preschool playgrounds in order to take advantage of these studies. The administration of childcare and education in Botkyrka is arranging a network between the different preschools where they work together to improve their outdoor environments. The network is arranging workshops and seminars where people from the different preschools can come and gain inspiration for improvements of their own preschools. The administration of properties has created a document where they describe the changes that are supposed to be made to the different outdoor environments. Through the administration of properties and the person who is responsible for the outdoor environments I was introduced to their work with the preschool playgrounds.

Gender balance within the Business Administration field at university level is an area that has gained increased attention in the last decade. As gender balance contributes positively to the scientific and educational achievements within all disciplines, many studies have tried to understand the decision-making processes of students when selecting a business specialisation. However, little attention has been devoted to the finance discipline although there is a remaining gender imbalance within the field at higher-level economic studies. This thesis was performed as a qualitative case study and is based on interviews with second-year bachelor students facing their choice of specialisation at the Stockholm School of Economics. Through an application of the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA), this study aims to examine factors that influence female business students' intentions to choose a specialisation.

Clemens en August is a new German fashion label, which has the goal to become established in the high-end segment. The company uses an innovative sales strategy, directly distributing its products to the end costumer. This report is written in cooperation with the Swedish National Road Administration South-Eastern Region in Jönköping. The report is a result of the evaluation to give an answer to the question about how well the function contract has been carried out on the E4 in Östergötlands and Jönköpings län. The evaluation is divided in two hard parameters and one soft.The Swedish National Road Administration is interested in knowing how the standard on the road have been changed during the functions period, which is the reason why the first hard parameter is considering road standard. To evaluate the standard there have been a comparison of values from measures taken every year on the current road stretch. The second hard parameter considers economy.

I denna uppsats har vi beskrivit och analyserat befintlig traditionell ekonomistyrning hos små och medelstora svenska business-to-business tjänsteföretag och diskuterat förutsättningar för utformning och implementering av en modern verksamhetsstyrning. Undersökningen genomförts som en fallstudie av sex företag och presenteras med hjälp av en enklare modell, som återger företagets syn på strategier och ledningsfilosofi, organisationsstruktur samt ekonomistyrning.Vi har kommit till slutsats att storleken och tjänsteinriktningen är avgörande faktorer inom gruppen vid val av ekonomistyrningsmodell. Det förefaller så att företagen använder sig av den traditionella ekonomistyrningen, vilket ger ett stort utrymme för implementering av nya utvecklingslinjer. Avslutningsvis föreslår vi de moderniseringar, som skulle kunna leda till modern verksamhetsstyrning..

Syftet med studien är att bidra med sådan kunskap att det nybildade e-learningsföretaget kan skapa ett så attraktivt utbildningspaket som möjligt. Vi (författarna) vill lyfta fram vad som bör tänkas på vid marknadsföring av utbildningspaketet mot en potentiell kund. In this thesis I analyse and discuss what impact the 2003 U.S lead intervention in Iraq, had for the cooperation against global terrorism between the European Union and the United States. Six years have passed since the Bush administration decided to go on with the intervention, even though they did not have the necessary UN mandate. Due to unsuccessful argumentation in favour of the intervention by the Bush administration, the world got divided. George W. Bush reference to a ?war on terror?, which passed almost unnoticed by Americans, rang alarm bells in many European countries.

Studien undersökte chefers upplevelser av HR-stödet i relation till arbetssituationen inom en organisation där HR-stödet bygger på ett service center, en expertenhet och HR business partners ute i verksamheten. Uppsatsen bygger på tio kvalitativa intervjuer med HR-medarbetare och chefer på Trafikverket.Studien visar att cheferna upplever ett tillfredställande HR-stöd från expertenheten och HR business partners. Samordningsproblem inom HR-funktionen ger dock effekter för både chefer och HR-medarbetare inom organisationen.
