Bakgrund: Enligt patientsäkerhetslagen 2010:659 ska vårdgivare årligen skriva en patientsäkerhetsberättelse. Granskning av 76 patientsäkerhetsberättelser i Stockholms läns landsting (SLL) visade bristande kunskap om hur den skrivs och bristfällig förståelse för patientsäkerhet, främst bland mindre vårdgivare. Hälso- och sjukvårdsadministratörer kunde inte besvara vårdgivarnas frågor om patientsäkerhetsberättelsen, varför ett förbättringsprojekt initierades för att skapa stödmaterial samt nyttiggöra patientsäkerhetsberättelsen. Syfte: Att belysa hur ett statligt styrinitiativ hanterades i praktiken i SLL och vilka erfarenheter som kunde knytas till praktikprojektet i hälso-och sjukvårdsadministrationen, hos vårdgivare och i interaktionen dem emellan samt om insatserna bidrog till ökad förståelse för patientsäkerhet. Metod: Studien var en deskriptiv fallstudie. Datainsamlingen bestod av intervjuer med vårdgivare och hälso-och sjukvårdsadministratörer och dokumentanalys. Analyserna var kvalitativ och kvantitativ innehållsanalys.

This essay is based on the work of arranging and making an inventory for an archive consisting of records from the Board of Education (Utbildningsnämnden) within the administration of the County Council in Uppsala, Sweden. This archive is kept at the County Councils Archives in Uppsala where I have done the work. I have documented the process and discussed the complex of problems relating to it. In this particular case the issue of limitation of the office of origin and the respect of the fonds, or the principle of provenance, have been of interest. This is due to the fact that the records had been rearranged and mixed with records with other origin related to the Board of Education.

Ocean Modules Sweden AB is a small business active in the field of underwater technology. Thecompany was contacted by the Swedish Defense Materiel Administration (FMV) in order todevelop a new system that would conform to their specific requirements. Two students at theRoyal Institute of Technology (KTH) were consulted in conjunction of this project in order to aidthe development and conceptual design of the system.The primary users of the system are the divers of the Explosive Ordnance Disposal division (EOD)- a branch of the Swedish Armed Forces. The purpose of the product was to incorporate allnecessary functions required by the EOD divers into one single system. This paper deals with breaks in upper secondary school. The aim with the study was to study the function of breaks for upper secondary students by investigating students? activities during breaks with the main issues: ?what does the students do during breaks??, ?how do they experience breaks?? and ?What is the relation between breaks and lessons??.A combination of the two complementary methods observation and interview was chosen to study this. The study was executed on an upper secondary school during one month. I have visited the school several times every week and written daily notes over my observations.

This study focuses on the Nordic model of Extended Collective Licenses (ECL) and how this model can be used in the process of digitalising and publishing archival material such as photos, letters, maps or films. The question that this study aims to deal with is what advantages, and disadvantages, there are for archives and copyright holders when an ECL is being used. To help answering this question the ?theory of the knowledge commons? has been applied. The research question has been answered through a text analysis based on legal texts including Swedish law.

A well-planned grave with a sustainable selection of plants facilitates easy maintenance for both staff and the holder of the right of burial. It also helps reduce the negative impact on the environment.As in many other areas, the environment is high on the agenda within the cemetery administration. One of the major concerns is the impact of the choice of plants for the grave. Within the industry there is a great motivation and willingness to adapt to a sustainable work mode and this has spawned a number of project works. Det vi främst behandlar i vår studie är hur målen och målstyrningen upplevs av de anställda och vad det är som påverkar att de ska känna sig delaktiga. Metod: Studien genomfördes på Skatteverkets Blekingekontor med hjälp av tre kvalitativa intervjuer med en chef och två informatörer. Vi genomförde även en kvantitativ enkätundersökning bland de anställda. Detta för att få ett bra underlag till att besvara vår frågeställning. Slutsatser: Vår studie visar att konsekvensen av att Skatteverket är en målstyrd verksamhet där målen sätts högt i hierarkin blir att de anställda på lokala kontor upplever en begränsad delaktighet när målen sätts.

The study's empirical data was obtained through ten semi-structured interviews with analysts, consultants and fund managers.Results and conclusions:It was revealed by the study that companies producing a sustainability report demonstrates transparency and are perceived as a company that is aware of risk, both economic risks as well as external risks. The study also shows that among the study's respondents, there is a strong belief that sustainable business in the long term is a good investment. The study also indicates that this is no concrete evidence of an association between the use of sustainability reporting and either increased or decreased profitability.

En exploatering bör genomföras till rätt kvalité och till rätt kostnad. Kommunen har ett budget- och samordningsansvar för de åtgärder som är nödvändiga för genomförandet av en detaljplan. Tjänstemän på Göteborg kommuns exploateringsavdelning har framhållit svårigheter när det gäller hanteringen av ekonomiska bedömningar i planprocessen vilket resulterat i höga exploateringskostnader som grovt överstigit de kalkyler som upprättats under planarbetets gång.Syftet med detta arbete har varit att konkretisera och jämföra rutiner gällande administration och hantering av ekonomiska bedömningar i planprocessens tidiga skeden genom att undersöka hur motsvarande verksamheter i olika kommuner arbetar. Underlaget till arbetet är baserat på intervjuer med tjänstemän på motsvarande verksamheter i Göteborg, Malmö och Stockholm. Material har även inhämtats från handlingar och övrigt arbetsmaterial.Resultatet av undersökningen visade att ekonomiska bedömningar och kalkyler har olika upplägg och ges olika betydelse i olika kommuner.
