Etablering och Integrering - en undersökning av samarbetet mellan Arbetsförmedlingen och flyktingmottagningen i en mellanstor kommun i södra Sverige
The aim of this study is to describe and analyse the cooperation between the public employment service and the refugee reception in a medium-sized municipality in southern Sweden on basis of the establishment reform. The study examines how the collaborative process is regarded when it comes to implementation of the reform, and when it comes to the directives and resource allocation between the employment services and the refugee reception. The study also focuses on the deficiencies and the benefits that can be discerned with the establishment reform at local level.A qualitative data collection method has been used. It is semi-structured interviews with workers from the public employment service and the refugee reception. Information materials and evaluations that various authorities have made have also been investigated.The study concludes that it is important that the directives are clarified and that a new local and regional agreement will be established on paper.

Kulturpolitikers syn pÄ folkbiblioteket ? en studie i VÀsterbottens inland.
The main purpose of this Master thesis is to illuminate the understanding of local politicians regarding the public libraries and the librarians. We argue that the local politiciansÂŽ opinions regarding public libraries and librarians influence the way they act and react in their roles as politicians.In order to achieve the aim of this thesis we focused on following questions:What are the opinions of the politicians:- regarding themselves in relation to the public library?- concerning public libraries in general and its functions especially in the municipalities of their own?- concerning the librarians and their work in a public function?What are the conclusions to be drawn regarding the politiciansÂŽ interest and commitment to public libraries in the politic daily-life of the municipalities? Our empiric material consists of qualitative interviews with six politicians elected in two municipalities in the interior of VĂ€sterbotten, a northern sparsely populated district. In order to distinguish the various opinions that emerge from the material, we apply a phenomenographic approach. The analysis result we present in three conceivable categories in order to express the different opinions.In general our study points at a positive and favourable attitude to the public library, and all the respondents assume that the municipality ought to offer this service.

Dessa förÀndringar bör genomföras för att företaget iframtiden ska kunna jÀmföra och kontrollera sina kostnader pÄ ettbÀttre sÀtt.Because of the competition on the current service market it is moreimportant to minor service companies to evaluate there choice ofproduct calculation.The purpose is to examine El- Företaget Ab:s product calculation andsuggest possible improvements by comparing with existing andappropriate product calculating- methods.The result in this survey shows that absorption costing method is themost suitable one to use by El- Företaget AB. The company uses thismodel today but through the conclusion we have worked outimprovements. These changes will be made to compare and controltheir cost in a better way in the future..
Skolkuratorers handlingsutrymme i en pedagogisk kontext : En kvalitativ studie
The aim of this study has been to highlight how school social workers experience their discretion, and furthermore how they feel about working in a context mainly dedicated to teachers. The study is executed with a qualitative research method where ten interviews with school social workers, in eight schools in the area of Stockholm have been conducted. The theoretical framework used to analyze the results was discretion, street-level bureaucracy and human service organizations.The main findings of this study imply that the most important ambition of the social work that was conducted in the schools was to help the students reach their knowledge goals. The assignment is, however, not clearly defined, which has lead to school social workers defining the mission and goals themselves. They all have wide discretion and great possibilities to decide how to execute their work, but how they use the freedom that was given seems to vary among them.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine which role public libraries play or could play within bibliotherapy. The study is based on qualitative interviews with five librarians who, in one way or another have experienced bibliotherapy activities. Further, we have interviewed two treatment assistants and one counsellor, who have cooperated with the librarians, to get their view. We have used the following research questions: Which bibliotherapeutic activities, if any, are pursued in public libraries in Sweden, and how do they look upon bibliotherapy? What role do public libraries play/could play within bibliotherapy? Ever since the term bibliotherapy was coined in the beginning of the twentieth century, the definition has been under debate. We have identified four main subjects of discussion.
Kvinnors vÄld mot mÀn i nÀra relationer : En kvantitativ undersökning av socialarbetarnas förestÀllningar
Intimate partner violence (IPV) is a recognized social problem. The IPV is common in all types of intimate relations, this essays purpose was focused on the violence performed by women against men. To find the social workers conceptions the study conducted a survey sent to local social service in Sweden. The essay had a statistic approach to visualize the social workers conceptions, and a discursive approach to focus on the language used in text answers. Different aspects of the violence were explored to find the conceptions.
Characteristics of Swedish gilts at service and producers? opinions about gilt production
In Sweden, selection for leanness in pigs has been going on for almost a century. This sometimes results in gilts and sows being too lean and consequently in a risk for reduced reproduction and health status. The Swedish recommendation includes that gilts should be mated after seven months of age, after one documented oestrus, at 120-140kg live weight and with a backfat thickness of 16-20mm. Five gilt producing herds were visited and records of age, heart girth (for weight estimation), body condition (visual estimation), backfat thickness and exterior were made. The same records were also taken in four gilt buying herds on newly purchased gilts.

Syftet med undersökningen Àr att arbeta fram en modell för hur företag bör arbeta innan, under och efter en kris för att bevara sitt varumÀrke. Studien baseras pÄ en kvalitativ undersökning dÀr primÀrdata insamlats via intervjuer med sex experter inom omrÄdet kriskommunikation. Ett abduktivt tillvÀgagÄngssÀtt har anvÀnds dÄ fokus vÀxlat mellan empiri och teori, men dÀr största fokus legat pÄ empirin. Teorin har insamlats via litteraturstudie dÀr vetenskapliga artiklar hÀmtats frÄn olika databaser, sÄsom google scholar och ABI/inform. Slutsatsen genererar i ett verktyg i form av en modell som ger riktlinjer pÄ hur företag kan arbeta innan en kris för att förebygga och förbereda. Den visar Àven pÄ hur företag arbetar under en kris för att minimera skadan av den samt hur de pÄ bÀsta sÀtt kan ÄterhÀmta sig frÄn den.

Background: Critical conditions to become an attractive supplier of knowledge based IT-services in the B2B market are many. Besides the fact of supplying a service of high quality one must as a supplier communicate values which are understandable and desirable for a new buyer. Buying a knowledge based IT-service involves several risks; the consultant might not have sufficient knowledge or have difficulties understanding the corporate culture and collaborating with other staff within the client?s organization. Since services are intangible offers and it can be intricate to put right price level for something which can only be evaluated when the project is finished, puts severe strain on suppliers competing with other companies in the same market when looking for new clients.

Syfte: Syftet med rapporten Àr att göra en undersökning av hur fastighetsföretag arbetar med service i centrala Malmö samt i Malmös ytteromrÄden som Fosie, Hermodsdahl, Holma, SödervÀrn och BellevuegÄrden. Vi vill fÄ fram om fastighetsföretag arbetar med service pÄ olika sÀtt i olika omrÄden, inre samt yttre omrÄden. Vi vill fÄ reda pÄ hur fastighetsföretag skapar trivsel för deras bostadsgÀster i inner- och ytteromrÄden i Malmö. PÄ sÄ sÀtt försöker vi skapa en helhetsbild av hur man arbetar med service och kundrelationer i inre och yttre bostadsomrÄden i Malmö.

The thesis describes the following main question:
Will the administrative labour during football tournaments be made easier with
the help from a mobile web service or will it convey to unnecessary extra work?
To be able to give a good and qualified answer to this question, the thesis
will in
the beginning describe how the technique for such a system might look like and
also describe the existing administrative moments during a football tournament,
this is too give the reader a deeper understanding for further reading. The
thesis
then goes on to describe a concrete system which is tested on three football
tournaments. On the basis of the tests, interviews and through analysis of these
the thesis will be able to answer our questions.
The result which we present in the thesis have unfolded through testing of the
system on three chosen football tournaments. The differences in way of labour
pre and post the system have been analyzed and through interviews the value
of these changes have been assessed.
The results achieved in the thesis are as follows, the presented mobile web
service does not only decrease the total work effort made by the tournament
officials it also speeds up their work.

It is also obvious that companies act very different during times of crisis. Adding to the problem is trends that point to a more careful consumption and environmental awareness.
