The aim with the study is to find key factors relating to internal marketing and to improve the process between the operating organization and its customers. A qualitative study is carried out within an organization active in the Swedish healthcare. The qualitative approach is carried out by collecting empirical data through observations, personal interviews and group interviews.The Physiotherapy Clinic at the Karolinska University Hospital is in the focus of the empirical study. The study locates existing differences in perceptions and comes up with recommendations for actions to improve the process of organisations within the Swedish healthcare and their customers. The study's results are that internal marketing can bring a lot to service-selling organizations and that the organizations internal conditions are as important as the external ones.Communication appears to be a key factor for an organization that has applied internal marketing.

I centrum för denna uppsats står så kallade autentiska texter. Uppsatsen vill uppmärksamma de teoretiska svårigheterna som är knutna till detta begrepp. Samtidigt vill den visa på de många möjligheter som begreppet kan rymma. För att närma mig detta område har jag valt att kombinera ett teoretiskt och ett praktiskt perspektiv: dels undersöks olika definitioner av begreppet, dels intervjuas två lärare i engelska om deras användning av autentiska texter i undervisningen. Trots begreppets svaga teoretiska grund tycks det ha en relativt stark position inom dagens språkundervisning. I uppsatsen hävdas att ett grundläggande ifrågasättande kan öppna för en djupare förståelse av begreppet. Det handlar inte om att ogiltigförklara begreppet, utan att upptäcka det på nytt.

Denna rapport syftar till att undersöka i vilken utsträckning stridsvagnskompanichefer skiljer och/eller liknar ?commanders? (i spelet ?Battlefield 2?) i sitt sätt att skapa och upprätthålla situationsmedvetenhet med avseende på riskbedömning kopplat till fiendens position i slagfältet. Studien grundar sig på en tanke om att utnyttja positiva effekter från datorspelande, i morgondagens ledningssystem genom att bygga ledningssystem grundade på en kommersiell spelplattform. Resultaten pekar bland annat på skillnader mellan de båda aktörernas metoder för att uppnå full situationsmedvetenhet, men även på vissa likheter som till exempel att se på en situation med fiendens ögon för att bedöma hur denna kommer att agera..

We have, after three years of studying at Södertörns University Collage, experienced that there is great division in the classroom between students of foreign origin and ethnically Swedish students. How the students choose to place themselves in the classroom form a pattern on the basis of students? outer shells. The aim of this study is to understand what impact the student?s social orders has on the position they choose in the classroom.

The Swedish telecommunication market was prior to the official deregulation 1975 characterized by Telia?s former monopoly position. This thesis studies how the deregulation of the market, and the thereby increasing competition, has affected Telia and how it has influenced Telia?s marketing strategies.The theoretical framework, from which the conclusions will be made, is a combination of the theory about strategic learning behaviours by Slater et al, and Grönroos? theory about a marketing continuum. The empirical work material is the result from two interviews with former key figures at Telia, and a briefing of Telia?s annual report between the years 1993 and 2006.Research findings indicate that Telia has gone from being product oriented with a strong technical focus, to becoming gradually more market oriented with competition orientation but foremost customer orientation as their most distinguished learning behaviours.

The aim with this study is to identify and discuss discourses in public service policy documents to clarify that public service policy is political and not self-evident. The study's theoretical as well as methodological starting point is the discourse theory of Laclau and Mouffe, which ontological position is that all meaning is constructed by discourses. In the studied material, two discourses have been identified in policy concerning the content in public service media. The responsibility-discourse construct meanings of what content the policy wants to see in public service media and in the quality-discourse meanings of how the content should be is constructed. Public service policy is consistent over the period that has been studied and the study shows that there is consensus in the parliament about the regulation of the content in public service media.

According to the study [1] several firefighters are killed in action each year. This happens naturally in various ways. One of the major factors is that firefighters often do not know how the environment looks like, for example that a building in an industrial area contains hazardous gas cylinders. Without a solution, fire-fighters will continue to die in duty. It is therefore important to solve this problem so that we can minimize the risks and save lives.The goal of this project was a control system for pneumatic artificial muscles.

The main purpose is to illuminate how a company links certain values to its brand in an effort to achieve a competitive position. We have done this by studying the government owned company Svenska Spel and its entrance on the netpokermarket. With Corporate Social Responsibility as a guidance for the company they wanted to offer Swedish gamblers an alternative to the, often morally dubious, international actors. Our thesis has taken an internal (corporate) as well as an external (consumer) perspective on the result of this strive. Our conclusions are that although Svenska Spel is successfully integrating social responsibility into their netpokerbusiness, they are facing a difficulty in making the consumer fully appreciate it.

Szabo, Victoria och Christiansson, Linus (2014). Förskolebarns fria lek och kommunikation ur ett genusperspektiv. Malmö högskola: Lärarutbildningen Det här arbetet syftar till att få en ökad förståelse kring förskolebarns lek och kommunikation i den fria leken ur ett genusperspektiv. Därutöver är avsikten att bidra till en ökad inblick om hur samhället och genus formar barn redan i tidig ålder. I studien deltog 15 barn på en mångkulturell och kommunalt driven förskola, där skriftlig observation användes som metod. I studiens resultat framkommer det att barn formas av samhällets förväntningar och normer men även att barn prövar och utmanar dessa för att hitta sin plats på förskolan. Vidare visar resultatet att maktpositioner både skapas och utmanas i leken och även kommunikationen bland pojkar och flickor, det var ingen roll eller position som enbart tillhörde ett kön..

This study has examined how teachers in primary education with experience of inclusion look on inclusive education. The study was based on the concept of inclusion and how it is made possible in primary school. The study was conducted using semi-structured qualitative life-world interviews with three teachers in primary education with included pupils with learning disabilities in their class. The results show the complexity of having a pupil with learning disabilities in class. To interpret, follow and then assess under two syllabuses are seen as difficult.

Individuell lönesättning är idag det dominerande lönesystemet både inom privat och offentlig sektor. Trots det är dess effekt relativt outforskad. En allmän föreställning är att det är ett motiverande och effektiviserande lönesystem. Uppsatsen utforskar hur individuell lönesättning fungerar som motivation för individen, om motivationen påverkas av att individen arbetar i ett gruppsammanhang, samt huruvida kvinnors upplevelse av systemet färgas av jämställdhetsdebatten. De tio intervjudeltagarna kom från en kommunal och en privat verksamhet.Resultaten visar att systemet upplevs som motiverande, men att även andra faktorer i arbetet motiverar och ibland är viktigare.

Syftet med mitt examensarbete är att undersöka under vilka förutsättningar som elevinflytande över engelskundervisningens innehåll och form fungerar. Jag har gjort halvstrukturerade kvalitativa intervjuer med fem gymnasielärare på en skola i södra Sverige som undervisar eller nyligen har undervisat på kursen Engelska A, och därefter analyserat vad de säger om förutsättningarna för lyckat elevinflytande utifrån den litteratur jag läst i ämnet. Tre teman som för mig har framträtt i intervjuerna och som kan ses som förbundna med lyckat elevinflytande är att man inte ska abdikera från den styrande position som man har i egenskap av att vara lärare, att man måste träna eleverna i att ta ansvar för att de ska klara av att ha inflytande över sin inlärning, och att lärarens attityd är avgörande för om elevinflytande ska fungera. Arbetet är, för att sammanfatta, en kvalitativ studie, som syftar till att beskriva lyckat elevinflytande såsom det definieras av fem aktiva engelsklärare. Det går därför inte att dra några generaliserade slutsatser om vad som utmärker lyckat elevinflytande och studien gör inte heller anspråk på att vara uttömmande..

Syftet med denna studie var att utifrån ett socialkonstruktionistiskt perspektiv och ett Foucault-inspirerat diskursanalytiskt ramverk visa på några av de sätt att tala om och förstå den bildterapeutiska processen som finns tillgängliga för och används av bildterapeuter. Syftet var även att beskriva hur dessa sätt att tala kan påverka bildterapeuter i det bildterapeutiska arbete de bedriver. Datainsamlingen genomfördes med semistrukturerade intervjuer med bildterapeuter. I resultatet lyftes tre distinkta sätt att tala om processen fram, som gav den tre olika innebörder. Dessa tre diskursiva konstruktioner framställde den bildterapeutiska processen som en blottläggande process, som en experimenterande process och som en reflekterande process.

Detaljhandelsföretagens vill utveckla en långsiktig kundrelation för att bibehålla sin position på marknaden där kunderna har många butiker att välja utifrån. För att ge sin personal motivation att utveckla en god kundtillfredsställelse används belöningssystem som motivationsverktyg. Denna uppsats kommer att behandla arbetet med customer relationship managent även kallat CRM samt belöningssystem. Uppsatsen kommer undersöka ett medelstort detaljhandelsföretag i Luleå som arbetar med kollektivt belöningssystem och CRM arbete. Intervjuer har skett enskilt med fyra representanter från arbetslaget och en från företagsledningen i butiken.

During pre-slaughter handling of pigs the animals are often subjected to methods that induces stress and are a threat to the wellbeing of the animals, such as mixing of groups, loud noise and transportation. A new law will be implemented in 2006 in Sweden that prohibits mechanical noise exceeding 65 dB in abattoirs. The purpose of the research presented in this paper was to examine the effects of noise and transportation on pig behaviour. The activity and aggressiveness of the pigs were examined with behavioural studies during transportation and during three different noise levels: 55, 75 and 95 dB. Before the noise treatments took place the groups were mixed and half of them were transported for approximately 2 hours. In the study 432 pigs were used.
