Bakgrund Prevalensen hos barn med diabetes typ I och den samtidiga förekomsten av celiaki varierar i studier mellan 2,4-16,4 %. Celiaki och diabetes typ I kräver båda en noggrant kontrollerad kost. Det tycks finnas få studier som undersöker hur kombinationen av de två olika kosterna fungerar i praktiken. Syfte Att utforska hur föräldrar till barn med dubbeldiagnosen celiaki-diabetes upplever att kosten fungerar. Metod En kvalitativ metod användes i form av skrivna berättelser, insamlade via ett webbaserat formulär.

After emergencies involving chemical spills it is of great importance that correct measures are taken with short notice, both for the security of people and in order to minimize future environmental consequences. The RIB-unit at the Swedish Rescue Services Agency initiated this study, the aim of which is to propose changes to the existing chemical transport calculation tool: Chemical Spill 3.4, included in RIB - Integrated Decision Support for Civil Protection, so that it can be used for decision support as well as in preventive work. A rough estimation of chemical transport in the subsurface is considered being of great importance when making decisions during emergency response operations.The proposition presented in this report is a non site specific chemical transport model which is designed to give a rough estimation of NAPL flow in homogenous isotropic soil shortly after an instantaneous release. The model can be used at two levels; both in situations without access to information on subsurface properties, and with more accuracy in situations with knowledge of the included parameters. For that reason the user can choose among predefined alternatives or assign the parameters a numeric value to increase the quality of the model output.

Thepurpose of this final thesis is to analyse which legal and practical measures the company hasto undertake during the process of localization to get approval from the Chineseenvironmental legislation.An analysis of the influencing factors on the environment from the production in theconstruction in Sweden was carried through. A material-balance was analysed according tothe flowchart of the production.

I dagens föränderliga omgivning har det blivit allt vanligare för små och medelstora företag att samverka i nätverk (SME nätverk) för att möta kundernas mer komplexa och specifika krav. SME nätverk är en frivillig, avsiktlig sammanslutning av relativt homogena, små och medelstora företag som arbetar tillsammans under ledning av en styrgrupp, för att nå affärsspecifika mål. Oavsett storlek eller antal medlemsföretag i ett SME nätverk är det nödvändigt med struktur och styrning. Det är viktigt för nätverkets utveckling att tillsätta en styrgrupp, vars främsta uppgift är att övervaka medlemsföretagen så att de resurser som nätverket tilldelats genererar önskade och utlovade prestationer. Övervakning har i studier visat sig vara absolut nödvändigt för att motverka medlemsföretagens naturliga instinkt att konkurrera med varandra.

This thesis compares different methods for risk assessment of a creosote contaminated site in Vansbro, Dalarna. In a complementary study the importance of using representative data for calibration and validation of stationary groundwater models is discussed. The time dependency between surface water levels and groundwater levels on the site in Vansbro is evaluated by step response analysis. The results show that the groundwater levels reflect only long-term variation in the surface water levels. Hence the use of such long-term means for calibration and validation of the stationary groundwater models is the only theoretically defendable alternative.As a first step in the comparison of risk assessment methods the degree of contamination is evaluated on the basis of generic guideline values for contaminated soils, developed by the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency.

Farmers Cooperative has in recent years developed from national markets to cross-border, international, collaborations. One example is the merger between the Swedish dairy company Arla and Danish MD Foods, where the companies collectively are sought to reduce transaction costs and thus improve efficiency. The Swedish market for commodities (fertilizers and pesticides) in agriculture has for many years been dominated by a few large players, with little opportunity for grain associations and local grain companies to offer their customers a varied range of commodities with a competitive pricing.To change this state, a majority of Swedish and Danish grain associations and local grain companies have established a trans-national cooperation. Through the establishment of the organization DLA Agro, they offer their customers a good variety of products with competitive prices. This study investigates thus according to the theory of cooperative models to what extent and how the DLA Agro helps to create benefits for the Swedish member companies.

I skrivande stund föreligger viss oklarhet vad gäller fastighetmäklarlagens (2011:666) tillämpningsområde. I ett avgörande från Svea hovrätt[1] har problematiken kring huruvida fastighetsmäklarlagens bestämmelser är tillämpliga på kommersiella fastighetsförmedlingar konkretiserats. Frågeställningen har varit föremål för diskussion i motiven till fastighetsmäklarlagen, och efter hovrättens avgörande gett upphov till livlig debatt. Lagutskottet har i förarbetena till lagen framhållit att det inte kan betraktas såsom rimligt att man, i samband med en fastighetsförmedling vid en inkråmsaffär, ska vara tvungen att anlita både en företags- och en fastighetsmäklare eller att valet av överlåtelseform[2] ska tillmätas någon betydelse. Regeringen var av samma åsikt som Lagutskottet, men påpekade att det i praktiken ändå oftast anlitas advokater vid förmedlingar av denna typ.

The Swedish government have a goal that wind turbines shall produce 30 TWh by the year 2020, compared to about 3,5 TWh produced in Sweden during 2010. To minimize the disturbance that wind turbines create the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency has stated a guideline value that noise from wind turbines at nearby residents shouldn?t exceed 40 dBA, at 8 m/s wind speed. With advanced calculation models, like Nord 2000, the emitted sound from future wind turbines can be calculated at an early stage to optimize the power production without exceeding the 40 dBA. When the turbines have been built there is a need to verify that they really are within the guideline.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) är ett område som fått alltmer uppmärksamhet i dagens affärsmiljö, speciellt hos aktörer som är verksamma på den internationella marknaden. Företags sociala, miljömässiga och etiska ansvarstagande är betydande delar i ett hållbart globalt samhälle, varför CSR är ett viktigt ämne att öka uppmärksamheten kring och förståelsen för. Syftet med denna studie var att utveckla ett svenskt industriföretags leverantörsutvärdering med fokus på CSR-aspekter vid inköp på den kinesiska marknaden. Studien undersökte även vilka kulturella aspekter som bör tas hänsyn till vid utvärdering av en leverantör i Kina. Studien syftade därigenom till att öka insikten kring vilka CSR-områden som bör prioriteras på den kinesiska marknaden och ge en möjlighet till företag att praktiskt implementera CSR vid leverantörsutvärdering.

Bakgrund och problem: Goodwillpostens behandling i redovisningen är ett ämne som diskuterasflitigt i branschrelaterad litteratur. Problemet är att bolag i olika grad identifierar immateriellatillgångar, en skillnad som får följder för om värdet skrivs av eller nedskrivningsprövas. Dånedskrivning i litteraturen anses medföra högre resultat kan underlåtelse att redovisa immateriellatillgångar användas i syfte att påverka resultatet. In Sweden today many municipalities and sport clubs chooses to build artificial turfs becauseof the increased period of using the turfs during the year and less maintenance requirementsthan for natural grass fields. What could be problematic with artificial turfs is the rubbergranules used as infill material in the turf matt. The rubber granules are often made fromrecycled tires, which may contain for the human health and the environment, harmful substances.This was the reason why the Swedish Chemicals Agency commissioned a statusreport in 2006 which, among other things, concluded that the environmental and health risksassociated with granules made from recycled tiers in artificial turf fields were small, but thatthere could be a local environmental hazard. The purpose and objective of the risk assessmentwas to identify how artificial turf plans granules can affect recipients in the area closeto the pitches and provide input to reduce the spread of metals and substances harmful forboth human health and the surrounding environment. The work was divided into three parts:(1) the construction of artificial turf pitches and their material content, the spread of granulatesoutside the fields and disposal of artificial turf pitches.

Under 2013 skedde det hittills största läckaget av hemliga dokument. Dessa avslöjanden detaljerar den hemliga övervakning som genomförs av bl.a. amerikanska underrättelsetjänsten NSA (National Security Agency). Offentliggörandet att stora IT-företag är delaktiga i denna övervakningen via samarbete med NSA har även framkommit. Förespråkare av särskilt öppen källkod ser massövervakningen som en inkräktan på den enskildes integritet.

The purpose of this study is to create a method that can be used to produce decisionsupport data for the climate goals of a municipality. The method should be able to demonstrate the potential for reducing energy use and greenhouse gas emissions for measures aimed at the stationary energy system in the municipality. It will be used to make longterm projections of energy use and greenhouse gas emissions in order to be able to demonstrate the ability to reach climate goals. The aim was also to test the method's applicability by using the municipality of Uppsala and the Uppsala climate protocol project in a case study. Uppsala climate protocol is a project consisting of participants from business, government and organizations that voluntarily want to commit to reducing their carbon footprint by reducing their energy use and thus work to achieve the municipality's overall climate goal. Public reporting of energy use and climate impact has been studied in order to examine the nature of indicators and accounting figures that are commonly used in the field and how long-term forecasts are formulated. In connection to this, the type and sources for the kind of data needed was also examined.

I denna uppsats har filmljudet i krigsfilmerna Apocalypse Now och Saving Private Ryan undersökts. Detta har gjorts för att försöka bidra med ökad förståelse för filmljudets användningsområde och funktioner, främst för filmerna i fråga, men även för krigsfilm rent generellt. Filmljud i denna kontext omfattar allt det ljud som finns i film, men utesluter dock all ickediegetisk musik. Båda filmerna har undersökts genom en audio-visuell analys. En sådan analys görs genom att detaljgranska båda filmernas ljud- och bildinnehåll var för sig, för att slutligen undersöka samma filmsekvens som helhet då ljudet och bilden satts ihop igen.
