I början av 2014 ifrågasatte revisorernas branschförening FAR användandet av progressiva avskrivningar i bostadsrättsföreningar, då avskrivningsmetoden ansågs skjuta upp stora minusposter på framtida generationer. Argument fördes, från byggbolag och bostadsrättsinnehavare, om att alternativet; en linjär avskrivningsmetod, skulle bidra till höjda avgifter och i förlängningen en avstannande bostadsmarknad. Denna uppsats använder de båda avskrivningsmetoderna för att undersöka vilka konsekvenser avskrivningsmetodvalet kan få på bostadsrättsföreningars ekonomi i framtiden. Detta görs genom en omräkning av tre bostadsrättsföreningars årsredovisningar. Möjliga effekter på föreningars resultat, medlemsavgifter samt alternativa lösningar på avgiftshöjningsproblemet diskuteras.

Denna studie undersöker den arbetsrelaterade trivselns medierande roll i sambandet mellan det psykologiska arbetsklimatets och arbetsattityderna organisatoriskt åtagande (organizational commitment), arbetsinlevelse (job involvement), arbetsengagemang (work engagement) och avslutsintention. Undersökningen är genomförd på Patent- och registreringsverket och bygger på en enkätstudie bland verkets medarbetare (n = 140). Resultat av hierarkisk regressionsanalys visar att klimatfaktorer i hög grad kunde predicera trivsel, som i sin tur åtminstone partiellt medierade klimatets effekter på tre av de fyra arbetsattityderna, dock inte arbetsinlevelse. Slutsatsen blir att det finns ekonomiska argument för organisationer att främja trivseln på arbetsplatsen. The premise for this study is the question how we should relate to people with different religious beliefs. The aim is to examine if an existence characterized by a religious diversity should affect the certainty and confidence in our faith. To answer my question I have turned to the philosophers David Basinger, Mikael Stenmark, William Lane Craig and Robert McKims different views on this issue. Using an approach based on a comparative method and argument analysis I have then assessed their different opinions in the matter. Based on my own discussion of these arguments I conclude that a religious diversity should imply a reduction in our own religious confidence and that it should be reduced in relation to the amount of disagreement that exist between conflicting religious perspectives in an specific case and matter.

This bachelor´s thesis analyzes the debate in a number of Swedish media regarding the introduction of video games as a new medium in the public libraries. The theory and method used is discourse analysis. Three questions were asked: how the introduction of video games as a new media in libraries is discussed, how is it motivated and in what way the authors of the articles analyzed are speaking about new media and the mission of the library. The selected articles were divided into four themes and the analysis resulted in the identification of two main discourses, one which is positive to the introduction and integration of new media in the libraries? collections, and one which has a more negative approach and uses quality and culture as an argument. The conclusion is that video games are a medium so widely used that librarians have to decide whether or not they want to include it in the libraries? collections, and by deciding this they reveal their attitude towards the mission and purpose of the public library..

In this thesis my purpose is to study the mechanisms and discourses that are the foundations for identification processes, in a contemporary society characterised by increased mobility. By means of a fictitious life history, I relate to this problem constantly through the work. At the beginning of the essay I discuss the traditional, western, philosophical view of the self and its surroundings, which eventually leads me to focus on the theories of the sociology of knowledge. From this perspective I choose to examine globalisation processes and mobility, to create an understanding of how these two, changes the circumstances for the individual identification. In my concluding argument I stress that all research or all studies concerning identification processes must take into account that these identifications always take place with regard to time/place which also means, that it takes place both in real space and in imaginary space.

Syftet med följande arbete är att med utgångspunkt från elevers berättelser i årskurs 4 och 5 belysa olika perspektiv och uppfattningar om läxor. Den övergripande frågeställningen som ligger till grund för undersökningen är: Hur upplever barn i årskurs 4 och 5 läxor? Uppsatsen är genomförd utifrån en kvalitativ metod där resultaten från elevintervjuer tolkas och relateras till tidigare forskning kring läxor samt teoretiska aspekter på lärande. Resultatet visar att de sex elever som intervjuats kan tillskrivas ett relativt godvilligt och plikttroget förhållningssätt till läxor. Läxor har man för att lära sig.
