Det skapade verktyget för insamlande av erfarenhetsdata skall bidra till att produktivitet och producerbarhet kan förbättras på kommande koncept och konstruktioner. En förstudie har genomförts på företaget under hösten 2010 vilket ligger till grund för det beskrivna problemet i examensarbetet.Arbetet avgränsades till att utveckla en struktur för hur metod och erfarenhet skall struktureras och en testversion av verktyget togs fram för utvärdering. Efter samråd med den handledande Verksamhetsutvecklingsgruppen, VU-gruppen, från avdelning 9931 Projekt-, Koncept- och Tillverkningsledning, beslutades att examensarbetet skulle avgränsas ytterligare till insamling av diametermått på komponenten Diffuser Case på Volvo Aero.

We aimed to investi-gate how these small niche retail businesses create their position and how they communicate these positions to their target market. On the 26th of January 2010, the Supreme Administrative Court in Sweden gave five rulings which greatly affect the possibility to keep a close company within a family by transferring the ownership of the company to the next generation. The five rulings concern the interpretation of the prerequisite, same or similar activity, which can be found in section 57, clause 4 of the Swedish Income Tax Act.    The prerequisite is fulfilled when an entire or parts of a business is transferred to another close company and the receiving company?s business activity is within the framework of the transferring company?s business activity or when the companies have a similar connection. Depending on which shares that are being evaluated, the prerequisite can refer to both the shares in the receiving or the transferring company. When the prerequisite is fulfilled, a standardized amount of the business income will be taxed as capital gains and the surplus will be taxed as earned income.

Our report procedure identification of instability and disturbance in an automatic manufacturing line of processing and assembling of chair sliding rails at Sapas manufacturing department in Vetlanda.To obtain a stabile ground we have mapped the material flow to receive a comprehensive view and to visualise connections.We have examined cycle times at different stations in purpose to identificate bottlenecks. The result of our examination showed that the bottleneck of the line was the brush station. This leads to that the expected bottlenecks identificated by Sapa gets a delay time and by that a longer cycle time.Interruptions has a clear negative influence at the line performance so we have also assemble data through the operators report list and compiled these in order to find out the interruptions effect on the line. The outcome during our assembled period was that the reported interruptions corresponded about 30 percent of the total available production time. This has a clear negative effect on the line productivity and efficiency as we have calculated in order to get the present status..
