Warmer climate is a driving factor to species expansion northwards. Expansion to new areas can result in escape from natural enemies, resulting in reduced levels of mortality and thereby potentially increasing the rate of expansion. The most important parasitoid species attacking butterfly larvae belong to the families Tachinidae, Ichneumonidae and Braconidae. The aim of this thesis was to investigate parasitism and difference between populations in established area and newly colonized area for the European map butterfly, Araschnia levana, in order to examine if the butterfly has escaped from some natural enemies. In 1982 the first European map butterfly was observed in Sweden and has now established up to middle Småland.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how much influence children perceive and feel that they have in terms of after-school activities and offerings. I have also tried to find out how much influence the children in the selected after-schools feel they have. This is to highlight how children themselves perceive their influence and if the children are aware of their rights in terms of participation and influence. The study also wants to highlight the forums and the ways in which children feel that they are heard. The study used questionnaires and group interviews were made of 15 children aged 8-9 years from two after-schools, located in two different schools in the same municipality.

The Russian operation on the Crimean peninsula has been referred to as a victory enabled by the operationalization of the concept of New Generation Warfare. According to some military theorists, this concept and its operationalization cannot be characterized in terms of the traditional wars waged up to this point. It is, however, also argued that this new generation of warfare is primarily a new approach to strategy, a new way of applying traditional methods to achieve political goals. Could it be that a top rank is detrimental to an entire country's efforts to fight corruption?This bachelor thesis in political science is about Swedish corruption. In essence, so questioning the Transparency International's indexed rankings that placed Sweden in third place. Issues concern since if the third placement has created nonchalance and a careless mentality in Swedish government and in particular in the municipal operations. Research results show that Transparency International's rankings have low validity and low reliability and that the government is not acting sufficiently to prevent and fight corruption.

The purpose of this study is to research whether or not gender has an impact on assessments regarding the support for persons with special nedds (LSS personkrets 3). Administrators working in disability care are to make decisions on the basis of the individual's needs when assessing the need for aid and support. This study is based on qualitative interviews, with six administrators, and one head of operations. The empirical data collected has been thoroughly analysed from a gender perspective, rooted in Butler's theory regarding performativity and subversive actions, as well as Connell's gender regime, and Hirdman's gender contracts. Results show that administrators have ackknowledged and noticed differences in how male and female users express their needs, where the difference lies in the communication; females seem more reserved and shy, whereas males seem more outward and extroverted.

The aim of this thesis is to examine how salesperson control can be exercised in a retail store environment. A case study has been performed on a Swedish fashion company emphasizing the relationship between the company?s upper level management and their retail store operations in order to describe, analyze and classify the prevailing management control mechanisms. The paper presents an agency theoretical approach to the relationship applying behavior- and outcome based control theory, performance measurement theory and incentives theory in order to give a comprehensive image of the control system. The main finding is that the company?s management control system as applied to the sales force in its retail stores can be categorized as mainly behavior-based despite several explicit outcome-based features..

Denna uppsats behandlar musik i politik, med fokus på vilka politiska uttryck som går att finna i Björn Afzelius texter. Med fokus på albumet Innan tystnaden från 1982, samt vad Björn Afzelius hade för syfte med dessa uttryck i sina texter. En deskriptiv kvalitativ metod utformad av Göran Arhne och Peter Svensson har använts till att avgränsa mitt arbete. Detta från Björn Afzelius alla texter, till texterna i ett utvalt musikalbum. För att identifiera de olika uttrycksätten sa har Plams hermaneutiska använts som verktyg för att få fram musikförståelsens primärfunktioner i albumet.

With an IT outsourcing project there are many factors affecting how efficiency andquality develop in the outsourced activity. The Purpose of this study is to identifythese factors through a case study in a global company that is dissatisfied with theefficiency and quality of their outsourced helpdesk. For data collection methodsinterviews and observations were used. Interviews were conducted with people fromdifferent parts of the company in three different countries, all somehow involved inthe outsourced system. The observations were made with the outsourced company tosee how the employees work and fill information gaps that the interviews could notcover.

Age is one of two new discriminatory grounds in Swedish law. EU took official position against age discrimination by means of Council Directive 2000/78/EC of 27 November 2000 establishing a general framework for equal treatment in employment and occupation. From January the 1st 2009 it is, by Diskrimineringslag (2008:567), illegal in Sweden to discriminate anyone based on age. The law covers all age groups and is applicable to various fields in society. Age differ from other discriminatory grounds since everyone has an age.

In this study bone material from six stone ship settings and a total of seven deposits of bones from two sites on the island of Gotland have been analyzed. Four ship settings from the burial site at Gålrum in Alskog parish and two from Tängelgårda in Lärbro parish. The ships contained both cremated remains and inhumations.  Human remains were identified in five of the analyzed ship settings and a minimum of six individuals was identified in total.  Animals were found in three of the ship settings, where one of them contained only the burned remains of a dog. Two of the ships contained inhumations, one in Gålrum and one in Tängelgårda.

Enligt hälso- sjukvårdslagen(1982:763) skall det bedrivas sjukdomsförebyggande arbete inom Närhälsan. Som sjuksköterska respektive distriktsköterska i Närhälsans regi möter vi dagligen patienter som behöver stöd och vägledning mot en hälsosammare livsstil. Inaktivitet, rökning, risk bruk av alkohol samt ohälsosamma matvanor ökar risken för sjukdomar såsom, diabetes, hjärt-kärlsjukdomar samt KOL och astma. Det är aldrig för sent att börja en förändring, all förändring mot ett aktivare liv och sundare matvanor är av värde. Att förändra livsstil kan vara svårt och ta tid, patienterna har olika behov av stöd och vägledning.

Arbetsrätten omfattar bland annat de lagar och regler som gäller mellan arbetsgivarorganisationer och arbetstagarorganisationer. I och med att lagar om anställningsskydd tillkom under början av 1970-talet fick arbetstagarna ett starkare anställningsskydd. I den nuvarande lagen (1982:80) om anställningsskydd (LAS) framgår det att arbetsgivaren ska uppge skäl vid en uppsägning. I LAS finns ingen tydlig redogörelse för hur saklig grund uppfylls. Delar av syftet med den här uppsatsen har därför varit att besvara frågan hur rekvisitet saklig grund uppfylls.
