I olika delar utav världen finns idag cirka 20 miljoner invandrare som har lämnat sina länder på grund utav krig och fattigdom. Det svenska samhället utgörs idag utav 20 % invandrare. Med den ökade invandringen blir mötet med invandrare allt vanligare inom sjukvården. Detta möte kan bli problematiskt på grund av kulturkrockar, språkproblem och religiösa uppfattningar. Enligt hälso- och sjukvårdslagen (1982) bör vård ges på lika villkor till all befolkning i Sverige (Hanssen 2007).

Ett antal förändringar har under åren 2006 ? 2008 genomförts i lag (1982:80) om anställningsskydd. Det finns flera olika faktorer som har bidragit till dessa förändringar. Sverige har bland annat fått till uppgift att införliva tre EG-direktiv i svensk rätt. Detta har lett till att regeringen gjort en rad förändringar, bland annat rörande andelen tillåtna tidsbegränsade anställningar samt hur länge en arbetstagare får befinna sig i en tidsbegränsad anställning innan den övergår till en tillsvidareanställning.

The purpose of this study is to explore and understand the social and structural dynamics of an organization working with questions regarding development. The organization in question is Vi-agroforestry, a Swedish based NGO that works around the lake Victoria basin and the focus will be on their office in Rwanda. I have used a qualitative approach and conducted participatory observation as well as semi-structured interviews to gather data. I have emanated from the individuals in the organization by using a theory of microsociological organisationperspecive to understand how the employees create and is created by the existing social structures. (Blomberg, 2003) Even though the office in Rwanda only is a relatively small part of Vi-agroforestry?s operations it is still highly individual and independent from the rest of the organization.

This Masters thesis work describes a comparison between two different methods for estimation of the down channel (base station to mobile subscriber) in Wide-band Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA). The first estimation method, Optimal Feed-forward Channel Estimation (OFCE), is a conventional method that bases the estimates on data that is known to both sender and receiver, so called pilots. The second method, Decision Directed Channel Estimation (DDCE), is an elaboration of OFCE. It also uses user data for estimation. Simulations show that DDCE, in comparison to OFCE, does not attain an improvement in signal-to-noise-ratio (SNR) for high bit error rates (BER).

Nato:s planeringsmodell Comprehensive Operations Planning Directive ska framgent användas för nationell militär planering. Anpassning till svenska förhållanden kommer att genomföras. Överbefälhavaren betonar redan i inledningen på ny Militärstrategisk doktrin att uppdragstaktik ska vara grunden för ledning i Försvarsmakten. Forskningen i uppsatsen fokuserar till mötet mellan planeringsmetod och betoning av att uppdragstaktik ska vara grunden för ledning.Syftet är att identifiera om operativ planering enligt COPD och doktrinens betoning av uppdragstaktik harmonierar. Genom det kan uppsatsen bidra med ny kunskap inom området och med ett analysverktyg för uppdragstaktik.För att genomföra analys av COPD har ett analysverktyg skapats, baserat på olika forskares teorier om vad som stödjer och motverkar uppdragstaktik.Forskningen visar att COPD i hög grad stödjer uppdragstaktik i ett filosofiskt perspektiv, men i lägre grad i praktiken.

Companies will increasingly begin to link their applications, and the technology that makesthis possible is called integration. The more applications that are connected, the more of the company's data flows through these integrations. It is also clear that data analyses to create business value and to get competitive advantages against its competitors are important. In this paper, we examine how companies create business value and competitive advantages throughthe integration platforms and metadata from the integrations. We have interviewedpeople from three companies in the industrial sector, each with an integration platform.We have also interviewed Enfo Zystems, a company that provides development andmanagement of integration platforms to these customers.

SammanfattningEfter ett riksdagsbeslut 1968 omvandlades den svenska militärmusiken till den civila organisationen Regionmusiken. Det innebar bland annat att alla militärmusiker fick civil status, men också ändrade arbetsuppgifter. Militärmusikerna förväntades spela i både den militära kontext de kom ifrån, och i en civil kontext som innebar allt ifrån kammarmusikkonserter till instrumentvisning i grundskolan. Med tiden märkte man att det trots allt fanns ett behov av ceremoniell musik och utbildning av musiker i en militär kontext, varför man 1982 bildade den värnpliktiga musikkåren Arméns Musikpluton (numera Arméns Musikkår). År 2006 anställdes 15 professionella musiker i kåren, vilket betyder att Sverige åter har en militärmusik under Försvarsmaktens styre.

This report presents the development process of a mobile interface for the C2-monitor. A monitoring tool used to support the operations for the broadcasting services of Ericsson Broadcasting and Media Services (EBMS). With the support of the C2-monitor, operators can monitor hundreds of channels and services produced from EBMS. To enhance a more flexible working environment, the C2-monitor needs to be developed further to support mobile devices with a customized design to take advantage of mobile phones features and functionality. Established and well-recognized design methods and principles have been applied in the development process and user testing have been made iteratively throughout the project.

The purpose of this paper is to study how Swedish CFOs perceive that the requirement for companies to issue quarterly reports affect business operations in the company. The fact that it is regulations on the Stockholm Stock Exchange, and not the law, that requires companies to issue quarterly reports makes Sweden unique in Europe. The paper is based on interviews with CFOs from 32 companies quoted on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. The major finding in the study is that a majority of the CFOs perceive that the pressure for short term results, created by quarterly reports, affect their work and the investment decisions made in the company. Also CFOs feel that the market over interprets the information given in quarterly reports.

This literature research is meant to answer the following questions: ? What was the Swedes consumption of fat from 1935 to 2009? ? How has the fat consumption corresponded to the current recommendations? ? What is LCHF and which are the main advantages and disadvantages? Fat supplies us with energy, isolates and protect organs from bumps and punches. Fat is insoluble in water but soluble in organic solvents. The properties of a fat depend on its structure. The most common fat in human food is triacylglycerides.

Lagstiftningen som reglerar förhållandet mellan arbetsgivare och arbetstagare är arbetsrätten som regleras i lagen (1982:80) om anställningsskydd (LAS). Saklig grund måste uppfyllas för uppsägning samt avsked, för att dessa två ska vara giltiga i en rättsprocess. Detta innebär att arbetstagaren måste grovt ha åsidosatt sina åtaganden, detta kan exempelvis ske vid missbruk eller narkotikainnehav vilket framkommer i de rättsfall som behandlas i uppsatsen. Innan ett avsked eller uppsägning bör arbetsgivaren se över ett antal kriterier i valet av de två olika vägarna såsom omplacerings- och rehabiliteringsskyldigheten. En närmare granskning av de lagar samt kostnader som kan uppstå i och med den rådande lagstiftningen kommer att ses över.

The Employment Protection Act (1982:80) provides provisions regarding priority of re-employment. A few cases where these provisions have been subject to examination, have been discussed thoroughly in SOU 2014:55. In these cases the Labour Court has identified the question whether the provisions regarding priority of re-employment can be subject to circumvention in an illegal manner. The Labour Court has stated that it would be incompatible with the sense of justice if the provisions could be circumvented to the detriment of employees entitled to priority of re-employment. However, the Labour Court stated that certain conditions have to be imposed for the assessment.After analysis of the conditions, it is established that they are deemed to cause major difficulties for employees, why it is held that the purpose and the function of the conditions are not achieved. The purpose of the essay is therefore to investigate whether the application of the conditions imposed by the Labour Court, need to undergo modifications to meet the underlying purpose of the creation of the conditions.By reason of the difficulty with the conditions, the essay provides three different amendments in which two of the amendments are ascertained to not contribute to such an improvement that they should actually be applied.

A co-operation is established when a group of people, sharing the same preferences and values, come together in order to satisfy a common need. The co-operative association should be democratic, governed and supervised by its members and open to everyone. The purpose of this article is to, from our ideal type, study similarities and differences regarding the corporate governance of the consumers? and the producers? co-operative movement. The motive behind our choice of alignment is that the mechanisms of corporate governance often are described from the perspective of the joint-stock company, making it valuable and interesting to study these mechanisms from the co-operative point of view.

Modern krigföring genomförs till stor del i form av gemensamma operationer. Helikoptern är en relativt ny tillgång i modern krigföring men används i stor utsträckning för olika uppgifter. Helikopterns förmåga att flyga men ändå bibehålla en nära kontakt med markstyrkorna har gjort den unik, men det har även inneburit att den har varit svår att placera, luft eller mark, vilket i sin tur inneburit att teoriutvecklingen kring helikoptern gått långsamt. Uppsatsen skall beskriva ett tänkbart sätt att nyttja helikopterns förmågor i gemensamma operationer. Arbetet utförs i två steg där första steget görs för att generera en teori utifrån teorier om kombinerad bekämpning, gemensamma operationer och teorier om helikopterns förmågor.

Bakgrund: Att som närstående få närvara vid HLR introducerades första gången år 1982 och är idag en uppskattad möjlighet bland många. På drygt 20 år har intresset för ämnet ökat och flera internationella HLR-råd är positiva i sina riktlinjer att låta närstående närvara vid HLR. Forskning visar att det finns mycket att vinna för patient och närstående med att närvara. Trots detta är det inte en självklarhet bland sjukvårdspersonal att låta närstående närvara vid HLR. Syfte: Syftet med studien var att belysa hälso-och sjukvårdspersonals attityder till att låta närstående närvara vid HLR, samt kartlägga faktorer som påverkar dessa attityder.Metod: En litteraturstudie valdes som metod och resultatet baseras på elva vetenskapliga artiklar.
