This essay is about the asylum and immigration politics within the EU. Due to the heavy criticism the EU has been exposed to from among others different kind of human rights organizations I have become interested to find out what kind of asylum and migration politics right now is being formed by the member states of the union. Thus the purpose is also to see if the EU is creating a policy within this area that intends to live up to the human rights obligations.My overall research question is:Which ideas characterize the asylum and immigration politics within the EU?The theoretical perspectives of universalism and particularism are used as two analytical tools in order to understand the phenomenon I am investigating and to identify its characterizing ideas. In my essay universalism and particularism are used as opposite ideal types.

The Ambition of this paper is to study the construction of the categorization between ?us? and ?them? in a religious minority, represented by Jehovah?s Witnesses and a nationalist political party, represented by the Swedish Democrats. This will be done by a discursive psychology analysis of their official publications on each group?s website. By a deductive study using Henri Tajfel?s Social Identity Theory trying to disclose the psychological processes; social categorization, social identity, social comparison and psychological distinctiveness.

The Swedish Code for Corporate Governance was introduced on July 1, 2005. All companies then listed at OM Stockholmsbörsen A-list and those on the O-list with a market value of more than three billion SKr must implement the rules in the Code. The Code includes rules for corporate governance as a complement to the legislation. The Code is based on the principle comply or explain. This means that the companies are aloud to diverge from the rules if they explain why.

The market of fruit and vegetables develops continuously to become tougher and more complex. The fast development makes it difficult to keep up with all the changes. This is the case for apples and tomatoes. The purpose of this work is to explain what the trade routes are like for Swedish imports as well as the Swedish production of tomatoes and apples, both in the present and the past times. There is also an Ambition to create comprehension of the trade routes.

The aim of this study was to investigate and gain a deeper understanding of how the staff at the youth clinic approaches, and might influence, participation and responsibility as regards the girl and boy respectively in the process that follows when an unplanned pregnancy has been verified. Qualitative interviews were carried out with staff at five youth clinics in Skåne. All staff did routinely work with girls and boys that were involved in an unplanned pregnancy. The theoretical starting point of the study was a gender perspective involving feministic gender theory and masculinity theory. The main questions were: How does the staff at the youth clinic view the responsibility distribution between the girl and the boy involved in an unplanned pregnancy, and how does the staff explain this distribution? Are there any guidelines to how the boy and girl should be approached, and in this way ensuring that they both feel involved in the unplanned pregnancy and its consequences? How does the youth clinic staff view and discuss a gender perspective in relation to their work? The result of the study showed that at four of the clinics a difference was evident in the staffs´ views as regards participation and responsibility in the unplanned pregnancy of the boy and girl respectively.

En viktig del av en nations säkerhetspolitiska Ambition handlar om att skaffa sig handlingsutrymme. Detta görs genomen orkestrering av nationens olika maktmedel. På militärstrategisk nivå skapar en samordning av politisk målsättning,doktriner och resurser en samlad nettoeffekt, vilken utgör nationens möjliga militära strategi.Efter att det kalla kriget upphört har stora förändringar i den säkerhetspolitiska miljön för bland annat Sverige ägtrum. Sverige har därför förändrat sin säkerhetspolitiska utformning och Försvarsmakten och dess luftstridskrafter harföljt efter. Det svenska flygsystemet skall idag exempelvis kunna användas i av NATO eller EU ledda fredsframtvingandeoperationer.

Due to an increased population in cities the need of densification of cities increases. This means that the amount of ecological elements in the city is at risk of decreasing. Ecological services contribute to the city?s climate by softening the negative impacts that densification of cities means. Thus increases the will and Ambition in city planning in to preserve greenery.This is an interdisciplinary thesis within the subject of geography that studies Biotope Area Factor (BAF), a planning tool that is used in city planning with the purpose of compensating for lost ecological services associated with new housing estate.

SammanfattningSyfte och frågeställningarSyftet med denna uppsats har varit att kartlägga bakgrunden hos den urvalsgrupp som deltagit under Dream action day samt att undersöka vilka som lockades av sporten och vill vara med att bredda den. Vår avsikt är även att undersöka om Dream action day var ett bra sätt att nå ut till en ny målgrupp. Vår Ambition är även att stödja Svenska skidförbundets i sin rekryteringsprocess samt utvärdera om satsningen varit lyckad. Frågeställningen har varit följande: Vilken etnisk, demografisk och ekonomiska bakgrund har de som deltar under Dream action day? Finns det någon gemensam nämnare hos de som lockats fortsätta åka? Vill ungdomarna vara med och bredda sporten? Är Dream action day ett bra sätt att nå ut till målgruppen?MetodGenom ett strategiskt urval gjort av Svenska skidförbundet har man lyckats locka 44 ungdomar till en dag där de har fått prova på snowboard.

Syfte: Anledningen att vi valt CRM som uppsatsämne är att det de senaste åren blivit en trend bland företag att använda sig av detta verktyg. Det som gör ämnet ännu mer intressant är att undersökningar visar att många företag misslyckas i sina försök att implementera CRM. Den svenska banken Swedbank är ett företag som dock borde ha förutsättningar att lyckas. Syftet med denna uppsats att öka kunskapen om CRM genom att undersöka hur Swedbank implementerat och använder sig av CRM. Vi har även haft som Ambition att undersöka vilka fördelar implementeringen och användningen av CRM har givit Swedbank.Metod: Utifrån syftet med denna promemoria har vi valt att utföra intervjuer på Swedbank.

In the 1969 Le Thor seminar, Heidegger stated that his philosophical journey could be characterized by three different themes: meaning, truth, place. The first two of these have been the subject of countless studies and discussions, but the question of place is still relatively unexplored in Heidegger?s thought, despite the increased interest for this topic in his writings. Even though scholars like Jeff Malpas, Edward Casey, Stuart Elden and Miguel de Beistegui have written books and essays on the importance of the conception of place in Heidegger?s thinking, there are still many important aspects of this theme to be discussed, given the importance Heidegger himself ascribed to this topic.In this essay, I therefore wish to pose the question of how one can understand the relation between place and the role of tragedy in Heidegger?s conception of truth.

Denna uppsats behandlar skola och genus. Syftet är att studera målen i de nationella styrdo-kument som finns angående genus i skolan samt studera hur dessa riktlinjer praktiseras på lokal nivå i skolor. Dokument som har studerats för att beskriva den nationella visionen är läroplan, lagstiftning och andra riktlinjer. Sju intervjuer har utförts med lärare i grundskolan för att studera hur genusmålen praktiseras och upplevs på lokal nivå. Teoretiska begrepp som uppsatsen går igenom är identitet och genus, könssocialisation, skola och genus samt interpel-lation och implementering.

?Halmstads Fastighets AB? is a local real estate company investing in sustainable development. One problem though is that the domestic waste, particularly the source separation, at the three resident blocks for students? isn´t working very well. This creates inconveniences for people and environment as well as decreasing the impression on the estates.This project has had the Ambition to improve the domestic waste and increase the amount of source separation at HFAB´s student hostels.
