When the population is getting older, the need for complex care and nursing interventions in elderly care increases. To create a holistic view of the elder and their life situation, interprofessional team collaboration is often desirable and necessary. Teamwork is often described in positive terms, but previous research has shown that this work method is complicated and requires constant reflection and development. The purpose of this study was to investigate how elderly care Teamwork is formed in the interaction between representatives of different professionals. To accomplish this purpose, we have studied how the team members define a well-functioning Teamwork and difficulties, and how consensus is achieved in the team.

Short-term-fostercare has a huge burden of work, hence they get harder and harder cases since placements in institutions decreases and short-term-forstercare increases. We wanted to study short-term-fosterparents experiences of their work, since they makes an important effort. The aim of the study was to describe the Teamwork with them and the groups: the social care, the children/youth and the biological patents, from a short-term-fosterparent perspective. We´ve also been interviewing two fostercare-secretaries, hence we wanted to get an insight in the organization of short-term-fostercare. The study is a qualitative attempt and we´ve done six interviews with short-term-parents.

The purpose of this essay is to further the understanding of contemporary management theory by conducting an analogy-study of the source to many of the terms today used in knowledge-intensive companies. The way a football club deals with knowledge work differs from how a conventional company deals with it. However, many of the terms, such as Teamwork and coaching, are shared by the two types of organization. By using the analogy-method we hope to create a wider understanding for the shared concepts. We have used a hermeneutic perspective throughout the essay, which first and foremost means that we focus on understanding and explaining social phenomenons.

The purpose of this study was to see how the teacher works with children´s language and what working methods they use to develop language, as well as knowledge, among the children in a multilingual school.The main questions for the essay:? What reasons the interviewed teachers about language development?? What approach do the interviewed teachers describe that they use in their multi-lingual children?s group?In order to collect empirical data to my study I chose to use a qualitative method, which consisted of interviews with four teachers in a multilingual class. The study is based on a socio-cultural perspective where social interaction, blocking, communication and language use is the main tool for children's learning and development.The results of my study revealed that teachers realize that when they involve Teamwork in class it enhances the activity among the children. In particular when the bilingual children use the language actively in different contexts where they communicate and discuss with each other in the teaching subject. When the children use language in different contexts it also enables them to develop linguistically and in terms of knowledge.

Syftet med studien var att beskriva hur nyutexaminerade sjuksköterskor upplevde sin första tid i yrket utifrån känslor, tankar, stöd och bemötande. Studien genomfördes som en kvalitativ intervjustudie med fyra informanter som arbetat på Gävle sjukhus mellan 6-18 månader. Resultatet redovisades utifrån studiens frågeställningar och visade att nyutexaminerade sjuksköterskor upplevde många olika känslor och tankar inför sin nya yrkesroll. Känslor såsom rädsla, nervositet och förväntan var några exempel. Stödet och bemötandet från andra sjuksköterskor och närmaste chef var övervägande bra, medan bemötandet från under-sköterskor och läkare upplevdes som mindre bra.

Title: Participation and comradeship through artistic creation. This study is about a pedagogical development project carried out in sixth grade classes in order to get peace and order in the classroom and to improve the relationship between pupils. The research question is how the interaction in classroom can be described. The used research methods are observation, diary writing, photographing and questionnaires as well. From a hermeneutical inspired analysis interaction in classroom is in focus.

The purpose of this literature review was to demonstrate the results of recent studies of the nurses ability to interpret younger childrens (0-6 years of age) experiences of pain in the postoperative stage. There is a lack of knowledge concerning young childrens ability to express themselves verbally and the nurse has to rely upon the parents knowledge about the child. Consequently, the Teamwork between the nurse and the parents is of great importance in the care of the younger child. Therefore we intend to illuminate this aspect in this paper. This study aims to nurses of all categories, since patients with lack of verbal communication are frequently occurring.

Syftet med studien är öka kunskapen om sjukhuskuratorns profession och kurativt arbete inom geriatrisk vård. För att uppfylla syftet har jag utgått från följande frågeställningar: Vad kännetecknar kuratorns arbete inom geriatrisk vård, vilken kompetens behövs för kurativt arbete inom geriatrisk vård, hur upplever sjukhuskuratorn sin yrkesroll i Teamwork, och vilka faktorer gynnar känslomässiga svåra situationer. Studien bygger på kvalitativ metod med fem individuella intervjuer med sjukhuskuratorer verksamma inom geriatrisk vård. Intervjuerna gjordes utifrån en semistrukturerad frågeguide som utgick från teman. Resultatet visar att vara kurator inom geriatrisk vård innebär egentligen att arbeta med hela samhället.

The use of computer games has grown exponentially in the past few years and StarCraft II is one of the most popular e-sports today, played by millions of people worldwide. This study investigates the game?s effect on skills, as perceived by the players of StarCraft II.The study was conducted by using an empirical survey and interviews. The skills being investigated were both physical and mental in their nature. The conclusion was that the majority of players perceived that their skills regarding reaction speed, multitasking, APM, analysis and strategy were increased the most, while there was a smaller change in social skills and language skills.

Forskningen har även visat att de kvalifikationer som efterfrågas mest bland arbetsgivare också brister i uppvisandet hos nyutexaminerade studenter som anställs (Hesketh, 2000). Several professionals with various skills expected working together in the traumateam at the care of the traumapatient. At the same time, research shows that substandard Teamwork leads to avoidable errors in care. One way to improve Teamwork is to practice. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to shed light on the experiences of the traumateam exercises that exercise participants feel has been favorable for the patient at the initial care of trauma patients.
