Background: In today's Swedish health care, it is required that the various professionals must work together in teams to safer care. Several professionals with various skills expected working together in the traumateam at the care of the traumapatient. At the same time, research shows that substandard Teamwork leads to avoidable errors in care. One way to improve Teamwork is to practice. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to shed light on the experiences of the traumateam exercises that exercise participants feel has been favorable for the patient at the initial care of trauma patients.

Bakgrund: En betydande orsak till många skador och anmälningar som görs inom vården är när muntlig eller skriftlig kommunikation saknar struktur och effektivitet. Detta kan i sin tur leda till att patientsäkerheten blir lidande. SBAR är en kommunikationsmodell som används inom hälso- och sjukvården för att strukturera upp information och presentera viktig fakta på ett snabbt och effektivt sätt, vilket leder till en förbättrad patientsäkerhet. Syfte: Syftet med studien var att undersöka vad sjuksköterskestuderande hade för kunskap och kännedom om kommunikationsmodellen SBAR. Metod: Studien var en kvantitativ deskriptiv studie, där data har samlats in via en enkät som bestod av elva frågor där sju av dem besvarades med svarsalternativ, tre med öppna svarsalternativ och en med skattningsbart svar.

The Master of Science in Energy Systems Engineering program at Uppsala University started in 2000 and 221 students has graduated since. This master thesis aims to answer what competencies alumni considers most important for successful professional practice. It also seeks to find out how these competencies are reflected in the program to identify potential gaps between importance and how the competencies are being prepared. With inspiration from similar research a method has been developed consisting of two steps: (1) A survey and (2) interviews with alumni. The alumni survey rates the professional importance of 13 competencies and how well the corresponding competency is prepared in the program.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka hur sköterskor som arbetar på en operationsavdelning där WHO´s Surgical Safety Checklist används, upplever kommunikation, samarbete och patientsäkerhet.Kort metodbeskrivning: Kvantitativ metod. Design: Deskriptiv, retrospektiv, icke-experimentell tvärsnittsstudie. Datainsamlingen genomfördes på en operationsavdelning som använt WHO´s Surgical Safety Checklist drygt ett år. Deltagarna fick anonymt besvara ett frågeformulär med strukturerade frågor, en översatt version av the Safety Attitudes Questionnaire (SAQ) anpassad till operationspersonal (OR). I studien undersöktes 3 av frågeformulärets 6 teman: säkerhetskultur, samarbetsklimat och stressidentifiering.

Our purpose with this master thesis is to look at school libraries in two separate municipal contexts and with the help of case studies try to reach understanding of how the municipal organisation in general influences and co-operates with day to day reality. In order to achieve this objective we have posed the following questions: What importance are school libraries given in relation to questions of overall management and goals in the greater organisation? How are resources distributed and management allocated in the two cases? How are the various school libraries in the two municipalities organised when it comes to workload, employee role assumption and Teamwork? In the section dealing with theory and previous research we present the theoretical viewpoint and the literature of importance for our subject. This includes a short history, reports and laws, and also some research and theory on school library organisation. Our method has been to study the circumstances in two separate municipalities, Varberg and Växjö.

The purpose of this study is to investigate what kind of idea a group of students in third grade, who attends a school in the Stockholm area, have on group work in school and how they think it affects their learning.The study is based on two questions:What opinion do the students have about group work?What opinion do the students have about how group work affects their learning?The method I have used to retrieve information has been to interview six different students, where the interviews were both individually and in groups. I started by interviewing students individually and then had a group interview. The idea with the group interview was to end it all with a brief discussion about the thoughts that came up during the individual interviews. I chose a selection of six students, four girls and two boys which they all were at the age of 9 and go to the same school.The socio-cultural and structural perspectives, is those theoretical perspectives that my study is based on.

The purpose of the study is, through some aspects, to make it visible and compare the education in mathematics in classes 1-3 in Sweden and Turkey. I have also studied the mathematic lessons, textbook and teaching aids, examinations and the use of calculator, on the basis of steering documents in curriculum and syllabi. The method used in this study contains of qualitative interviews and have an unstructured character but also observations noted continuously. The result is a comparison between my own experiences and the observations connected to relevant theories and the questions..

I denna uppsats har DiCoT (Distributed Cognition for Teamwork) tillämpats i ett tjänstedesignprojekt med syftet att ta fram en webbaserad kursdatabas på ett universitet. Uppsatsen består av tillämpningen av DiCoT i projektet, där datainsamlingen bestod av intervjuer med berörda intressenter. Detta resulterade i en nulägesanalys av tjänstens utformning. Utifrån visualiseringarna av DiCoT:s tre modeller (fysiska rummet, informationsflödet och nyckelartefakter) gavs förslag på hur kursdatabasen kan presentera information. Resultaten återkopplades med intressenter ur projektgruppen.

Hälso- och sjukvården är en komplex miljö där information om den enskilda patienten ska överföras mellan personal. Det ställs höga krav på att informationsutbytet sker på ett korrekt och tydligt sätt då detta är grunden till att fatta adekvata medicinska beslut och på sätt kunna vidta de åtgärder som krävs. Socialstyrelsen och Svenska Kommuner och Landsting är några av de aktörer som förespråkar att kommunikationsverktyget SBAR ska användas i svensk sjukvård för att säkerställa informationsöverföring och på så sätt höja patientsäkerheten. SBAR är en akronym som står för S-situation, B- bakgrund, A-aktuellt och R- rekommendation och hjälper utövaren att strukturera informationen och minska risken för att viktig information utelämnas vid informationsöverföring.

To get my answers I interviewed ten teachers with different teaching background.The result showed that science was present both in the preschool and school for the early years. Everything from Teamwork to outdoor play and small experiments. This study aims to investigate how and why teachers use social media to reach their students, and how they handle different levels of computer literacy among students.The purpose of this study is to investigate the experience of teachers using social media in their teaching. I have done interviews with two teachers, who use social media in different ways. One of the teachers makes her students publish their work on the Internet on wiki-spaces, and the other one use Facebook for discussions and Teamwork. This report uses the pedagogy theories laid forth by Vygotskij as a vantage point to analyze the answers from the teachers. I have also looked at some of the published student texts on the Internet.This study concludes there are students who don?t have access to computers and Internet at home.

Background: A patient undergoing surgery will meet many caregivers in different settings pre-, intra- and postoperative in the surgical pathway. Lack of communication is a common digression and the handoff is such an occasion. The purpose is to describe current knowledge about the patients´ right to safe care perioperative. The study is a systematic review (pilot). Result: The handoff was informal, unstructured and inconsistent.
