Föreliggande studie utgör en psykoanalytisk texttolkning av den tysk-schweiziske författaren Hermann Hesses Siddhartha ur ett objektrelationsteoretiskt perspektiv. De metoder som tillämpas är den traditionella hermeneutiska texttolkningsmetoden och den kliniska psykoanalytiska överförings- och motöverföringsmodellen. Medels dessa tolkningsmodeller och objektrelationsteorier, särskilt Melanie Kleins, Donald W. Winnicotts och James Mastersons, åskådliggörs den svårfångade emotionella problematik som alla individer med preoidipala svårigheter eller brister i självet ger uttryck för.Utgångspunkten för texttolkningen är teorin om den infantila omnipotenta fantasin, fantasin om att kunna uppnå ett tillstånd av absolut balans, behovs- och begärslöshet, vilken texten är genomsyrad av. Denna fantasi framstår i ljuset av textens primära utvecklingskonflikt kring Separation-individuation och dess narcissistiska grundstruktur som ett uttryck för sökandet efter det sanna självets natur och dess förlösande, ett sökande, vilket fram till insiktsögonblicket effektivt omintetgörs av det falska självets verklighetsförvanskande och verklighetsförnekande försvar..

This thesis deals with the concepts of individual and individuation as defined by Leibniz and Spinoza. The following text constitutes an attempt to present the French philosopher Gilbert Simondon's genetic ontology through an account of his reconfiguration of the problem of individuation in his doctoral thesis from 1958, L'individuation à la lumière des notions de forme, information, potentiel, métastabilité. The intention is to show how Simondon through this reconfiguration of a classical philosophical problem ? in which concepts and schemas from contemporary physics and technology is utilised in a critique of the bi-polar hylomorphic schema as its traditional, substantialistic solution ? becomes able to articulate an anti-substantialistic and anti-reductionistic ontogenesis as first philosophy. A systematic philosophical conception that according to Simondon precedes every critical investigation of the subject as well as every scientific ontology ? not by establishing a pre-critical position, but by exceeding Kant's critical position: that is, through a displacement toward a conception of the transcendental conditions for the genesis of being and thought as real conditions, rather than conditions of mere possibility.

Uppsatsen undersöker hur Olofs inre utveckling i Romanen om Olof från 1934-1937 av Eyvind Johnson kan läsas med hjälp av sagorna. I uppsatsens första del ges en beskrivning av syfte och frågeställning, metod och en översikt av tidigare tolkningar av sagorna i Romanen om Olof. My essay is about a dilemma that came up on a preschool that I worked in. My purpose with my essay is to examine and to get an understanding for what children with attachement and separation anxiety goes through, and how a preschool teacher the best way can help them.The background story is about a boy named Sixten (not his real name). When separated from one of the preschool teachers Sixten exhibits a great deal of separation anxiety. In the story I give some clear examples of situations where Sixten displays this separation anxiety. I have in the essay viewed it from different perspectives and I have questioned my own role as an educator, but also my entire team.

The purpose of this essay is to discuss relationality in G.W Leibnizs Monadologie (1714). In general terms this essay analyzes the notion of individuation in relation to the concept of monads. The analysis proposes a question regarding the body in this individuation, and what consequences follows for the understanding of the relation between the single individual and other individuals. It will be shown that the irreducibility of having a body transcendens something like ownness, subjectivity, personality and individuation, and this is explained through the pre-established harmony between the monads ? where the plurality of monads is detected before the monads singularity. To widen this investigation of relationality between the monads, I will turn to Edmund Husserls phenomenological operation for solving the egological problem of solipsism in Cartesian Meditations (1929). In his meditations, Husserl uses the monad as a self-conscious ego with peculiar ownness.

Micronic Laser Systems AB produces and develops machines for the photo mask production market. One of their products is the Omega machine which exposes photo masks using 5 laser beams simultaneously. It is important that the distance between the each laser beam, the x-separation, is the same. The x-separation is today measured by exposing a photo mask with a certain pattern and thereafter measured with a metrology system. This takes to much time and it is desired to find a faster method to measure the x-separation without loosing precision.The task for this master thesis is to improve an existing measurement method which uses a calibration mask.

This has been a thesis work for an bachelor degree at Umeå university. The work has been done at LKAB?s facilities in Kiruna and its main purpose has been to investigate and construct some conceptual designs for replacing a screen with magnetic separation in KA3 concentrator plant. Med bakgrund i det ökade antalet barn som upplever skilsmässa och separation, undersöker denna studie påverkan på psykisk hälsa i vuxen ålder. Syftet är att undersöka om det finns ett samband mellan skilsmässa och separation under uppväxten och individens psykiska ohälsa i vuxen ålder, samt om ett eventuellt samband kan förklaras av konflikt mellan föräldrarna i uppväxtfamiljen. De teorier som uppsatsen använder för att förklara relationen mellan separation i uppväxtfamiljen och psykisk ohälsa i vuxen ålder tar sin utgångspunkt i ekonomiska svårigheter, psykologisk stress, familjestruktur samt konflikt mellan föräldrar. Studien bygger på kvantitativa data från Levnadsnivåundersökningen (LNU) 2010. Genom logistisk regressionsanalys undersöks om ett samband finns mellan separation och psykisk ohälsa i vuxen ålder.

The aim for this study was to investigate if it is less stressful for cow and calves in loose housing systems when separation is made so they can see and touch each other (Physical Contact-PC) instead of just hearing each other (Hearing Contact-HC). The behavior of eight cow- calf pairs (n=4 pairs per treatment) on an ecological dairy farm with cubicle housing were studied for four hours directly after separation and four hours the day after separation. The first four cows that gave birth were used for treatment PC, and the following four cows that gave birth were used for treatment HC. The only selection criteria used was that both cow and calf were healthy. Separation took place 3-4 days after birth and the calves were put separately in two different pens while the mothers were let loose into the cubicle system.

 SAMMANFATTNING: Att skiljas/separera är inget ovanligt i Sverige. Som socialarbetare kan vi möta människor som befinner sig i kris efter en skilsmässa/separation. Dessa människor kan vi komma i kontakt med på olika arenor, exempelvis inom familjerådgivningen och familjerätten. Syftet med uppsatsen var att få en ökad förståelse för hur män och kvinnor som genomgått en skilsmässa/separation upplevt denna samt hur de hanterat situationen. Utöver genomgången av tidigare forskning gjordes sex kvalitativa intervjuer med tre män och tre kvinnor som gått igenom en skilsmässa/separation.

Behavioral problems are one of the leading reasons for re-homing and euthanasia in dogs. It is estimated that between 40 ? 87 % of dogs suffer from some sort of behavioural problem, making it an important animal welfare issue. Separation anxiety is one of the most common behavior problems encountered in dogs after problems related to aggression. This thesis is aimed at examining the etiology behind separation anxiety related behavior in dogs based on existing literature as well as comparing and evaluating the efficiency on suggested treatment protocols.

Somtidigare forskning behandlade vi läroplanen, forskning om förskollärarnas förhållningssättunder och efter en krissituation, livet efter separationen, växelvist och ensam vårdnad samtforskning om pojkars och flickors reaktion i en krissituation Under teoretiskt förhållningssättbehandlade vi anknytningsteorin och resiliensforskning.SYFTEVårt syfte var att ta reda på hur förskollärare resonerar kring bemötande av barn ochföräldrar under och efter en separation.METODVi genomförde sju kvalitativa intervjuer i förskoleverksamhet i västra och norra Sverige iverksamheter som hade koppling till vår yrkesroll .RESULTATResultatet visade att förskollärarna har blandade erfarenheter av att möta barn och föräldrarunder och efter en separation och att det är viktigt att lyssna på alla parter, men att aldrig taställning. Det är viktigt med ett fungerande samarbete mellan förskola och hem så att detunderlättar för barnen. Resultatet visade även att förskollärarna sällan har tillgång till någotkrismaterial och om de har det är det ett material som sammanställdes av personalen iförskoleverksamhet..
