Interaktivt visuellt säljstödssystem

The purpose with this study was to elucidate the pros and the cons with a Sale support system. This has been narrowed down into two questions: ?What are the pros and cons for a company that have a Sale support system? and what are the pros and cons for a company that does not yet have a system?? Configurator that is a Sale support system has been studied. It is a system that presents products by accepting different functions, qualities or parts that are possible to match. It can be used in business-to-business or business-to-consumer situations, through different Sale channels, namely direct Sale, indirect Sale and online Sale.

Användbarhet ? En fallstudie av ett point-of-sale system

Problem: Our opinion is that it is important to consider about usability in system development. In this thesis we will focus on usability in point-of-Sale systems. The point-of-Sale system we base this thesis on is Extenda Retail. Our case study is performed on Ica Kvantum in Bromölla, which implemented Extenda Retail about two years ago. Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to figure out what important factors there are to consider, in usability aspects, when developing point-of-Sale systems, with focus on the cashier.

Rotpostvolym = stämplingslängd?

This work was conducted during spring and summer 2012 together with the company Uppsala Academy of Management as the principal. The two main objectives for the work are that: ? Make a comparison between the measured volume in the standing forest and the measured volume at the industry on Uppsala Academy of Managements actual stumpage Sale volume to see how well it conforms. ? Examine if the buyers see any particular advantages or disadvantages of actual stumpage Sale volume and what they think of Uppsala Academy of Managements actual stumpage Sale volume and structure in general. I chose to use actual stumpage Sale volume from the tree years 2009, 2010 and 2011 in my work. I divided the actual stumpage Sale volume following four categories which was pine, spruce, pine/spruce and seed trees. After that I picked out sixteen actual stumpage Sale volumes from each category to be a part of the work.

Det sakrättsliga momentet vid försäljning av lösa saker är vanligtvis knutet till traditionsprincipen, d v s köparen blir skyddad mot säljarens borgenärer när han fått egendomen i sin besittning. Sale and leaseback är en vanlig finansieringsform vid nyanskaffning och refinan- siering av luftfartyg. Vid en Sale and leaseback-affär säljer flygföretaget ett luftfartyg till en investerare för att omedelbart hyra tillbaka det. Luftfartyget traderas med andra ord aldrig från säljare till köpare, utan blir hela tiden kvar i säljarens besittning.

Sale and acquisition of a business is risky, since vague legislation and lack of literature often contribute to the fact that it is not possible for the parties to know beforehand how a dispute about the agreement shall be resolved. The objective of this thesis is to clarify what should be applied in terms of liability and the allocation of risks between the parties, in order to help avoid disputes about the agreement. In order to fulfill the purpose of the thesis, the legal status of the agreement has been investigated, as well as the question whether the Sale of goods act should be applied, even though the Sales agreement between the parties should be the primary regulation. Furthermore, another question that has been investigated is whether the buyer?s duty to investigate, and the seller?s duty to inform, affects the allocation of risks between the parties, and thereby also their liability..

Värdemaximering vid exit: En studie av av hur venture capital-bolags exit via trade sale påverkas av produktlansering i portföljföretag.

Venture capital-bolag tjänar sina pengar genom att investera i företags tidiga utvecklingsskeden, för att senare sälja sin del för en större summa än de investerade. Detta gör att tillfället då venture capital-bolaget säljer är väldigt kritiskt för hur mycket de skall tjäna på sin investering. I detta skede spelar självklart en mängd faktorer in på vilket pris som erhålls. Enligt samtal med flera venture capital-bolag har vi identifierat en faktor som verkar ge extra stora problem; huruvida de skulle genomföra en produktlansering av företagets produkt före de säljer eller om venture capital-bolaget skulle vänta med lanseringen och sälja först. Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka hur venture capital-bolags exit via trade Sale påverkas av produktlansering i portföljföretag och därigenom ge svar på om venture capital företag ska göra exit före eller efter att portföljföretagets produkt lanserats.

Förutsättningar och Avsättningar för Biogas för Gröna Vessigebro : Version 1.0

The community Vessigebro, in Falkenberg and its surrounding areas housing one percent of all dairy cattle and two percent of all pigs in Sweden. This means that there is a large amount of manure as a basis for producing biogas in the area. A number of farmers have therefore formed a cooperative named Vessigebro biogas and started the project Green Vessigebro, with the goal of creating the conditions for a more profitable and more sustainable agriculture production.The study deals with the conditions and Sale opportunities of the feasibility study Green Vessigebro. The study has looked at the work that was previously carried out for the biogas that could be produced on the farms in Vessigebro, The main pipeline for natural gas on the Swedish west coast and its operators, the Swedish Competition Act , Electricity Act , Natural Gas Act, the District Heating Act , Sustainability Act , previously proposed measures, municipality interest in biogas from Vessigebro , possible collaborations, possible Sale opportunities and perform calculations with data from the municipality Ljungby for a suggested transportation of biogas between Vessigebro and Ljungby.The study shows that there are several interesting Sale opportunities for biogas from Vessigebro. The production and use of biogas in Sweden is increasing and the trend seems set to continue.

The Swedish do-it-yourself (DIY) market has expanded in recent years and is today a SEK90 billion market. Competition is fierce, however, and the DIY retail chains compete over market share with extensive marketing campaigns. Advances in computer technology have made it possible to acquire and compile huge quantities of point of Sale data. However, due to a lack of economic theories and statistical methods, this data cannot be effectively utilized and the effects of the campaigns are not measured in any detail. In this study a new method was used to examine the effects of marketing campaigns in the DIY consumer market.

Alien plants that have intentionally been introduced to an area for cultivation in public or private gardens constitute the primary pathway of introduction for invasive alien species that spread into nature. Garden owners want species that have satisfying characteristics, these characteristics are often also linked to plant invasiveness. Thus, the horticulture industry plays an important role by making scientifically based decisions and phasing out invasive plants and replacing them with alternative species with satisfying characteristics, but low risks of becoming invasive. This thesis aimed to examine the Sale of and the attitudes towards alien plants in the horticulture industry in Sweden. Alien terrestrial plants identified to have a severe risk, high risk or potentially high risk of spreading and becoming invasive according to ArtDatabankens assessment, were examined to see if they were for Sale.

Generationsskifte : Särskilt om gåva och blandade fång

All small- and medium-sized family owned enterprises need to sooner or later undergo a change of ownership. When the elder generation is approaching their retirement they have to make a choice; either hand over the business to the younger generation or sell it to an outsider. The succession of the family owned business can create a life long dilemma for the entrepreneur. From the view of taxation there are, according to current legislation, no reasons to plan the succession to the younger generation. If no preparation has been done, the optional law system concerning inheritance will divide the property left.
