I uppsatsen granskas det hur den nazityska utrotningspolitiken under andra världskriget framställts i läroböcker för historia som riktar sig mot grundskolans senare år och gymnasiet. Här undersöks även hur regeringens informationsinsats Levande historia som genomfördes 1998 påverkade framställningen av den nazityska utrotningspolitiken i läroböckerna. Vidare ställs denna framställning mot framställningen av de folkmord som begicks i det kommunistiska Sovjetunionen under Stalins Regim tid. Sexton läroböcker undersöks för att hitta svar på frågeställningarna och här används både en kvalitativ och en kvantitativ metod. Resultatet visar att framställning och utrymme när det gäller den nazityska utrotningspolitiken har gått från inget utrymme alls i den första undersökta läroboken, till att få en väldigt framträdande roll i de senaste årens läroböcker.

Uppsatsen försöker beskriva skillnader och likheter i demokratiseringsprocessen i de nordiska länderna Sverige och Finland. Studien är uppbyggd kring den teori som den modernare forskningen inom demokratiseringsprocessen framhåller. Denna teori utgår ifrån att demokratiseringsprocessen bör ses som en tre delad process som innefattar tre åtskilda men samtidigt överlappande skeenden. De olika faserna är liberalisering, transition och konsolidering. Under liberaliseringsfasen minskar det politiska förtrycket och individerna i samhället får mer frihet och ökade rättigheter.

Syftet med denna studie var att synliggöra och skapa förståelse för barns och pedagogers uppfattningar om skäll. Pedagogernas osäkerhet av konflikthantering framkom under intervjuerna vilket beror på att pedagogerna i denna studie saknar utbildning inom konflikthantering, vilket i sin tur kan leda till att pedagogerna skäller på barnen istället för att reda ut deras konflikter på ett konstruktivt sätt. Jag ville med hjälp av samtal med barnen och teckningar som barnen skapade synliggöra barnens upplevelser och uppfattningar om konflikter och av att få skäll. Genom en intervju med pedagogerna har de fått möjligheten att uttrycka sina tankar kring arbetet med konflikthantering i sitt yrke. Jag inspirerades utifrån det danska Skældud-projektet kring barns perspektiv på skäll.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to examine the current situation as regarding the political equality in Iran. The method of this reaserch is based on a single-case studie wich grounds in secondary sources. The analysis of this paper is based on fields that concern political equality which in this study will focus on the right to vote, candidacies in the parliament election 2004 and the presidential election 2005. A democracy theory by Jack Lively is used to analyze the political equality in Iran´s political system.The Iranian Regim is strongly criticized by the goverments in the Western world and NGO´s for the situation of the democracy and the human rights in the country. Despite the criticism, Iran still continues in the same political direction, although the democracy has gained a stronger role in the political sphere.
