A great importance for the future of municipalize is the ability to attract and retain the Younger part of the population.  For the Tärnaby area (a famous tourist resort for alpine skiing), a part of the Storuman municipality, this is a problem, and with a possible mining establishment job opportunities will be provided. In this study I have examined how Young adults related to the Tärnaby area have reasoning about stay or move from the area and what may get them to move back.What is the area´s place identity and is it attractive for the respondents? Can a mining establishment change the negative population trend? The results showed that the respondent have a strong connection to the area and the identity of the place. A large proportion of the respondents indicated that they wanted to move back to the area of Tärnaby, if it was possible, due to work-related causes and social relations at existing place of residence. The respondents approach for a potential mining establishment is both of positive and negative sense.  However, a mining establishment is considered by the respondents to be of great importance for the future of the Tärnaby area..

Sarbanes-Oxley Act, SOX, har inneburit stora förändringar för de företag somär noterade på en amerikansk börs. Med höga krav på en struktur för internakontroller av processer inom företaget har detta inneburit mycket arbete förföretagen och revisorer. Framförallt under införandet men även efteråt i detdagliga arbetet.I denna uppsats redogör vi för hur svenska företag ser på Sarbanes-Oxley Actoch vad de anser om hur väl regelverket uppfyller sina mål att förhindra feloch fusk i redovisningen samt den finansiella rapporteringen. För att kommafram till våra slutsatser har vi intervjuat sex olika personer som på något sättkommer eller har kommit i kontakt med SOX. Det är svar från personer påABB, AstraZeneca, Autoliv, Ericsson samt Ernst & Young som varit grundeni vårt arbete.Det visade sig att de alla ansåg att SOX höjt kvaliteten i deras redovisning ochhjälpt dem att hitta felaktigheter i ett tidigare skede.

The purpose of the survey was to find out how early childhood teachers work with the curriculum of I Ur och Skur with children between 1-3 years in the forest and how such educators are using the outdoor pedagogy in the forest environment in preschool.In order to answer the study's aim and objectives interviews were performed with six teachers in I Ur och Skur kindergartens.What emerged from this study is that forest excursions are a central part of the curriculum and is seen as their educational place. The teachers are working to create a feeling of security among the Youngest children of enjoying the woods and also to raise an interest in the children. Natural materials are used during the forest stay and no other toys or materials.The results reveal that educators work to get the smallest children to use and develop their imagination at play and at the same time they are involved with the children in their discovery of the woods. With the smallest children in kindergarten it involves being on the level of children and as a teacher to have the flexibility to change the forest stay environment if needed..

The purpose of this study was to look into how evidence evaluation in verdicts considering 2 § LVU (Care of Young Persons Act) linked to honor related problems are handled by the County Administrative Court of Stockholm. The questions at issue were how the County Administrative Court handles the prerequisites regarding 2 § LVU verdicts, how the County Administrative Court proceeds when evaluating evidence in 2 § LVU verdicts, and how the County Administrative Court handles indications of that a child is living in an honor-related context. To answer this, five verdicts have been analyzed. In addition to this, two interviews were made as a complement. In the analysis of the collected material, the authors proceeded from a theory of evidence and used a hermeneutic method for the analysis.

We have chosen to study and analyse books that deal with death and grief. We suggest that we will get an idea of how society looks upon death by examine how death is presented in books for Young children. We have studied and adopted well-known writers on the topic to give sufficient background to our research. In the main public library of Gothenburg we found the latest bookindex of different themes recommended by Bibliotekstjänst.

The aim of this paper was to examine which discourses of women that could be found in Swedish policy documents concerning alcohol from the seventies until today. The questions asked were in which ways women?s drinking was described and how these descriptions could be analyzed and understood by critical discourse analysis and gender theory. The results indicated two main discourses, one replacing the other over time. According to the first discourse, most clearly expressed in the official report from the seventies, women were not consumers of alcohol to the same extent as men.

Abstract We have in this thesis examined two elite hockey clubs in the Swedish Elite League, Brynäs IF and Linköpings HC. Our questions revolve around how they set themselves to bring in an external owner of the club. Our aim was to examine how Linköping and Brynäs stands on the issue of the external owners of the club, which is currently regulated by Riksidrottsförbundets 51/49%-rule which means that the club must control at least 51% of the club while external shareholders can take up to 49 %. Then, we compare the clubs with each other. Interviewees have been clubs club CEO:s and supporters club chairman.

Den psykiska ohälsan bland unga kvinnor ökar i samhället idag.  Självskadebeteendet kan vara ett sätt för dem att lindra sin ångest. Tidigare forskning visar att sjuksköterskor upplever en vanmakt och osäkerhet inför denna patientgrupp. Syftet med denna studie är att, genom kvalitativ analys av fyra självbiografier, beskriva unga kvinnors upplevelser av självskadebeteende. Resultatet bygger på fyra huvudkategorier med vardera två subkategorier som illustreras och förtydligas med citat från författarna. Huvudkategorierna speglar fyra områden som har stor betydelse för utvecklingen av självskadebeteendet.

The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the status of Swedish real estate companies in terms of financial health and risk of financial distress. The background is the ongoing financial crisis, which partly can be derived from the American real estate sector. Publicly available accounting information from 16 listed real estate companies has been analyzed for a period of one year using financial ratios covering both the operational and financial activities. We find that the deceleration in the economy and in the real estate sector have forced the real estate companies to make large write downs, in line with the relatively new accounting rules, IFRS. Write downs are likely to reoccur during the following periods and real estate companies will therefore probably be forced to continue to show negative results.

With this essay I have tried to give an image of some Swedish teenagers opinions about Islam. I have also done research on how the Swedish school depicts Islam and how the media in Sweden and other western countries describe Islam and Muslims. I have come to the conclusion that the media do not give a positive image of Muslims and their religion. One the contrary, Muslims are talked about in relation to negative subjects. This is an image that seems to have influenced how Young people in Sweden look at Muslims.I have handed out a questionnaire at schools in Kalmar and Jönköping, Sweden.

The aim of the study was to compare how the population of pine (Pinus sylvestris) and spruce (Picea abies) have changed between 1927 and 2013 in the oak landscape south of Linköping. A field study was carried out in 22 two kilometre lines which also had been studied in 1927. In these lines, which where ten meters broad and had a direction from west to east, the pines and spruces were counted, measured and classified by steam diameter. The obtained result was that the basal steam area (m²/ha) had increased for pine (44%) and spruce (57%) between 1927 and 2013. The amount of trees had increased in all diameter classes except thinner pine and spruce with a diameter of 5-10cm.

In an organizational change process, motivated employees are considered an asset. Work motivation can both be seen as situational and as a stable individual characteristic. The present study attempts to investigate how the employees at the Social Insurance Office in Scania experience the present organizational change by focusing on work motivation and well-being. Both questionnaires and interviews were adopted to examine the area of interest. Findings indicate that the organizational change is considered chaotic but necessary by the employees.
