Work environment has been an important part of the Swedish Working life for a long time and with the help of the Working Environment Law the Work environment is mandatory. The purpose of this study was to gain a deeper insight into how the system of middle managers systematic Work environment looks like. The question was: How do six middle managers perceive and deal with systematic Work environment? A qualitative study was conducted with six middle managers from a global company. During the analysis, there were three main themes to be recognized (cooperation and support facilitates the Work environment, problem with the systematic Work and difficulties with staff) and six sub themes.

 To enjoy Work, and be satisfied in the Work you do, is important to most people. Work scientific research shows that dissatisfaction with physical or the psychosocial Work environment often gives negative effects on the performed Work. The purpose of our study is to chart the experience in Work satisfaction and psychosocial Work environment amongst nurses within psychiatric care. It is an empiric cross section study. The participants in the study contains nurses who are either employed on a conditional tenure or have a temporary post (>3 months) in policlinics and wards in general adult psychiatric care (n=126).

Work Environment problems on construction Work sites are very extensive and discussed. The construction industry is one of the most dangerous industries in Sweden. The construction industry occupies about 290 000 employment (2009), and the investment was 250 billion SEK. This report will investigate the issues of the Work environment and offer advice on how these can be measured and imporved. The study includes review and analyses of occupational injury statistics, interviews, inspections and audit and review of the literature.

The purpose of this Masters thesis is to study how librarians experience reference Work. We wanted to get a better understanding about librarians assignments through the study. We chose to limit the study to public libraries, and to the south of Sweden. The questions used in our study are: How do librarians interpret the conception of reference Work? What values do librarians have concerning reference Work? How do librarians experience reference Work? How do librarians look at different roles in reference Work? We chose to use a fenomenographically inspired method.

The aim of this study is to examine which factors in a traffic wardens? situation at Work that promote and which that inhibit satisfaction at Work. The aim of this study is also to examine if there are any differences in the Work experiences for traffic wardens that Work alone versus those who Work in a team of two. The following questions are examined in the study:?Which factors promote and which factors inhibit the Work situation for traffic wardens??Are there any differences between traffic wardens that Work alone and those who Work with another colleague?The selection consisted of eight traffic wardens, of which four of them Work with another colleague while the other four Work by themselves.

The study aims to increase understanding and knowledge of motivation; this by examining how the leader experiences her capability to promote employees' Work motivation. Also, how employees perceive that the leader influence and enhance their Work motivation. Interviews were conducted with a manager and two employees of a government agency in Sweden. The results demonstrate different opinions between manager and employees in the manager's ability to foster motivation in the everyday Work. The leader thinks that she promotes her employees Work positively and believes that she is giving her employees attention and appreciation.

Stress is commonly found in society today. This paper aims to examine how Work performance, cooperation and team spirit are maintained in demanding Work environments. By studying two departments in a public hospital that practises addiction care, our findings suggest the following: If the experienced stress is mainly connected to challenge stressors, it has a positive effect on Work performance. By organising Work through mechanistic and organic structure, the handling of qualitative and quantitative stress is facilitated. As a consequence, first and foremost cooperation can be maintained, but also Work performance and team spirit.

By examining the Work environment and the safety of the small construction companies you can see how they Work. The report will presents how these small companies Work with Work environment and safety, and also how they follow the safety instructions that are available and how they make use of safety equipment.

The aim of this literature study was to find out how nurses experience their Work-situation and Work environment and which the risk factors where. We also wanted to examine what kind of influence those risk factors had on nurses Work satisfaction. This was done by the following question: What are the risk factors that can lead to burnout in Work environment of nurses? The method was by critical examination of ten scientifically articles. The articles were critically studied by the criterions of Polit, Beck & Hungler.

Lately, alarming reports have appeared regarding the Work environment and Work situation of social Workers. Research focusing on the promotion of health and well-being in the Workplace among other professionals show that factors such as social relationships, ability to influence their Work situation and leadership are important. A quantitative study was conducted focusing on the Work climate for social Workers employed by some of the district administrations in the City of Malmö. A questionnaire with questions and statements on various factors in the Work environment was sent to 34 social Workers. They were asked how important these factors were for their well-being, as well as to what extent they felt that these factors were present at Work.

This Master´s thesis aims to aquire knowledge about volunteers attitude toward Work. It emphasis is on the differences between volunteers and non volunteers. There are four research questions used in order to fulfill the aim in a scientific manner. The essay aims to get in depth knowledge regarding whether or not the respondents feel that they have gained advantages in Work life due to the fact that they are involved in volunteer Work. One of the pivotal questions is if there is a possibility to see a pattern that binds together the reasons for volunteer Work and the attitude toward Work.

The purpose of this study was to find out how caregivers experienced their psychosocial Work environment at three municipal homes for old people. The Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (COPSOQ) was used in order to study different dimensions of the Work environment, and questions about health, sickness presence and sick leave were included. The questionnaire was answered by 86 out of 112 participating caregivers (77%). The results showed that the caregivers experienced high demands at Work. The degree of feedback and influence at Work was low, but they reported that their Work was highly meaningful and that they usually received social support at Work.

A publicly funded elderly care that is widely available at people?s homes has been described as unique for the Nordic countries. There is much research that focuses on the relationship between caregivers and care receivers, and also about how Work is organized in these organizations. However, research into how care Work is organized in organizations that have implemented a salutogenic approach is limited. This is a qualitative study aimed to examine how caregivers feel that the organization of Work in elderly care change after implementation of salutogenic elements in their daily Work.

It is very important to get the Work environment into the daily Work, not least in the construction industry. The purpose of this report is to identify how the process with Work environment Works. It will identify and clarify the problems that exist.In my Work, I have studied how the NCC Östergötland is Working with these issues. The focus of the report is on my interview and survey questions. My conclusion and discussion is therefore based on the answers I collected and compared.
