The purpose of this thesis was to look at the relationship between the experiences of Work related stress among male bank employees and how they dealt with potential stress. The thesis focused on male bank employee?s experiences and management of Work related stress with the control requirements and support model as a starting point. Work related stress is a phenomenon that has become a serious problem with economic impact for both the individual and organizations. Increased absence from Work due to medical issues is one example of such consequences.

This report focuses on Work schedules in the retail sector, where Work schedules are dynamic and change according to the needs and Work schedule is a requirement for an effective structure of the Work. This structure is important for maintaining a good order and all this is a requirement for a profitable business for both long and short term future. Work schedule also contributes to safety at the Workplace. The purpose of this study was to investigate the transfer of knowledge by Work schedules. The HRM employee we interviewed Worked in Reitan Servicehandel Sverige AB which includes 7-Eleven, Pressbyrån and Shell.

Purpose: To explore how the changes in Work life, here represented and depicted through the concepts of knowledge Work and knowledge Worker, have been incorporated in the official psychosocial Work environment discourse in Sweden. Methodology: Critical discourse analysis, contrasting the official psychosocial Work environment discourse to literature on knowledge Work and knowledge Worker, to explore how employees, employers and their relations are constructed within these two discourses; focusing identity, autonomy and power. Using the constructions to make visible how they are articulated, used and dealt with in a real life case from the Work Environment Authority. Theoretical perspectives: Our social world is socially constructed and language is the main tool for constructing it. Discourse analysis is thus not just a tool for deconstructing texts but also for enhanced understanding of our construction of the world and our ability to communicate about it.

My essay is on the subject of teachers Work environment with focus on noise and communication. In the essay questions are raised on how a teacher can influence his or hers noisy Work environment. A school is a large Work place with many employees and is owned and administered by the county municipality which is an even bigger Workplace. How big an acting space does a teacher have in such a large organization?My methods of research on these questions have been to conduct interviews and analyzing documentation from The Swedish Work Environment Authority.

ABSTRACTThis essay has as its main purpose to examine how teachers handle teaching in art, after the governments steeredocuments and goals to reach.To find out about it I have done interviews with four teachers. I have made a study of litterature to introduce some different teaching methods that is more or less meaningful and useable. The result of the examination was different from what I expected. The interviews showed that the four teachers Work in varios ways after their own conditions. They have different experiences and also have different opinions about what is most important in the art teaching.

The purpose of this study was to examine how social Work professionals view their professional role and how they think about the concept of social Work. I also wanted to investigate what they believe characterize a professional social Work. For the purposes of this study, I chose a qualitative approach in which I interviewed five people linked to the social Work. The theories which I have assumed in the analysis of the results are power theory, organization theory and professional theory. The results of this study show that the respondents believe that a professional social Work is performed by someone who has training and experience in the field.

As my final project I planned to animate a movie. Usually I Work with illustration and I see animation as the next step in my design Work, to investigate how illustration and movement can collaborate. The purpose with my project was to develop my technical skills, improve my design process and broaden my Work to eventually be able to Work with animation. My ambition was to make an abstract animation and my focus was mainly on my personal process and knowledge. I also wanted to explore how much one can abstract a movie while still communicating a story or message..

This study is about the Work of including immigrants to the Swedish society. The reason that we chose Landskrona community is that it is a town with a high population of immigrants. The purpose of this Work has been to examine how projectleaders reflect about the Work of integration in Landskrona and their point of view regarding the term integration. Our questions were: what is the projectleaders view on the term integration, how does the projectleaders reflect about the Work of integration in Landskrona, how would the projectleaders like the Work of integration to be, how does the projecleaders reflect about the future Work of integration in Landskrona.We used a qualitative method to do this study and interviewed six persons who all Work in various projects, that are Working for including immigrants to the Swedish society.Our main results in our study is various kinds of thoughts and reflections of the Work of integration in Landskrona, but there were some things that were more approaching than others. There is a high ambition of integrate immigrants into the Swedish society in Landskrona and the projectleaders had all many reflections of their Work.

In the society of today more and more employees are reported sick due to illness caused by their place of Work. A lot of employees are stressed in their daily Work and because of that they get mentally exhausted. These common occurrences are a part of the psycho-social Work environment and it is the employers responsibility to avoid them. To rehabilitate an employee is often very expensive and takes a lot of time. Focusing on preventing illness in the Work environment, instead of repair when illness is a fact, is an advantage both for the employers and the employees.The purpose with this essay is to illuminate the responsibility that the employers have to prevent psycho-social illness in the Work environment.

Abstract The main subject of this essay is conflicts at Work and the effect it has on the employee´s health.  I can through various reports read that bad health at Workplaces is too high and that conflicts are a reason. What can be done to the Work environment so it will be better from a psychosocial perspective? Sweden has a regulation that makes the employer responsible to Work for an improvement in the Work environment; can these regulations be used in purpose to reduce conflicts?My first question concerns the possibility to establish preventive procedures in the Workplace systematic Work regarding to improve the Work environment. My second question is about the obligations of the employer to attempt to reduce conflicts at the Workplace and the third question regards the documenting and monitoring of conflicts and the preventing Work to reduce them. The purpose of this essay is to clarify how conflict preventive Work can be included in the Systematic Work environment management.

In this thesis, the conditions of using the maintenance method live Work at the Swedish TSO, Svenska Kraftnät has been analyzed. The study is limited to only include live Work on 220 and 400 kV. The live Work method is a type of maintenance that can be done, on lines or stations, even though they are still energized. The purpose of this thesis has been to map the present live Work situation at these levels in Sweden. The study is based mostly on interviews with people who have specific field competence with in live Work but also with personnel at Svenska Kraftnät.

This study has been performed at a smaller high school and with its industry students, the high school is located in a small industrial community. The purpose of my study has been to find out what students think about their Work with the project Work, what they think has been positive and negative, how their motivation is influenced by the Work on the project and if the Work has been affected by factors outside the school world.The interviews have been carried out like normal conversation with open questions. The students who participated in the study comes from the school where I did my internship. The selection was done by asking all students from a specific course, those who were positive to participate are also the ones I have chosen to interview. My main study results, in summary, described as the students, once they were inside their Work were positive to the project Work and felt motivated in their Work. Negative experiences, for the students which attend a practical program, has mainly been economic, as the school does not provide any financial support.

A systematic quality Work is essential for anyone Working in preschool, school,kindergarten and adult education to give children and students an equal education.Skollagen (2010:800) indicates that quality Work should be focused on the nationalgoals of education. According to Skolverkets allmänna råd med kommentarer omsystematiskt kvalitetsarbete - för skolväsendet (2012) is the Work to develop quality acontinuous process. Everyone's involvement and participation is therefore essential.Systematic quality Work means to systematically and continuously monitor theactivities, analyze performance against national targets and based on that plan anddevelop. Although the Work has been driven outside governmental policy documentssince 1997 shows, among others, Skolinspektionens audits of municipalities andschools that there is major deficiencies in the obligation to conduct a systematicquality Work. It appears that more than half of the surveyed schools had deficienciesin its system quality Work.This is the starting position this study takes on to and through literature review,document studies and interviews of principals is the subject problematized.

The purpose of this study was to enlighten the views of male social Work students on; the social Work profession, social Work status and their career options. Also, the study aimed at getting these students angles of approach on the fact that they, being men, are a minority group within the profession of social Work. Some of the main questions were: Why does not social Work as a profession seem to attract men? What about the status of the profession of social Work? What were the thoughts of male social Work students about this? What advantages or disadvantages did they recognise, being a minority in the profession? The method used in this study was doing separate interviews. All of the interviewed students were convinced that they had a better chance of getting a job.

The aim with my Work is to get a deeper knowledge about the preschool's views of environmental Work. I also want to examine how the preschool teachers along with the children Work with the project Green Flag in the preschool. I have used structured interview with two teachers in a preschool that Works with Green Flag. Green Flag is an environment certification and is an evidence on that one Works daily with a document aimed environmental Work along with the children. I have found out that each year they Work with different themes within Green Flag.
