Inom ambulanssjukvården utsätts personalen dagligen för olika stressmoment och detta kan leda till att ambulanssjuksköterskor drabbas av posttraumatiskt stress syndrom. Flera olika stressfaktorer påverkar arbetet och därmed den enskilde ambulanssjuksköterskans psykiska och fysiska hälsa. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie är att belysa yrkesrelaterade stressfaktorer inom ambulanssjukvården och vilka copingstrategier som ambulanssjuksköterskan använder sig av i sitt dagliga arbete. Studien har en deskriptiv design och genomfördes som en litteraturstudie. Vi har använt oss av tre olika databaser, PsycINFO, PubMed och CINAHL.

The aim of the study is to investigate conflicts in working lifefrom an individual and a relational perspective, as well as to illustrate how a conflict ishandled as part of a work organisation and a working environment.When a person experiences a conflict at work what do these experiences involve and how dothey affect the well-being of the person involved and the picture he or she has of him orherself?How does a workplace conflict develop over time and how can we understand its origin andcourse?How do individuals experience the way a conflict is handled in a workplace in relation to thestructure of the organisation and leadership?The study is based on a qualitative interview method with threeindividuals who have experienced workplace conflict. Through our study we endeavoured tofind an in-depth understanding conveyed through the life world perspective of theinterviewees, which is our empirical data. The analysis is related to the study?s background ofearlier research and theory within the field of workplace conflict.On the basis of our study can we illustrate that in order to prevent and handleworkplace conflict, clear communication and individual resources are required; these include:a reflexive ability to work out issues independently.

This study aims to find out what relationship high school students have to social networks at the Internet. This has been done by focusing on norms/standards that adolescents can feel under stress to achieve, through stressing themselves by social networks in a way that is consistent with the norms. The empirical data has been gathered by questionnaires which have been answered by adolescents in randomly selected schools and classes in a medium size Swedish town, Karlskrona. The result showed that all of the participating adolescents have user accounts on a social network. Furthermore it also emerged that a lot of the adolescents thought that norms existed that should be followed in a social network about how to stress oneself.

Konsekvenserna av stress för individen, företagen och samhället talar sitt tydliga språk i stigande sjukskrivningssiffror och medföljande ökade kostnader. Dagens arbetssituation ställer nya krav på människan som vi inte är anpassade till. Trycket på företagen vad gäller att ta mer ansvar för de anställdas hälsa verkar också ha väckts. Frågan är hur chefer ska ta sig an och prioritera stress- och hälsofrågor i sin redan fullspäckade agenda.Syfte: Syftet med den här uppsatsen är att undersöka vilken inverkan styrning har på chefers prioriteringar och hur chefer ser på sitt ansvar beträffande stress- och hälsofrågor.

The purpose of this study was to understand what the professionals experiences are of stressed youth. We did a qualitative study with interviewing three school nurses, one welfare officer and two recreation leaders. Stress inom arbetslivet är ett område som under senare år har ökat ibetydelse. Behovet av att förstå fenomenet har ökat. Företaget somundersökts i denna studie upplevde att de behövde förstå orsakerna tillden höga stressnivån inom organisation. Syftet var att fördjupakunskapen om stress. För att undersöka detta valdes två grupper (enlågstressgrupp och en högstressgrupp) ut med hjälp av en mätning avstressnivån.

Bakgrund: Sjuksköterskeyrket innebär en hög arbetsbelastning och kan därmed leda till upplevelse av arbetsrelaterad stress. Nyutexaminerade sjuksköterskor är särskilt mottagliga för denna typ av stress då de saknar erfarenhet i sin yrkesroll. Att utarbeta strategier för hantering av stress är därför betydelsefullt för sjuksköterskans välbefinnande. Syfte: Syftet med föreliggande studie var att beskriva hur nyutexaminerade sjuksköterskor upplever och hanterar arbetsrelaterad stress under det första året i yrket. Metod: Studien har en kvalitativ ansats med deskriptiv design.

The aim of this research paper was to examine the help required by refugee children with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). In addition to this, we also examined the help the refugee children are currently receiving. We have examined this from the perspective of the theory of the ecology of human development. The method we used was qualitative and we conducted eleven profound interviews with professionals working with the target group in question. The essential questions were; which needs, according to the professionals, do refugee children with PTSD have, what characterises the professional's work to help the children and what possibilities and obstacles there are in giving the children optimal help.The results strongly conclude that it is important for the children's development to have at least one supportive adult in their surrounding, a positive experience at school and during leisure activities.

Forskning om arbetsrelaterad stress och coping är viktig eftersom det påverkar upplevd hälsa. Forskare anser att man bör studera hälsofrämjande faktorer och ge förslag på åtgärder för att minska stress som annars orsakar stort individuellt lidande och kostnader för samhället. Utifrån ett salutogent perspektiv fokuserade denna studie på långtidsfriska undersköterskor på ett akutsjukhus och hur de upplevde stressiga situationer, vilka copingstrategier de använde och förslag på åtgärder för att förbättra arbetssituationen. Åtta halvstrukturerade intervjuer genomfördes, tolkades och bearbetades enligt ett induktivt tematiskt analyssätt. Undersköterskorna beskrev tre övergripande stressorer: tung arbetsbörda, brister i arbetsorganisationen och personalkonflikter vilket är kännetecken för arbetsuppgifter med stora krav och litet kontroll.

The aim of this study was to investigate the emotions among the staff at the group housings when they observe the caretakers expressions of masturbation and how the staff handles these expressions in their daily and long-term work. The theoretical concepts that were used in this study are group housing as a public and private arena, occupational role, relation, humanistic effort, pedagogical effort, empowerment, care ethic and emotions. The concepts are related to each other and constitutes the foundation for the analysis of the empirical data used in this study. A qualitative study was carried out, in forms of half structured interviews with six informants, of which the majority was women. It came to light that the interviewees only had positive feelings for the caretaker?s expressions of masturbation.

I takt med att det svenska tonnaget flaggas ut och förminskas söker sig allt fler nyexaminerade styrmän till andra marknader. Ett stort sådant segment är den norska offshoreindustrin. Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka nyutexaminerade styrmäns upplevelser av oro och stress under första tiden som yrkesverksamma och om dessa upplevelser skilde sig åt beroende på vilken bransch de var verksamma i. För att undersöka detta användes en kvalitativ metod där personliga intervjuer genomfördes. Åtta styrmän, fyra från den traditionella svenska handelsflottan och fyra som är verksamma inom offshorebranschen, som tagit examen från Sjöfartshögskolan i Kalmar våren 2012, valdes slumpvis ut för intervjuer.

This study investigates how the host community of Tenerife perceives the socio-cultural effects of tourism on the island. The method chosen for the study was qualitative interviews which were performed with six respondents, each born in Spain, living permanently in Tenerife and employed within service-related occupations. The interview material was interpreted and handled according to a hermeneutic approach. The results of the study showed that the respondents had an over-all positive perception of tourism. Perceived positive socio-cultural effects were related to cultural and linguistic influences.

Denna explorativa studie beskriver hur ekonomiska styrsystem kan påverka arbetsrelaterade stressdrivare, så kallade stressorer. Eftersom stress ger allvarliga konsekvenser för både anställda och organisationer är det viktigt att förstå vad som orsakar den. Styrsystems påverkan på stressorer är ett relativt outforskat område. Denna studie syftar till att beskriva hur ekonomiska styrsystem kan påverka stressorer, vilket kommande forskning skulle kunna undersöka djupare. De styrsystem som undersökts är budget, nyckeltal och incitamentsystem.

The thesis ?Vi fixar och trixar oss fram till att hjälpa människor? focuses on social work in the field of prostitution and human trafficking in Sweden. Through semi-structured interviews with social workers in the municipalities of Stockholm, Göteborg and Malmö working with persons selling and buying sex, and through discourse analysis, the author analyses the perceptions among these social workers of the relation between human rights, prostitution and human trafficking, and the social work which they conduct.The thesis concludes that although the social workers perceive prostitution and human trafficking and social work in this field as human rights related, they are not explicitly using a human rights based approach in their work.The thesis concludes that the social workers identify several aspects that infringe on the rights of their clients in relation to the human rights principles of Universality, Non-discrimination, Accountability and Rule of law and the principle of Participation and Inclusion. They portray the human rights situation of street based sellers, especially those not being Swedish citizens and those affected by human trafficking, as severe.The thesis concludes that the social workers find several obstacles (legal as well as structural) that diminish their ability to strengthen their clients? human rights situation.
