Occupational Health Service (OHS) has an important role in society. It is designed to prevent illness and strengthen the health of workers. OHS operations and development are currently being studied at the School of Technology and Health at the Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden. One of the industries studied is the home maker service. During the 2010s were such employees one of the most ill groups in Sweden.This master's thesis in occupational environment development and change management focus on examining the special knowledge an OHS and its clients in one home maker service need to strengthen the workers of the industry and find out how the interaction between OHS and home maker service works and how it could be evolved.A qualitative study was conducted in a Swedish city on the basis of an organizational perspective.

Denna uppsats handlar om stress och dess upplevda orsaker hos den svenska polisen. Uppsatsen utgår från en enkätundersökning som behandlar olika bakgrundsfaktorer till upplevd stress bland anställda vid de svenska polismyndigheterna. Både poliser och civilanställda deltog i undersökningen. Bland annat undersöks organisatoriska och individuella orsaksfaktorer. I undersökningen deltog 107 personer som genomfördes med en internetbaserad enkät.

Högstadietiden är en period då ungdomar ställs inför ökade krav och förväntningar, både från sig själv och omgivningen. Ofta blir stress en del av vardagen. Syftet med studien var att undersöka hur ungdomar i årskurs nio upplever stress. Studien genomfördes genom fokusgruppsdiskussioner och innehållet bearbetades med kvalitativ tematisk innehållsanalys. Nio flickor och fyra pojkar deltog i studien.

Climate changing is a growing problem for many countries and communities over the world. The cities has a huge work to deal with in their reforcements of their cities to be resilient ones. This thesis makes an effort to investigate and illuminate some of the problem the cities has to solve related to flooding, hazards, erosions, rising sea levels and crotches. This thesis will help to find solutions that international and national efforts has produced and handed out to each other. A lot of communities are charing their excellent tools that works for them.

Syftet med denna kvalitativa studie var att undersöka chefers upplevelse av den egna psykosociala arbetsmiljön, särskilt frågan om den arbetsrelaterade stressen. Åtta linjechefer, fyra kvinnor och fyra män, intervjuades och besvarade frågor kring den egna upplevda arbetsrelaterade stressen utifrån följande områden; (1) Faktorer som bidrar till arbetsrelaterad stress; (2) Hur stress yttras samt; (3) Faktorer som kan minska arbetsrelaterad stress. Resultaten visade att samtliga chefer hade upplevt en negativ arbetsrelaterad stress som ledde till konsekvenser för både arbetsliv och privatliv. Mot bakgrund av detta är slutsatsen att organisationen i fråga bör se över chefers arbetsrelaterade stress inom den psykosociala arbetsmiljön för att på så vis förbättra förutsättningar för ett långsiktigt och hållbart ledarskap..

Work and health are strongly connected because people spend the most part of their adult life in a workplace. The work environment influences the fellow co-workers experience of health and learning in different ways. Accordingly the organizations influence has by doing so, created a great significance to fellow co-workers experiences. Organizational changes often create turbulence within an organization and are often experienced negatively by the fellow-co-workers even if it will give positive effects later. The aim of this study was to illuminate nurses- and assistant nurses experiences of health and learning related to organizational changes.

Different forms of relaxing methods can be used in rehabilitation for individuals with tinnitus and Ménièré?s disease. Research continues to find convincing proof of effects from the different methods. This study presents methods of relaxing, massage and Mindfulness, as possible complementary rehabilitation tools.The purpose of this study was to investigate opinions about relaxing from professionals working with hearing care. A qualitative approach with phenomenological influence was chosen for the study.

Moralisk stress definieras som traditionella negativa stressymtom som uppkommer när vårdpersonal hamnar i situationer där etiska dilemman uppstår och där de är oförmögna att skydda allas behov och värderingar. Syftet med denna studie var att mäta moralisk stress bland distriktssköterskor inom primärvård och hemsjukvård med ett speciellt fokus på situationer som framkallar moralisk stress och på eventuell skillnad i moralisk stress mellan arbetsplatserna. Metoden som använts var en enkätstudie som skickades ut till 120 distriktssköterskor inom primärvård och hemsjukvård i Norrbotten. Enkäten besvarades av 67 distriktssköterskor. Resultatet visade att distriktssköterskor oavsett arbetsplats upplevde en hög moralisk stress i nästan alla situationer där etiska dilemman fanns beskrivna.

There are many factors in a building project that has to collaborate with one another in order to reach the desired end result, how you work with moisture issues in timber is a very important one. While constructing Varbergs Hospital, the building company Skanska came in contact with the issue of extra high demands on the moisture content in timber. What they requested from us was a moisture program in which you clearly could follow the routines regarding work with moisture in timber. The aim is to use this program as a help during the work, in order to achieve a good result.We have developed this study in addition to the moisture program. The aim is that this study will give you a deeper understanding of the important factors to consider.

Stress är idag ett vanligt problem och en orsak till psykisk ohälsa. Sjuksköterskor är en yrkesgrupp som är mycket utsatta för stress i deras arbete. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att beskriva sjuksköterskors upplevelser av stress relaterade faktorer i omvårdnadsarbetet. En systematisk litteratur översikt utfördes. Elva vetenskapliga artiklar analyserades enligt kvalitativ innehållsanalys med manifest ansats.

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka om det förelåg upplevelser av stress på arbetsplatsen bland de idrottslärare på högstadiet som utgör vår undersökningsgrupp. Vi ville också identifiera bidragande faktorer och lämpliga åtgärder för denna stress. De frågeställningar vi använt oss av är: Upplever idrottslärare på högstadiet stress på sin arbetsplats? Vilka kan de bidragande faktorerna vara? Vilka uttryck kan stress ta sig? Vilka åtgärder tillämpas mot stress? Vilka förebyggande åtgärder kan tillämpas mot stress? Vi har utgått ifrån den fenomenografiska teorin i beskrivningen av vårt metodologiska val. Vi har även utgått ifrån Passer och Smiths teori (2007) som är en förklaringsmodell som lyfter fram stressens natur och ger en ökad förståelse i ett individ ? miljö perspektiv.

The objective of this study has been to examine which significant values are of importance in the telecom sector today, and in a continuing perspective yet to be. To ensure the factors of relevance in the study, we have identified three purposes: - Our first purpose is to clarify the eminent values in the competitive market of the mobile phone operators today, and the reason for its importance.- The second purpose is to understand the function of the brand regarding to value creation and loyalty in the sector of mobile phone operators.- The third purpose is to explore the potential approaches for mobile phone operators to increase value.In this study, our approach has been a qualitative methodology by conducting seven interviews with respondents related to the telecommunication sector.As a result of the process, we find the need to divide the concept of value into two dimensions, which we entitle organizational related values and customer related values. We have found the values related to the characteristics of the market in aspects of its infrastructural features but also in regards to the homogenous core service.Our findings in the empirical data with support to our theoretical frame of reference, is the current highly important organizational related value of constant high result quality (well-functional technological aspect), and the value enhancer by a low price; the strategy of bundling also results in higher value. This result in customer related values that perceives as safeness, availableness and convenience. The brands are a significant source of customer related values with identity value, image value and assuredness. A continued advancement in process quality and individualization will imply greater customer related values of closeness, freedom and flexibility. .

Undersökningens forskningshypotes var att arbetslösa (och därmed låginkomsttagande) kvinnor är mest utsatta för stress som sjukskriv-ningsorsak. Hypotesen har testats på 20953 personer, varav 63 % var kvinnor och 37 % var män. Samtliga undersökningsdeltagare var bo-ende i Skåne län. Gruppen representerar alla som varit sjukskrivna i minst 60 dygn vid mättillfället. Denna undersökning visar klart att det är anställda kvinnor i åldern 30-49 år, med en sjukpenninggrundande inkomst på över 201000 kronor per år, som är mest utsatta för stress.

Prokrastinering innebär att individen trots medvetenhet om negativa konsekvenser skjuter upp en handling. Den bidrar till stress, färre hälsofrämjade beteenden och sämre prestation. Demografiska faktorer och pågående utbildning påverkar sannolikheten för prokrastinering. Relationen mellan stress och prokrastinering behöver utforskas, speciellt hur interventioner riktade mot stress påverkar fenomenet. En longitudinell interventionsstudie med upprepad mätning undersökte effekten av ett KBT-baserat stresshanteringsprogram (KBSP) på prokrastinering och interaktionseffekter med stress.

The workplace is perhaps the most developed arena for prevention of diseases and injuries among employees. In addition, according to the Swedish Work Environment Act, the employer is responsible to address physical and psychosocial risk factors. Moreover, many employers use health promotion, primarily related to individuals and their ambition to maintain or improve health, for example through dietary means and exercise. The aim of this study is to investigate health inspirers in municipal activities and their perceived support and motivation in work related to health promotion at the workplace. A qualitative method was chosen where six health inspirers within Ludvika kommun were interviewed.
