Syftet med uppsatsen är att utreda den föreslagna kriminaliseringens effekt på Sveriges nuvarande eftergiftsprogram samt undersöka dess effektivitet trots avsaknad av ett kronvittnesförfarande. Vidare avser uppsatsen att undersöka om kriminaliseringens effekter kan påverkas. För att utröna kriminaliseringens effekter har VD: n få en central roll i uppsatsens modell, då det endast är han som berörs av ett individuellt straffansvar och ej företaget i sig. För att utreda syftet har författarna nyttjat spelteori samt studerat det inträdesbeslut VD:n står inför. Resultatet påvisade att det är ej möjligt att införa ett kriminaliseringsförfarande, som förvisso ökar den avskräckande effekten, utan att samtidigt delvis äventyra eftergiftsprogrammets angivareffekt.

Två företag, konkurrenter på en duopolmarknad, undersöks under ett antal förenklande antagande för att finna jämviktsbeteende. Företagen antas förutom pris ha möjlighet att konkurrera genom att erbjuda produkter differentierade i två horisontella dimensioner. En tolkning är att företagen konkurrerar genom pris och lokalisering i en tvådimensionell stad. Av intresse är främst optimal grad av differentiering. Från genomgången litteratur står det klart att Nashjämvikten består av minimal differentiering i en dimension och maximal differentiering i den andra, samt pris som bestäms direkt av en transportkostnadskoefficient.

Sedan friskolornas start har skolmarknaden utvecklats och numera existerar det ett flertal variationer av organisationsformer samt driftsformer på den Svenska marknaden. Teorin redogör för ett antal styrande incitament som är av betydelse för icke-vinstdrivande skolors existens, vilka främst har observeras i skolor utanför Sverige. Baserat på olikheter mellan länder såsom Sverige och USA aktualiseras frågan om incitamenten kan appliceras på den svenska friskolemarknaden. En kvalitativ studie har genomförts med två friskolor i Stockholmsområdet där jag har sökt svar på uppsatsens centrala fråga; om incitamenten bakom icke- vinstdrivande skolor i teorin stämmer överens med realiteten? Resultatet antyder att skillnaden mellan vinstdrivande och icke-vinstdrivande friskolor ej är av den karaktären som teorin påvisar.

The democratic conditions in national states have change radically at the same time as the society has changed. Because of social and economic globalization processes, the states and government has lost power for the benefit of transnational and global institutions. That affects the democracy since the nation state earlier defined the domain of citizenship. At the same time, citizens? confidence towards political parties and politicians has gone down.

The company Pilotfish has developed the system MIVEO which is used by car-sharing to wirelessly monitor, book or otherwise manage a fleet of cars. In a car pool the system has three different types of users with varying degrees of eligibility. These are end users, administrative and service personnel. We have chosen to focus on opportunities to streamline the administrator and service personnel work with a mobile service, as these users of MIVEO often are movable and mobile. From this position we have in the study attempted to answer the following question: How can mobile services used to streamline administrative tasks? This study is about developing a mobile application that will contain the same features as the existing system, but must be mobile suit.

This thesis of 15 hp has been implemented at Halmstad University, in collaboration with Saab Dynamics in Linköping. Saab Dynamics is a company operating in the defence industry where competition is tough. This necessitates new ways to increase efficiency in the company, which is the basis for this thesis. Saab Dynamics wants to introduce simulation driven design. Since Saab Dynamics engineers have little experience of simulation, required a user methodology with clear guidelines.

In the Swedish governing document for the mandatory school (Lpo94) it is laid down that The school shall strive for being a living social community that gives safety and the will and desire to learn. The social community and the social relations in the school everyday existence are thereby without hesitation very important for the students' learning. The teacher always wants to engage the students and create order, comfort and a good work environment. In this essay, the relationship between students' work climates, matter interests and average grades is studied. This gives understanding and awareness in these important parts of the schools´ daily activity.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka olika modellers förmåga att prognostisera den systematiska samvariationen mellan Affärsvärldens branschindex. Med regressionsanalys undersöks systematisk kovarians på den svenska aktiemarknaden under perioden 1997 ? 2006. Först skattas branschindexens känslighet för olika riskfaktorer, skattningarna används för att skapa en varians-kovariansmatris. Utvärdering sker genom att vikterna för en global minsta variansportfölj beräknas med hjälp av den skattade varians-kovariansmatrisen.

One of the social services primary missions is to protect children from suffering harm. Social service work should work based on the child?s best and have the child's perspective in mind. In all cases involving children, the focus is on the child's needs and interests and is regulated in Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC). Both of the previous research and this study reveal the various markers that are evident in the social services handling of honor related cases.

Hur åldersstrukturen i ett land påverkar den ekonomiska tillväxten i Sverige är en aktuell fråga, då den svenska befolkningen håller på att bli allt äldre. Det kommer att påverka ekonomin på flera sätt. Uppsatsen syftar till att undersöka hur förändringar i den svenska åldersstrukturen har påverkat den ekonomiska tillväxten i Sverige, samt försöka ge en fingervisning om hur de framtida förändringarna kommer att påverka den ekonomiska tillväxten. En regressionsanalys med förklarande demografiska variabler genomförs för att utreda hur den svenska åldersstrukturen har påverkat den svenska ekonomiska tillväxten. Regressionsanalysen är gjord efter inspiration av en Solow-modell som har utvecklats med demografiska variabler.Resultatet visar att olika åldersgrupper påverkar den ekonomiska tillväxten på skilda vis.

Hemsjukvårdscentralen began its work from Tunåsens Hospital in Uppsala in 1962, with the purpose to give conomic support to people who nursed their chronic sick relatives in home. Hemsjukvårdscentralen ended its work in 1987, and delivered its archive to the County council of Uppsala in 1988. About half of the archive consisted of medical records of the patients who had received economical support, and many of the archival records was considered as ?work papers?, non-archival records that could be discarded. Two obvious problems emerge from the organizing of the records.

Background: The interest in shares has increased over the years, despite several stock market crashes. One reason for this is the emergence of stock trading online,which makes it easier for individuals to trade in shares. However, there has been much criticism towards financial analyst with the lack of fundamental basis to support their recommendations.Objective: The purpose of this study is to examine the share valuation models swedish financial analysts today applies and consider appropriate. A comparison will also be carried out in previous studies, to see if the application of the modelsand their suitability has changed.Method: The study used a qualitative approach with deductive approach. Semistructured interviews were conducted and the basis for the study's primary data.The theories and previous studies obtained through secondary data.Results: Our results demonstrate that no single model applied, is appropriate.
