The aim of this thesis is to expand the understanding of 16th century Flemish art by approaching paintings by artists Pieter Aertsen (1508-1575), Joachim Beuckelaer (1533-1574) and Pieter Bruegel (c. 1525-1569) from a different perspective. This is done by extending the discourse of art history, into a discourse of literary history and primarily 16th century novels by authors such as François Rabelais and Miguel de Cervantes. The paintings are studied in relation to these 16th century novels, by comparison and as a testament of this specific time period. A widening contextualization is also constructed in which a connection to the expression of the carnivals ambivalent form, as well as the notion of lower classes is explored.

This examination intends to find out what thoughts children in around 12 years of age thinks about their own television consumption. To examine this, the questions in issue is: ?What does the children watch on television?? ?Why do they watch the programs they do?? ?How do the children speak about their own consumption?? ?What does the children learn from TV?? ?Are the children concious of the impressions they take from TV?? ?Do they speak critical about TV?? ?Is there anything indicating on some kind of influence from the childrens television consumption?? .To answer these questions I have chose to hold qualitative interviews, to let the children?s own thoughts be the foundation of the examination. The theories in this examine are that the person who does the consumption from different forms of television takes the information personally out of her own reality. Meaning that the person watching is the judge of how she applies the information to herself.

When in the process of buying a product based high effort behavior, the consumer needs information to decide on which product that best satisfies their need. There is a wide arrange of sources where this could be found. One of the most important, due to the great influence it has on consumer choice, is in-store communications. This is also one of the least developed sources. It is not uncommon that the only facts that can be acquired are found on product packaging and from contact with the store´s staff.

Denna rapport beskriver utvecklingen av en webbplats till företaget JR Webbstudio. JR Webbstudio kommer att starta sommaren 2010 och är därför i behov av en webbsida för marknadsföring och information.Webbplatsen har byggts på cms-systemet Wordpress. Från början var wordpress ett system dedikerat för bloggar. Det har dock genom åren vuxit till och vunnit erkännande som ett fullfjädrat cms. Syftet med detta arbete har varit att utvärdera om wordpress på ett tillfredsställande sätt kan leva upp till de mål som satts för projektet.

Previous research has, by studying large listed firms, identified cost reductions and knowledge transference as the primary reasons for outsourcing.  Previous research has also indicated that Business Process Outsourcing is likely to increase in popularity and experience high annual growth going forward. This study aims to explore why mid-sized and large firms decide to in Jämtlands län, fully or partly, outsource their finance/accounting activities. Theories regarding transaction cost economics and resource based view composes the foundation of this study and the information used has been gathered through the use of semi-structured interviews.  The results shows, like the chosen theories and previous research indicates, that the outsourcing decision is primary based on expected cost reductions.

Detta arbete är utfört på uppdrag av Skogsvårdsstyrelsen i Vindeln inom ramen för EU?s miljöfond LIFE. Detta projekt ska bl.a. leda till bättre samverkan mellan olika brukare av skogen. Datorstöd är ett av medlen till samverkan.

För att få svar på följande tre frågor har jag läst litteratur samt intervjuat en person på BUP-Elefanten (barn och ungdoms psyk.), en anställd på Eleonoragruppen (hjälporganisation för anhöriga till missbrukare) samt en utbildad bildterapeut. Frågor: -Hur kan bilden användas i behandlingsarbetet med barn, med traumatiska upplevelser bakom sig?-Vad kan/skall jag göra som lärare om jag misstänker, eller får bekräftat, att en elev genom sina bilder beskriver något hemskt den varit med om?-Måste man vara utbildad bildterapeut för att kunna använda bilden som hjälpmedel i terapiarbetet med barn? Kortfattat svar: Jag har fått ta del av och beskriver 6 st. olika bildterapeutiska metoder. Som lärare har man anmälningsplikt om man tror eller vet att ett barn far illa.

Formal writing is an essential part of teaching Swedish and is fundamental for higher education and professional career. The aim of my essay is to research what didactic methods Swedish teachers utilizes in upper secondary school to improve students' abilities to write formal texts. I will also examine students? project papers in an attempt to measure the extent of formal word choice.  In the presentation of the literature I decided to use, for example, Per Olov Svedner?s perspective on writing as a process, Siv Strömquist?s manuals for essay writing and various literature regarding linguistic correctness and essay layout. Interviews with three upper secondary school teachers reveals that active feedback is a basis for students development regarding formal writing in both school and professional career.

Detta arbete har som syfte att åskådliggöra högstadieelevers mentala kartor och dess kunskaper om storleksrelationer på världskartan. Som uppföljning av detta är ett ytterligare syfte att presentera tillvägagångssätt för att kunna arbeta med den mentala kartan för att få denna att i en högre grad överensstämma med verkligheten.                             Som bakgrund till elevernas mentala kartor presenteras hur olika länder representeras i media och vilket utrymme dessa får, samt att läroböcker i geografi från fyra olika förlag analyseras rörande deras presentation av världskartan.                             För att kartlägga elevernas kunskaper om storleksrelationer på världskartan har en enkätundersökning gjorts med 137 högstadieelever i en svensk grundskola. Resultatet av enkätundersökningen presenteras, analyseras och sätts i relation till tidigare forskning. Utifrån resultatet av enkätundersökningen och analysen av tidigare undersökningar görs ett försök att presentera arbetsmoment och strategier för att motarbeta de avvikelser som uppmärksammats mellan elevernas mentala kartor och den faktiska jordgloben. .

The aim of the thesis is to investigate to what extent the pedagogy process has been affected by the close collaboration between librarians and teachers when it comes to education on the information search process. The thesis shows that the librarian is seen as an acting intermediate for information, and is regarded as a part of the learning process. The issues covered comprise of how students, teachers and librarians perceive that the students becomes information literate, how they perceive that the subject fields are covered, and how information has been transmitted, and how all this has been affected by the fact that the librarian is actually less available in person. Also, the following questions are discussed; how do librarians, teachers and students interact through the homepages of the course and "the landscape of studying"? And in what respect have the old library halls changed into that, which is available 24 hours a day, with different kinds of meeting opportunities where the search of information has been integrated with group projects? The foundation of this study is built on an evaluation of a project comprising of virtual study environment at the University of Linköping.

I denna fallstudie av Region Skåne undersöks uppkomsten av nya forum för samarbete i samband med regionbildning. För att undersöka detta använder vi oss av tre politiskgeografiska begrepp. I Skåne har kommunerna delats upp i fyra samverkansorgan i vart och ett av regionens fyra hörn, detta för att kunna hävda de egna intressena gentemot regionen. Kommunerna i varje hörn har olika grad av beroende till regionen och undersökningen visar att ju större beroendet är desto mer integrerat blir samarbetet inom det egna samverkansorganet.För att skapa en förståelse för ämnet ges en kort presentation av hur regionaliseringsprocessen har sett ut i Europa, Sverige och Skåne. Materialet till analysen utgörs främst av intervjuer och rapporter där vi fokuserar på tillväxt- och utvecklingsfrågor.

This study is intended to identify which factors that influence the success of initiatives in Customer Relationship Management, usually abbreviated as CRM. In the course of this study we have been in contact with forty-two companies operating in Sweden within eleven different sectors in order to find out how they operate regarding CRM initiatives, particularly initiatives within marketing and promotions. Against the data collected during the study it was concluded that the companies working with CRM believed that the CRM initiatives resulted in higher profitability and created more loyal customers. At the same time it was evident that the companies had different views on CRM as a method and its benefits. The majority of the companies could not present any tangible results from CRM-initiatives. It was also revealed that decisions regarding CRM initiatives were based on subjective assessments and without theoretical foundation.

A degree project has been carried out at Motion Control, Västerås. The degreeproject ?Grafisk Skärm för Inbyggda System? have developed a first prototype of anembedded system with a display, a graphical user interface with touchscreen andpossibilities to communicate with external units.The work initiated with surveys of critical components. A technical specification forthe desired end product was developed. With the technical specification as support,design specifications for hardware and firmware were developed.After the specifications were done, a circuit diagram was developed and a circuitboard was made.

Uppsatsens syfte var att presentera och analysera exempel på hur två elever utövade inflytande överen kollaborativberättelse de skrev i ett klassrum modellerat efter Tragetons modell att skriva sig tillläsning. Vidare var syftet att synliggöra de lärdomar som kan dras från att i denna studie med ensamtalsanalytisk metod analysera interaktioner i samspelet runt skriv- och läsinlärningen i skolan.Materialet som presenteras i denna uppsats samlades in med två filmkameror och en diktafon somfokuserade på ett par elever som arbetade med att skriva en berättelse tillsammans. Segment av detinsamlade materialet presenterades sedan i form av transkriptioner som låg till grund för analysen.Resultaten synliggör ett antal olika interaktioner där deltagarna utövar inflytande över materialetoch i begränsad utsträckning hur texten växer fram i förhållande till dessa interaktioner. Uppsatsenvisar också på ett antal lärdomar som kan dras med hänsyn till insamling av och presentation avdetta material vid analys av skriv- och läsinlärningen i skolan..
