The purpose of this research is to suggest ways to improve the production planning in order to facilitate the company?s production processes. Background: The statutory audit in Sweden was implemented in 1983 and the purpose was to improve the owners ability to control and to mitigate economic fraud. The present debate is concentrated about the high costs of audit in small companies. The major concern is whether the statutory audit should be mandatory for the smallest companies. Purpose: The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to explain the value of auditing in small companies defined as 10/24-companies by identify and analyze possible factors that affects the attitudes towards auditing and reflects the value of a statutory audit. Research method: Our study is deductive and based on a quantitative research method which includes both a survey and the companies annual reports.

Den här fallstudien syftar till öka kunskapen om hur Stena Line kan förbättra service genom lärandet från en e-learning utbildning samt om personalen har ett behov av uppföljning, och i så fall hur den ska utformas. Vi ville även öka vår kunskap om hur Stena Line kan förändra de anställdas beteenden med hjälp av e-learning och vilka förutsättningar som krävs för att personalen ska bli motiverade till att förändra sitt beteende.Fallstudien har genomförts genom metodkombination. Tillvägagångssättet har varit att inledningsvis dela ut en enkät, kvantitativ metod, för att skapa oss en uppfattning om arbetsplatsen. Därefter genomfördes semistrukturerade person-, och gruppintervjuer med ett strategiskt urval, kvalitativ metod, med en intervjuguide som utformats med hänsyn tagen till enkätens resultat. Det kvalitativa tillvägagångssättet har varit vår huvudsakliga metod.Vi har kommit fram till att hur utbildningen presenteras är viktigt för hur den mottas hos anställda, vilket i sin tur påverkar resultatet av utbildningen.

The colour choice of spiders and the effects of competition on this phenomenon were examined in the laboratory using the sit-and-wait predator goldenrod crab spider (Misumena vatia, (Thomisidae)). This species can  be both white and yellow (could also change colour)  and it was here examined whether individuals preferred to sit on flowers which has the same colouration as their bodies. I found that M.vatia showed preference for flowers that matched their own body colour, but when competition was introduced this preference disappear. It seems, however, that position is a factor that can influences the substrate decisions of M. vatia, where the edge of the flower is preferred..

The price trend on rapeseed the latest years has led to an increasing interest to grow the crop among many farmers in Sweden. The price trend has resulted in more than a doubling of the oilseed area since the early 2000s. For many farmers it is an advantage to increase cultivation of rapeseed because of the high proportion of cereals in the crop rotation on many farms, but it is not just benefits. The risk of the fields being infected by clubroot increases within frequent rapeseed cultivation and it often leads to subtantial economic losses. There are a lot that shows that there will be an increasing demand on the achievements of the relatives. How can this development be answered to? Shall the achievements be concentrated on giving support to the relatives, or will there be a concentration on nursing staff? The purpose of the study was to enlighten who elderly people will be nursed by if a disease affects them.

This essay aims to examine and compare the attitudes of decision makers in the local government and representatives of pensioners in two different geographic areas. The main questions were:- their attitudes towards the "stay home principle" (kvarboendeprincipen, a principle that aims to make it possible for people with a handicap, disease or age to stay in their homes instead of moving to nursing homes).- their attitudes towards nursing homes for old people- their attitudes towards the possibility of staying at home when you are old and handicapped and in need of care.The essay is built on qualitative research methods, based on interviews and on a review of research in the field.The author found a complex picture of attitudes. Everybody thinks that the best is to live in your own home as long as possible, except from those who live with Alzheimer´s disease.
