Kontrollernas funktioner och styrsätt förklaras i basis för få en inblick istyrenheternas kommunikationssätt. Kontrollerna som tas upp grupperas därefter i olikarörelsemoment. En enkätundersökning kompletterar och stärker bilden över könsskillnader,åldersgränser, speltimmar, genre kategorisering och framtida behov.De problem som finns när det gäller kommunikation är att de inte är tillräckliga när manspelar. Oftast så är användare ute efter att ha en verklighetskänsla samt få en inlevelse ispelen.Dokumentets syfte är att ta reda på vilka kommunikativa metoder som finns och kontrolleraom de är tillräckliga för att uppnå denna inlevelse i spelen.För att kunna tackla problemen så görs det en omvärldsanalys i arbetet samt en positivistisktolkning av resultatet.

When farm animals are transported there are several factors that can affect their welfare. If the vehicle has an accident the welfare of the animals transported will probably be compromised. The aim of this study was to make a survey of accidents with animal transportation vehicles in Sweden. The survey included the number of accidents from January 2000 to May 2014, the cause of the accidents and how the animal welfare was affected by the accident. The authorities which were likely to have reports about accidents involving animal transports were contacted. There were no collected records about transportation accidents and the authorities referred to eachother for information.

Earlier investigations showed that damages on timber from feeding rolls could be within the lower classes of damage according to VMRs classes. Knowledge about differences in productivity between kind types and aggressive types of feeding rolls is necessary because it should influence the question about damages on timber caused by different feeding rolls. In this study the production and timber damage in a harvesting head were evaluated at three levels of pressure (8, 10 and 14 MPa) on the feeding rolls, and with three different types of rolls. One type, the rubber cushioned steel plate roller had 10 mm studs and rubber damping, one ?middle? type made of solid steel with 14 mm studs, and one aggressive type, also made of solid steel with 18 mm studs.

This master thesis was carried out at Scania in Södertälje, Sweden. It investigates the possibility of changing a connector interface that is used when there is a need for splicing the wheel speed sensor and thereby determine the consequences.The problems that exist with the current connector interface occur during assembly, as more time is required to complete a connection in a reliable manner. A complete connection requires joining the male and female connector, insert the connection into a protective retainer and then strap a cable tie on each end of the retainer. This process makes it more time consuming and it requires 20-30 seconds to complete the connection. Solving this problem would save time and enable easier assembly, therefore resulting in economical benefits.This thesis was accomplished through discussions with different sections at Scania, studying available documentations, observations during assembly, writing a requirement specification and contacting suppliers.The aforementioned methods resulted in four connector suggestions, the DT and DTMH connector from Deutsch, MCON connector from TE connectivity and MLK connector from Kostal, each of them compliant with the set demands of the surrounding environment.

The purpose of this master thesis is to construct a steering transmission, for a trackedvehicle, containing two hydraulic circuits which are connected. The steeringtransmission should be mechanical to avoid steer-by-wire.BAE Systems Hägglunds has in an earlier study examined a system with two hydraulicpumps and one hydraulic motor, but the safety of the system wasn?t sufficient.To achieve sufficient redundancy there must be two hydraulic motors, which arecontrolled separately. When the two systems are connected in one point, this point is acritical part of the system because it directly affects both circuits. If one of the hydrauliccircuits fails the other should be able to operate independently as a steeringtransmission.

Arbetet syftar till att undersöka möjligheten att med hjälp av moderna arbetssätt få en arbetsgång med ständiga förbättringar inom anläggningsbranschen. Sökandet sker med hjälp av litteraturstudier kring ISO 9000 och LEAN samt studiebesök vid två företag, Hauler&Loaders Arvikafabriken (Volvo Wheel loaders AB) samt PartnerTech Karlskoga AB. Detta är företag som under tid arbetat med dessa frågor och som nått goda resultat.Det framkommer att ISO 9000 är mycket öppet och inte detaljstyrande men att det finns vinster att hämta genom nyttjande av standarden. Kunder får en bekräftelse på att företaget i fråga har uppnått en god lägstanivå och det certifierande tredjepartsföretaget kan under externa revisioner hjälpa till att förbättra kvalitetssystemet. LEAN däremot är mer handfast även om det precis som ISO 9000 innehåller en stor del vision och filosofi.Studiebesöken har mynnat ut i ett flertal handfasta arbetsmetoder redo att anpassas för tester inom anläggningsbranschen.

The outdoor environment at Children's hospital, the University Hospital, Uppsala, is used by sick children at the Children's hospital, their families and the hospital staff. The staff at the Children's hospital wanted to render the site more attractive and available. This graduation thesis is a proposal about how the outdoor environment at the Children's hospital can be improved. The aim is to design an environment for the sick children, their families and the hospital staff that will serve as a place for relaxation and privacy, as well as for play and movement. In order to find support for the redesign of this site I read literature about theories concerning healing environments, healing gardens, children's play and designs for children.

Vad vill företagen ha av sina leverantörer? Vilka konsekvenser uppstår och hur hanteras de? Syfte Syftet med uppsatsen är att ur ett ledningsperspektiv belysa orsakerna till outsourcing samt de konsekvenser som förenas med outsourcing. Syftet är vidare att belysa det köpande företagets syn på leverantörsförhållandet och hur köparen utövar kontroll över den outsourcade verksamheten. Metod Uppsatsen bygger på sju intervjuer som är fördelade på de fyra fallföretagen Akzo Nobel, Pilkington, Trelleborg Wheel Systems och Tetra Pak. Våra intervjupersoner ingår i företagens ledning eller har tjänster nära ledningen.

It focuses on children aged 10 to 12 years, and their leisure reading. The research questions are: What are the book circles? function for the participants? How and why do the children read? What kind of literature do they like? Do the children experience that their reading has developed through their participation in the book circles? What parts of the reading process do the book circles influence?The theoretical framework is threefold.

Examensarbetet har genomförts i samarbete med Meritor HVS AB i Lindesberg som tillverkar fram- och bakhjulsaxlar till buss- och lastbilsindustrin. Projektet behandlar de fixturer som används vid transport av bakhjulsaxlar. Målet med arbetet var att utveckla en ny transportfixtur som passar majoriteten av deras bakaxelmodeller och som förebygger skador vid transport.Projektet har genomförts enligt metodiken systematisk konstruktion som beskrivs enligt Johannesson, Persson och Petterssons (2004). Systematisk konstruktion kan delas in i fem steg: produktspecificering, konceptgenerering, utvärdering och val av koncept, detaljkonstruktion samt slutkonstruktion.De problem som Meritor har med transportfixturerna är att de i hög grad slits och att skyddsbeläggningarna inte håller. Det finns för projektet 30 aktuella bakaxelmodeller som skall kunna transporteras med samma fixtur.

This is a qualitative analysis that, based on systemic functional linguistics, or SFL, and genre theory, has aimed to study the genre pedagogical implications on written language as they occur in narrative stories and expositions whilst the model is introduced. Systemic functional linguistics is a linguistic theory that views the organisation of language as functional options for meaning; language is a set of resources to channel meaning through realisation. Genre theory elucidates the pragmatic and educational uses of SFL in the categorizing of language in configurations of meanings as they are set and understood in different cultures.  The purpose of the survey is to do so with focus on successful and less successful writers by attempting to answer two primal issues:How is development of written language in reference to the introduction of the genre pedagogical model visible in the studied texts?How does genre pedagogical teaching influence successful and less successful writers as visible in their writing with a certain purpose?To answer these issues the survey is based on narratives and expositions written by high school students who have been divided into two groups according to the purpose of the survey. One text in each genre has been written by the students before and after lessons based on the genre pedagogical learning wheel explaining the relevant genres.

The predominant forestry harvesting method is based on the harvester-forwarder method, theharvester folds, branches and cuts trees, and sorts the logs into piles, while a forwarder transportsthe logs to a landing area.This master thesis work is about realization of a dynamic forwarder simulation model, and itspurpose is to provide an integrated forwarder simulation model in MATLAB/SimMechanicswhere the forwarder is based on a concept using pendulum arms to connect wheels and chassis.Active suspension control is developed and implemented into the simulation model, and finallycompared in simulation with passive suspension.In a first step, an integrated forwarder simulation model is developed, containing a simplifiedforwarder model, a tire-to-ground interaction model and a test track model. The simplifiedforwarder model is based a rigid multi-body system with a spring-damper suspension of thependulum arms. The tire-to-ground interaction model calculates the reaction forces, friction fromthe ground and applies the propulsion force. The test track model is a simplified version of thereal test track in Skogforsk. The propulsion wheel torque control is used to regulate theforwarder speed.

CSR är ingen genväg till framgång utan effekterna kanbedömas först efter ett långsiktigt perspektiv, enligt Europakommissionen (2007)arbetar SMEs ofta med CSR utan att veta om det eller benämna det vid namn.Syfte: Syftet med detta examensarbete är att beskriva innebörden av CSR samtförklara motiven till och effekterna av CSR i SMEs.Metod: Vi har gjort en flerfallstudie på företagen Gnosjö Automatsvarvning AB,HangOn AB, Swede-Wheel AB och Sibes Metall AB. Vi har genomfört tvåsemistrukturerade intervjuer med två personer på respektive företag samt enfokuserad telefonintervju med respektive VD på varje företag.

Detta examensarbete handlar om hur uppspänningen av slutväxelhus i fixturer kan förbättras för att erhålla bättre rundhet på slutväxelhusets lockhålsdiameter. Arbetet har utförts hos företaget GETRAG All Wheel Drive i Köping. Slutväxeln är en av komponenterna i GETRAG:s fyrhjulsdrift som fördelar kraften från motorn till bakhjulen. Slutväxelns ytterhölje kallas slutväxelhus och är tillverkat i aluminium. Slutväxelhuset spänns fast i en fixtur i en av företagets bearbetningsmaskiner kallad ?Heller 4? där det bearbetas i en rad olika operationer varvid den största innerdiametern med ett mått på 158 mm blir orund i tillverkningen.
