Syftet med detta projekt är att skapa en prototyp för ett digitalt tentamenssystem, där studenterna skriver tentamen med hjälp av läsplattor, samt utvärdera vilka fördelar och nackdelar ett sådant system skulle kunna medföra.Huvudfokuset för detta projekt var att utveckla en prototyp för ett digitalt tentamenssystem med stöd för bland annat automatisk rättning, kompilering och automatisk evaluering av programspråksfrågor. Vi försöker samtidigt bibehålla de positiva aspekterna av ett analogt system, som till exempel möjlighet för både lärare och elev att uttrycka sig genom frihandsritning.Denna studie har visat att det finns många fördelar för både studenter och lärare med en övergång till ett digitalt tentamenssystem samt att man med små medel kan skapa en fungerande prototyp av ett sådant system..

The purpose of this project was to find out how reading is affected, and not affected, by different elements on a start page. The site I was studied belongs to the magazine Fitness Magazine, and the current site has a problem. The editorial texts and articles don?t reach out to the visitors. The goal was to make a proposal for a new first page of the web site that highlights the texts and the reading.With the help of interviews, user testing and textual analysis, I studied if the texts were in itself that caused the problem or if it was the design.

Idag kommer det hela tiden nya enheter, alla med olika egenskaper, med möjlighet att koppla upp mot internet. Därmed blir det allt svårare för webbdesigners att anpassa webbplatser för användarens behov och förutse i vilken kontext användaren brukar webbplatsen. Syftet med studien var att undersöka hur webbutvecklare kan implementera flexibilitet för webbplatser, för att webbplatsen ska passa de olika enheterna, genom responsiv webbdesign. Vidare undersöks också hur användare upplever en webbplats utvecklad med responsiv webbdesign.Studien omfattar utvecklingen av en prototyp som också har används som grund för användartestning och kvalitativa intervjuer. Användartestningen omfattade test på en webbplats utvecklad med fasta mått samt testning av den responsiva prototypen.

This essay will cover the Swedish electoral system with a focus on the proportional representation andthe process involved from the conversion of votes to seats in the parliament. This process consists ofseveral methods which are created by political decisions as well as mathematical formulas and is notalways perfect in terms of equalization. An increment of six adjustment seats would have made thegeneral election of 2010 more proportioned. Synen på värdeskapande har förändrats under de senaste decennierna. Tidigare ansågs enbart företag kunna skapa värde men dagens teorier är av uppfattningen att konsumenten även bör involveras i värdeskapandet. En plattform som har möjliggjort för företag att i större utsträckning involvera konsumenten i själva värdeskapandet är webben. Denna uppsats syfte är att beskriva och analysera om ett företag aktivt på webben faktiskt involverar konsumenten i värdeskapandet samt beskriva och analysera konsumentens syn på sin roll som värdeskapare. Insamling av empirin sker genom en intervju med ett företag aktivt på webben samt med två fokusgrupper bestående av konsumenter.

Dagens arbetsliv är till stor del beroende av IT på olika sätt. Majoriteten av Sveriges arbetare har på något sätt kontakt med IT i sin vardag för att genomföra sitt arbete. För en del är det helt nödvändigt då deras arbete enbart berör IT medan det för andra är ett verktyg som underlättar den vardagliga processen. Frågan är ifall det alltid är ett verktyg som underlättar de vardagliga processerna?I den här uppsatsen redogör vi för en kvalitativ studie som genomförts genom intervjuer vid Karlstads universitet för att se hur åtta stycken anställda med utbildningsrelaterade arbetsuppgifter uppfattar och upplever den digitala arbetsmiljö.

The Library of Uppsala University has decided to change their classification system from the Swedish SAB system to the American Dewey Decimal Classification. One of the main reasons for this decison was that Kungliga biblioteket also has made an exchange between these systems. Due to that, the national bibliography of Sweden classifies Swedish documents according to Dewey Decimal Classification and the SAB system is no longer maintained. A transition to Dewey Decimal Classification will enable Swedish librarians to import foreign catalouge posts and classification codes and will provide them with a common standard between their libraries and other libraries due to the use of the same international classification system. It is disputed whether the Dewey Decimal Classification is equally suitable for all subjects.

Automatiserad service är ett växande område där olika produkter och tjänster erbjuds genom kiosk- automater. Att använda den här typen av system är inget nytt, det har använts på flygplatser en lång tid för att avlasta personal, eektivisera och spara kostnader samt göra det smidigare för kunden att resa. Skillnaden är att det har börjat anammas av flera typer av företag och framförallt så är dessa system eektiva i situationer där man vill spara in pengar och låta kunden själv genomföra sina köp eller bokningar. Men för att dessa system ska vara kompletterande och inte öka utgifterna för företagen så krävs det att kiosk-tjänsterna har en fungerande och eektiv interaktionsdesign. Annars leder det till missnöjda kunder och ökade omkostnader för uppdateringar och underhåll.Vi har undersökt och utvärderat tre system för att se vilka brister som finns i deras användbarhet och hur detta påverkar efektiviteten.

In the pilot plant at Hammarby Sjöstad, Sjöstadsverket, several new methods are tested in order to achieve a good use of resources. When a new technique is considered it is often the performance of the technique itself, under given conditions, that is evaluated. However, in order to evaluate the overall function the whole picture is needed. With a system analysis it becomes possible to make a comparison where all the positive aspects are put up against the negative ones, for the technique itself as well as its requirements. Quickmatch is a company that recruits students to other companies that need temporary workers. Today all administration is done by hand, which is very time demanding and therefore inefficient. Employees send assignment reports by e-mail about the working hours and breaks to the administration office. During test flights SAAB uses the data acquisition system COMET 16. The part of the system that receives the signals from the sensors and converts them is called KSM 15. The purpose of this thesis is to develop a data acquisition module on stacked PC/104 modules with a lower production cost. Our work has been divided into one part about analog signal conditioning and a second part with digital filtering and memory management of the sampled data. The analog part, designed of regular components like instrument amplifiers, voltage references, operational amplifiers and multiplexers, adjusts the sensors signal levels for the ADC?s that converts the signals.

The thesis describes the following main question: Will the administrative labour during football tournaments be made easier with the help from a mobile web service or will it convey to unnecessary extra work? To be able to give a good and qualified answer to this question, the thesis will in the beginning describe how the technique for such a system might look like and also describe the existing administrative moments during a football tournament, this is too give the reader a deeper understanding for further reading. The thesis then goes on to describe a concrete system which is tested on three football tournaments. On the basis of the tests, interviews and through analysis of these the thesis will be able to answer our questions. The result which we present in the thesis have unfolded through testing of the system on three chosen football tournaments.
