Bakgrund: En kommun granskas intensivt av dess omgivande samhälle där skandaler och utmärkelser skapar ett externt tryck som pressar organisationer till att reagera. När ett externt tryck uppstår förändras rådande samhällssyn och påverkar organisationers strategiska handlande mot upprätthållande av legitimitet.Syfte: Syftet med studien är att beskriva Växjö kommuns interna handlande efter att ett externt tryck uppstått genom en utmärkelse- Europas grönaste stad.Metodval: Studien består av en kvalitativ intern fallstudie. Studien utgår ifrån granskning av offentliga dokument i kombination med ostrukturerade intervjuer som skett genom ett snöbollsurval.Slutsatser: Studien visar på hur kommunen bemött det externa trycket utmärkelsen medfört genom sitt handlande. Detta visas utifrån strategisk anpassning mot det externa trycket. Då två externa tryck motsäger varandra visar kommunens handlande på en anpassning mot det som anses skapa måluppfyllelse.

The purpose is also to givesuggestions for improvements of work tasks and thereby simplify and improve thematerial handling at the packing process.The background of the task is that Spaljisten AB is going to increase theirproduction and thereby they also need to increase the packing rate of theirproducts. They will manage this by installing a new automated packing line andincrease the efficiency of the old manual one. The theoretical background ismostly obtained from literature which contains relevant facts for our report.The storage area has been studied visually in order to search for improvements oftoday?s layout.

Samtidigt tycks det finnas en enighet kring att organisationer bör anpassa sig till och eftersträva organisatoriskt lärande. I denna studie vill vi belysa begreppets komplexitet när det undersöks i en organisatorisk verklighet. Metod: En studie har genomförts i en högrisk organisation (HRO) där nio personer intervjuats. Intervjuerna har baserats på litteratur och forskning om den organisatoriska lärandeprocessens nyckelaspekter. Det empiriska materialet har analyserats utifrån de nyckelbegrepp som framkom i intervjuerna; handlingsutrymme och förändringsbenägenhet (avseende rutiner). Resultat: Vår studie visar att begreppen handlingsutrymme och förändringsbenägenhet (avseende rutiner) förstås utifrån den organisatoriska kontexten.

Vår yrkesmässiga erfarenhet som hälsopedagoger har fått oss intresserade av att undersöka den pedagogiska aspekten av det lärande som rehabiliteringsdeltagare gör som hälsobefrämjande aktivitet i samband med en arbetslivsinriktad rygg- och nackrehabilitering vid Svenska Rygginstitutet AB. Syftet med studien är att undersöka om och i så fall på vilket sätt en arbetslivsinriktad rygg- och nackrehabilitering bidrar till deltagarens lärande, insikter och befrämjande av hälsa. Fyra deltagare som genomgått en sådan rehabilitering intervjuades. Intervjuerna spelades in och transkriberades för vidare analys utifrån kvalitativ narrativ metod. Undersökningens resultat visar att upplägg där aktivt lärande betonas och informationsförmedling samt reflektion varvas med att praktiskt få prova på och erfara, gör förvärvande av såväl nya insikter och kunskaper som ökad förståelse möjligt och tillgängligt.

This essay is about a deserted medieval habitation called Skyttsie Hage which is located in the south of Sweden in the Scania province where it lies on a moor on the Falsterbopeninsula. Remains of five to six larger buildings have been found here with a surrounding earthwork, although it's not known for sure what kind of habitation they have been part of. Local folklore from the 17:th century states the area as a place where pirates lived, and that this was the reason for it's devastation. Another says that there once stood a breedingfarm belonging to the danish crown. Archaeologists have made several speculations which includes a deer park, a royal estate, an isolated farm or a smaller village.

The aim of this report is to investigate how the work handling at the department for arriving goods at EFG in Tranås is working, as well as how it could be improved and made more effective. EFG is a corporation who process and sell office furniture. The company is working with a project concerning delivery precision, the subject is therefore particularly interesting from the perspective of delivery accuracy. The number of orders has increased notably during the fall of 2005 and the spring of 2006. This has led to new demands at the department for arriving goods and the topic is as a result of that important also from this point of view.Interviews and investigations have been conducted at location since no written material earlier has been made in the topic.

Sammanfattning Denna uppsats handlar om barns tankar efter att ha läst en skönlitterär bok med en historisk handling. Jag har valt att intervjua fem barn i tioårsåldern som går på olika skolor i en mellanstor stad. Mitt syfte är att ta reda på vilka kunskaper barnen tillägnar sig genom att läsa skönlitteratur? Min huvudfråga lyder: ?Vad anser barnen att de lär sig genom att läsa skönlitteratur? Delfrågor: ?Vad anser barnen påverkar deras intresse för en bok? ?Hur kan en bok med historisk handling öka intresset för historieämnet? För att få svar på mina frågor har jag använt mig av kvalitativa intervjuer med en narrativ ansats. Med detta menas en forskningstradition som tar utgångspunkt i berättelser.

This examination work is performed at the institution of industrial economy and production at Jonkoping technical university, for JELD-WEN Door Solutions plant in Forserum.Today the focus in the company is on to reduce their inventories binding of capitals as well as inventory of products and that includes to get a good control of the supply and handling of material which is of great importance.JELD-WEN Door Solutions is one of the worlds leading producers of windows and doors and the head-office is located in Oregon, USA.A great number of wooden doors are manufactured by the company in varying of constructions, classifications and performance.The production of the plant in Forserum has a project- and customer focus manufacturing where only internal doors are produced. The overall market they are concentrated on is to different institution such as schools, hospitals etc.The purpose of this work is to investigate possibilities to improvement of material- and production control at JELD-WEN. The report will handle the master production schedule to and from the production divisions within manufacturing industry. Focus will be on the way for information- and material flows from arrival, transport within the company and further on to customers.Further a map of the flow was performed which gave a clearer picture of the connection between the flow of information- and material for the manufacturing process. On the basis of the mapping of the flow, the group discovered that the flow of material had some improvement potential.

It has become more and more common that companies in the service sector are beginning to understand their own effect on the environment and thus the need to contribute to a sustainable development through acting in a deliberate way. Serious environmental work can help a company to improve their image and in that way win competitive advantage that leads to improved profitability. In a short time perspective, adjustment to the environment is an opportunity to gain competitive advantage and an opportunity to develop a profile. In a long time perspective it is about survival. The environmental work has become a sequel to the work with quality.

Introduktion: Att handleda studenter ingår i sjuksköterskans yrkesroll. Handledning utförs med en handledningsmodell som grund där samarbetet mellan lärosätet och den kliniska verksamheten tydliggörs. Olika pedagogiska modeller finns utarbetade med syfte att stödja studenten i lärandet. Kärnan i handledning är reflektion som möjliggör sammankoppling mellan teori och praktik. Att tydliggöra vilken betydelse reflektion har för studentens lärande är väsentligt.  Syfte: Syftet med studien var att tydliggöra reflektionens betydelse för studentens lärande i klinisk praktik samt att beskriva faktorer som främjar respektive hindrar reflektion.  Metod: Systematisk litteraturstudie valdes enligt Polit & Beck.

The aims of the study were to investigate the prevalence and antibiotic resistance of Campylobacter jejuni and Campylobacter coli in chicken and chicken products, and to investigate farmer awareness of antibiotic resistance development. The study was conducted in the Can Tho province in Vietnam during six weeks in October to November 2008. Ninety-six samples from raw chickens were collected from twelve market places and analysed for the presence of Campylobacter. A total of 96 cloacal swabs from 20 farms were obtained and analysed for the presence of Campylobacter. Farmers were asked to answer eight questions concerning the housing of the chickens, modes of handling sick animals as well as use and knowledge of antibiotics and resistance development to antibiotics.

I mitt arbete studerar jag H&M:s språkbruk i information kring hållbart mode. Jag har avgränsat mig till texten På väg mot hållbar bomull, en informationstext på H&M:s externa webbplats www.hm.com. Syftet med min studie är att visa hur man med en anpassad form av Klarspråk, tillsammans med en tydlig koppling mellan ord och handling i text, kan öka förutsättningarna för större kunskap och vägledning till hållbart mode.I min studie använder jag mig av två metoder, en textanalys och en semistrukturerad fokusgrupp. Syftet är att undersöka hur läslig, läsbar och läsvärd H&M:s text är för målgruppen unga människor och att få dem att berätta om deras syn på konsumtion i allmänhet och hållbart mode i synnerhet, samt hur de tänker kring hur man kan underlätta till en mer hållbar modekonsumtion.Utifrån min empiri och mitt teoretiska ramverk har jag tagit fram en ny text, skriven med en för målgruppen unga människor anpassad form av Klarspråk. Den nya texten utgår från två utvalda textstycken i den analyserade texten På väg mot hållbart mode och är för målgruppen därefter anpassad så att läslighet, läsbarhet och läsvärdet har ökat.
