Ett liv i frontlinjen: Ett förteckningsarbete i Margareta Böttigers arkiv

This study is primarily an account of my examination work in archival science which took place in the archive of Margareta Böttiger, the state epidemiologist at the Swedish Institute for Communicable Disease Control Stockholm. The records are from Böttigers period of work, mainly divided into three parts, polio, HIVS/AIDS and vaccination. Of these I have focused on polio with was the area she got renowned for. Moreover, owing to the uniqueness of the material this study has focused on the properties of the archive as a working-life archive which I propose as a special type of personal archive with unique attributes. To summarize, a working-life archive has in comparison with other personal archives a more fluid process of archiving where the profession is important, not the personal production of records.

Anestesisjuksköterskans perspektiv på övergången mellan anestesi och den tidiga postoperativa fasen. :

Syfte: Att ur anestesisjuksköterskans perspektiv beskriva övergången mellan anestesi och den tidiga postoperativa fasen.                                                                                                                  Bakgrund: Anestesisjuksköterskan har befogenhet att inducera, underhålla och självständigt avsluta anestesier i samråd med anestesiolog. Under anestesins avslutande sker en övergång till en tidig postoperativ fas där patienten återfår medvetandet, återhämtar fullgod motorik och luftvägarnas vitala skyddsreflexer. Vissa riskmoment finns sedan tidigare väl definierade även om forskning avseende tidsperioden är begränsad. Anestesisjuksköterskan finns hela tiden närvarande vid patientens sida och har därför en unik möjlighet att beskriva denna övergång. Design: Studien har en deskriptiv design med kvalitativ ansats.                                                                                                            Metod: Femton strategiskt utvalda anestesisjuksköterskor från tre sjukhus i Mellansverige intervjuades.

This study is based on a statistical analysis of fundamental key ratios on the Stockholm Stock Exchange during the period 2004-2012. In total 35 financial ratios of 90 companies were tested, ultimately five ratios remained within the 5% significance level. These ratios were ROA, P/B, Total Yield, EV/EBIT and Operating Margin. A custom made investment model was created based on the purpose to achieve a risk-adjusted excess return. The results in general did not show any significant difference in return between the model's portfolio and index.

Purpose/Aim: The aim is to examine the cooperation between the magazine Veckorevyn and its Internet based counterpart, veckorevyn.com. The purpose is also to see if veckorevyn.com is taking advantage of Internet and its possibilities.Material/Method: There are two qualitative methods used for this study: interviews and a three-pieced content analysis. The material analyzed is the magazine Veckorevyn (number 25/2008) and the website www.veckorevyn.com during a two week period.Main results: The study shows that Veckorevyn and veckorevyn.com have several differences, but also some similarities. The result is not unexpected, since we are dealing with two different types of media. There seems to be some cooperation, though on the web it is not very visible.
