Vi analyserar den professionella butikskedjan och studerar kedjornas faktorer bakom tillväxt. Kedjor är inte typiska tillväxtföretag och har därför speciella egenskaper; inköp, organisation och distribution ser annorlunda ut i kedjornas verksamhet än i traditionella tillväxtföretag. Vi definierar och gör en analys av synliga och osynliga kundfaktorer och ser på hur dessa står bakom den snabba tillväxten som kedjan har uppnått under en period på 10år. Vår undersökning visar att Gina Tricot är den kedja som har lyckats uppnå störst och snabbast tillväxt på den svenska marknaden och vi gör en närmare undersökning på deras verksamhet. I slutsatsen har vi tagit fram en modell som visar på vilka beståndsdelar som är ett måste i en kedja för att generera och bibehålla tillväxt..

Syftet med detta examensarbete är att undersöka pedagogers syn på social kompetens i förskola och skola. Vi vill se om det skiljer sig åt mellan förskola och skola. Metoden som vi använt oss av är kvalitativa intervjuer. Dessa intervjuer är genomförda med sex stycken pedagoger på två olika skolor under vår VFU-period. Vi ställde frågor till varje pedagog som bl.a.

Denna rapport behandlar min VFU-period på PEAB. Vad jag har gjort under praktiken och vilket slags projekt som jag har varit med och utfört. Jag blev placerad på rondellbygget på Mullberget i Skellefteå, där jag fick vara arbetsledare tillsammans med min mentor. Det var många stora projekt förutom själva rondellbygget, t.ex. omdragning av Skellefteås huvudmatning av fjärrvärmekulvert och omdragning av en ø 800 dagvattenledning på ca: 100 m.

Approximately 60 million cubic meters of round wood are transported every year with trucks in Sweden and stand for 15 % of all truck transportation in the country. The big amount that is transported results in many haulage companies works in different parts of the country with different conditions to get a good flow on their transports. Today the transport pricing is very general and the payment consists of the unit round wood they are transporting and the distance of the transport. The purpose of this study were, from the freighter and the haulage company?s perspective, try to find ways to change the today applied transport pricing to more differentiated and compare them to historic payment of transportation.

Jag gjorde en litteraturstudie där jag sammanställde en lista över olika armeringsnät, fördelar och nackdelar lyftes fram. Tobias Nygren på Fortifikationsverket bearbetade listan och valde ut två produkter som han tyckte var lämpliga att testa på Jokkmokks taxibana. Provsträckorna kommer att vara på 1600m² och kommer sen att utvärderas och granskas av Fortifikationsverket och Luftfartsverket under en två års period för att se hur armeringsnäten klarat det yttre slitage som blir av naturen samt hur slitaget från flygplanen påverkar hållbarheten..

This paper is about skiing and Swedish nationalism during the late 19th century and early 20th century. The aim is to investigate why skiing was considered so eminently suited for the incorporation of certain ideals in the national fellowship.The paper accounts an analyse of texts and documents about Swedish skiing from 1897-1924. Skiing was a nationalistic concern from the very beginning of this period. It was connected to heartfelt feelings towards the Swedish nature, the patriotic upbringing of the youth, as well as the health of the nation. Over the years skiing also became an increased object of sportification.

The coproduct, dried distillers grains + solubles (DDGS) from ethanol production based on wheat contains much rumen degradable protein and fiber with low digestibility. To compliment this quality in an effective way a grass silage low in protein and much digestible fiber is needed. The aim of the study was to investigate the effects of adjusting the crude-protein concentration and fiber quality of the silage when feeding DDGS and of varying the inclusion level of DDGS, when feeding the adjusted grass silage, on intake, milk yield and composition, faecal traits and feed efficiency. Four different total mixed rations were compared. The normal grass-clover silage had a crude protein content of 17,8 % and an NDF content of 46,2 % of dry matter. The adapted grass silage had a crude protein content of 14,6 % and an NDF content of 52,9 % of dry matter. The diets were formulated to have similar nutritional content except for A + 4 which had a higher content of rumen degradable crude protein and a lower concentration of NDF.

We have performed a study much similar to Ritter?s (1991) about long-term aftermarket performance of IPOs on the Swedish market during the years 1990 to 2002. The study resulted in evidence for that Swedish IPO do underperforms their benchmark-portfolios during a 36-months period. Though, the grade of underperformance depends of the chosen benchmark. The study is mainly focused on a particular benchmark, a portfolio of non-issuing firms matched by size and sector.

The Employment Protection Act (1982:80; LAS) is one of the cornerstones of the labour law that regulates the relationship between employer and employee. The central rule as stated in 4 § LAS is valid for an indefinite term. LAS is a semi-optional law in accordance with 2 § LAS which facilitates deviation from the central rule.Temporary employment is dealt with in 5 and 6 §§ LAS, regulations and collective bargaining agreements. The purpose of the legislative change on July 12007 was to simplify the use of temporary employment and to make the law more predictable and easier to interpret. The Swedish Lapphund is one of our eleven Swedish domestic breeds of dogs and one of Sweden?s oldest dogbreeds. The Finnish Lapphund?s origin and physical conformation is similar to that of the Swedish Lapphund. One aim of this study was to examine whether the average litter size differs between these two closely related breeds, and if so, try to find causes for this.

Syftet med studien var att genomföra och undersöka effekten av ett Fysiskt, Mentalt och Socialt friskvårdskoncept på patienter i primärvården i Botkyrka kommun. Konceptet bestod av hälsoundersökning med enkäter, motiverande samtal och fysiologiska tester, före och efter en sju veckors period, med ledarledd fysisk aktivitet förskrivet på recept (FaR) och teoretiska pass om hälsa.Metod: Sammanlagt 12 patienter från två vårdcentraler i Botkyrka kommun erhöll varsitt FaR-recept. Alla recept var identiskt formulerade. Undersöknings- och kontrollgrupp utgjordes av sex personer vardera. För undersökningsgruppen användes ?FMS Personalprofil? innefattandes enkätundersökningar om livsstilsvanor och KASAM (känsla av sammanhang), fysiologiska tester och motiverande samtal.

Oilseed rape constitutes a good break crop within a cereal dominated cropping system. The normal sowing time for winter rape in Sweden is August. It's a time in the cropping year characterized by a heavy work load, such as harvest and soil management. In addition, it is often a period with large precipitation. Thus, it is sometimes problematic for the farmer to do the sowing of winter rape at the optimal time.
