SAMMANFATTNINGBakgrundSymtom på emotionell instabil personlighetsstörning innefattar impulsivt beteende, affektiv instabilitet samt ofta självskadebeteende och suicidalitet. Personer med denna diagnos har visats uppleva ett negativt bemötande i sina kontakter med hälso- och sjukvården då de uppfattas som svårhanterliga av vårdpersonalen på grund av svårigheten att hitta rätt behandlingsmetod på rätt vårdnivå.SyfteAtt belysa vårdpersonalens bemötande av patienter med emotionell instabil personlighetsstörning (borderline personality disorder), både ur vårdpersonalens och patientens perspektiv.MetodEn litteraturöversikt med systematisk ansats presenteras i föreliggande studie. Femton artiklar inkluderades vilka svarade mot författarnas syfte att belysa vårdpersonalens bemötande av patienter med emotionell instabil personlighetsstörning. Resultatet baserades på vetenskapliga artiklar av både kvantitativ och kvalitativ metodik. Dessa artiklar granskades och analyserades av författarna för att svara mot den förväntade vetenskapliga kvalitet som erfordras för att säkerställa adekvat vetenskaplig nivå.ResultatResultatet visade att vårdpersonalen generellt uppvisar negativa attityder gentemot patienter med emotionell instabil personlighetsstörning, då de upplever dem som krävande och svårhanterliga.

Som 19-åring reste han till Stockholm för att påbörja sina studier i orgelklassen vid Musikkonservatoriet. Efter sin fullbordade musikdirektörsexamen några år senare utbildade han sig på egen hand till röstpedagog. Människorösten och dens användning i tal och sång var hans stora intresse och 1903 öppnade han sitt eget sånginstitut i Stockholm.

The most common neuropsychiatric diagnose among children and adolescents in Swedish schools today is Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Many of these pupils are in need of special support and it is therefore important that special teachers and special educational needs coordinators (SENCO:s) have the competence required to meet their needs. The purpose of this essay was to study special teacher and SENCO students? knowledge and attitudes regarding ADHD. This was done using a norm critical and gender perspective.

This paper has two parts. In the first part we analyse the Swedish translation of KIMS and we compare it with the American version that Baer and colleagues developed(Baer et al, 2004). Our focus is the factor structure, internal consistency, scale correlations and validity in relation to the already validated translation of the MAAS. The second part has three issues: Does a group of relatives to persons with borderline personality disorder differ from a group of university employees with respect to different aspects of mindfulness? What are the correlations between KIMS and the symptom measure BSI-GSI for the group of relatives? Has the Family Connections program had any effect on the degree of mindfulness for the group of relatives? 123 university employees answered the KIMS questionnaire.

Europe has, since the economic crisis of 2007, gained increasing social segregation. The gap between rich and poor has increased and the large number of hidden statistics regarding people excluded from the labor market is greater than in many years. Social exclusion has thus taken a toll on community groups that already before the crisis had a hard time getting included. Groups such as young, elderly, immigrants and people with mental of physical disabilities. To curb this development, the European Commission have, since the 2004 directives, enabled public sector clients to, through procurement of goods, services and contracts, include measures that promote social consideration.Social consideration is a term that have been a part of Swedish procurement legislation since 2007, and was updated in 2010.

Följande studie undersöker hur grundskolan bemöter elever med diagnosen Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Här visas det vilka möjligheter det kan finnas för barnet med autism att bli rumsligt inkluderade i skolans verksamhet. Perspektivet är utifrån sju pedagogers erfarenheter och synsätt på inkluderingen av elever med autism. Två av pedagogerna har elever med autism inkluderade i klasserna medan pedagogerna i två andra verksamheter arbetar utifrån särskilda undervisningsgrupper som är knutna till skolan. Undersökningen fokuserar på pedagogernas erfarenheter av och synsätt på två olika typer av inkludering, pedagogisk respektive social inkludering.

The purpose of this study has been to investigate advantages and problems with distributionsystem metering in substations. This report is a study in cooperation with Göteborg Energi.The analyses in this report are made for GENAB, a subsidiary company of Göteborg Energi.To analyse advantages and problems in advance is interesting information for GENAB. Theresult of the report could be based upon whether installation of metering in distributionsubstations will be implemented and in that case which kind of measurement that is relevant.The most relevant and strategic place to implement measurement is at the distributionsubstations on the secondary side (400V), this is due to the placement of the currenttransformers. The measurements in this study involve current, voltage, power, power factor,temperature, energy and power quality.Measuring instruments that are relevant to implement are intended to measure current,voltage, power, power factor, energy and, possibly, power quality in the same measuring unit.It is desirable to have a measuring instrument that measures both energy and power qualitybut since it is most often a cost question, it can be established that energy meters have a lowercost.Metering in distribution substations gives a better illustration of the power network. Thisresults in many advantages for GENAB.

Bakgrund: Downs syndrom är den vanligaste formen av kromosomförändring hos människan. En person med Downs syndrom har totalt 47 kromosomer istället för människans vanliga 46 och bär på en extra kromosom 21. ADHD står för Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder vilket innebär uppmärksamhetsstörning, koncentrationssvårigheter och planeringssvårigheter, nedsatt arbetsminne samt dålig tidsuppfattning.Syfte: Att få större kunskap om hur föräldrar upplevde och reagerade, när de blev informerade om att deras barn har Downs syndrom eller ADHD. Med större kunskap ökar vår och andras förståelse och därmed möjlighet till förbättrade relationer till både föräldrar och barn.Metod: Examensskrivarna har intervjuat tre föräldrapar vars barn har fått diagnosen ADHD och två föräldrapar som fått barn med Downs syndrom. Genom intervjuerna och dess svar har vi jämfört föräldrarnas eventuellt olika sätt att bearbeta sin sorgResultat och analys: En mamma hade bara negativa tankar kring dotterns diagnos ? Downs syndrom.

We live in a world where the resources are not equally divided and that is why charity work is needed. The United Nations Children?s Fund, UNICEF, is a global organization that works for children?s human rights around the world. But perhaps even charity work, which´s often glorified in the society, need to be looked at from different directions. In this paper we have chosen to focus on social workers and their experiences of interacting with clients with neuropsychiatric disabilities, in example persons with ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder), Asperger syndrome, autism and/or Tourette syndrome. The main purpose was to look into three areas: What knowledge do social workers mean that they need about neuropsychiatric disabilities and how can their needs of knowledge can be met? How do they experience the meeting with a person with neuropsychiatric disabilities? How does the cooperation function between authorities regarding persons with neuropsychiatric disabilities?Definition of the concept of disability and function from a historical perspective points out that the approach has changed over time. Previous research studies of the interaction in meeting between the client and the social worker shows that the social worker carries two faces, so called aspects. The first aspect is about help and care and the second aspect is about administrative functions.

BackgroundPeople with psychiatric problems, despite efforts in recent decades still experience vulnerability. Patients with borderline personality disorder (BPD), where self-harm is common, often live in difficult and complex social relationships because of their illness. Additional knowledge and studies about mental illness, self-harm, dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) and the therapeutic alliance are needed.Purpose and MethodThis study aims to examine how staff perceive and describe: DBT as a treatment method; the therapeutic alliance and the importance it has for treatment. The study utilises a qualitative approach with a qualitative content analysis method and presents earlier research on DBT and the therapeutic alliance. The empirical material consists of focus group interviews comprising three DBT - teams.

The purpose of the thesis is to describe how environmental compensation is carried through when it comes to exploitation of Natura 2000. The thesis also relates to the three theories of planning synoptic, advocacy and transactive. Three cases of environmental compensation have been studied from three different countries where an exploitation of the Natura 2000 is done. Sweden, Germany and the Netherlands have all been working with environmental impact assessments as a demand to be able to carry through their projects. The projects concern the development of a railway track, an industry and a port which all have been approved by the EU-commission to carry on because of socioeconomic reasons.
