The aim of this examination paper is to investigate the use of linguistic feedback among male senior high school students. Two groups consisting of male students preparing for ensuing studies, and two groups consisting of male students taking vocational studies, was interviewed in four separate interviews. By comparing how these four groups used linguistic feedback in conversation noticeable differences has been identified. For example, the boys preparing for ensuing studies used linguistic feedback the most. Also, all interviewed groups used linguistic feedback the most when they agreed with each other.

The aim of our study is to examine stepparents´experiences of their role in the new family, we also want to examine if the role as stepparent is affected to the role as a biological parent. Our study is based on six semi-structured interviews, with three stepmothers and three stepfathers.By using role theory and symbolic interactionism our results indicate the requirement of constant negotiation as well as acknowledging the need to consider the other familymembers, those you may not have chosen to live with.We can see that the division of responsibility is governed by what is best for the family - to make life as easy as possible. It is clear that many stepparent lack guidance in what is expected of them in their new role; howeverr, they have been able to grow into it.  .

This is a field study based on participant observations and interviews, describing the cooking teacher's complex everyday life. The school's restaurant is a unique arena, freely hovering between two worlds: The school world and the restaurant reality. Here, the students are confronted with real situations and problems, similar to the ones occurring in a restaurant, still having the school's safety net beneath them. It is for real, but still not, a bit like a flight simulator.It is on that arena the cooking teacher works, combining the two roles of the teacher and the chef. Two roles built on their own traditions and values.

The process is predominantly perceived as positive, especially education tends to strengthen self-identity. Denna studie ämnar att gå igenom lärande på arbetsplatsen och hur det situerade lärandet från en tjänst kan användas i andra tjänster. Syftet med uppsatsen är att ta reda på hur individer som arbetar inom HR, som jobbar med personalrelaterade frågor, upplever att tidigare arbetslivserfarenheter har betydelse för det arbete de har idag. Det teoretiska ramverket utgår från det sociokulturella perspektivet på lärande, där tänkandet och handlandet hos oss människor betraktas som situerat till sociala sammanhang. För att kunna belysa det lärandet ytterligare används begreppen redskap, mediering och praktikgemenskap för att förstå hur lärandet kan främjas. Studien baseras på kvalitativa semistrukturerade intervjuer som genomfördes med åtta kvinnor som innehar en HR-tjänst idag.

Syftet med denna rapport är att utreda vad matematik- respektive karaktärsämneslärare på yrkesprogrammen på gymnasiet anser att det finns för för- respektive nackdelar med en ämnesintegrering mellan deras ämnen. Med hjälp av en enkät har de två grupperna fått delge sina för- och nackdelar samt i vilken utsträckning de tillämpar en sådan ämnesintegrering. Enkäten användes också som underlag för en intervju som låg till grund för en beskrivning av hur ett ämnesintegrerat arbete kan gå till. Majoriteten av lärarna var positiva till att ämnesintegrera och ansåg att de tillämpade en sådan undervisning men endast ett fåtal samarbetade med sina kollegor över ämnesgränserna..

This case study has its starting point in an unpublished study where the results showed that there is a conflict between the leadership and the employees in a private company. The conflict is identified as a result of the company leadership is steering for cost savings and efficiency The aim of this study is through analysis of  the open questions in a quantitative survey describe how the staffs  attitudes and culture is affecting the leadership of the organization. The ideological aspect is very clear and through the aspect of the structural differences between the public and private sector makes it possible to identify the staff?s social rules, ideology and group norms.  These are shown to be in conflict with the economical perspective of the private sector.

Mitt syfte i detta arbete är att studera om lärare upplever att handledningen de fått ta del av har betydelse för hur de bemöter eleverna i klassrummet. Mitt underliggande syfte är att studera om handledning kan vara en möjlighet för kompetensutveckling och personlig utveckling vilket kan bidra till utveckling för verksamheten. Arbetet utgår från ett hermeneutiskt vetenskapligt förhållningssätt. Jag har använt mig av kvalitativ forskningsmetod och gjort tio ostrukturerade intervjuer med lärare i skolan.

Syftet med denna undersökning är att ta reda på vad som händer med Basta rehabiliteringsfilosofi när det visas i ett Tv-program. Denna uppsats har en kvalitativ ansats där vi med hjälp av kvalitativ riktad innehållsanalys har samlat in data ifrån Tv-programmet Nybyggarna. I datainsamlingen använder vi oss av ett flertal teman som bland annat berör Bastas grundstenar. Vidare i undersökningsprocessen kom vi fram till att programmet visar de flesta av Bastas grundstenar som är grunden till Bastas rehabiliteringsfilosofi. Därutöver kunde vi se att Tv-programmet både tillför och exkluderar olika saker i relation till Bastas rehabiliteringsfilosofi, däribland en programledare.

Studien har genomf?rts via semi-strukturerade intervjuer med sex l?rarstudenter som har haft sina VFU perioder under ?r 2023.

We arecurious about what lies behind the success of an artist and what makes an artist have asustainable career. The essay is based on a qualitative approach where six interviewshave been performed with people in various positions in the Swedish music industry. The interviewees have been selected after their knowledge and experience within thefield.
