This project investigates how team sports can be used to include young women in public space aswell as how through the addition of a sporting facility adjacent to three schools can be used as a stepping stone for the young people of Dharavi to have a chance at a brighter future..

Det här är en studie i syfte att analysera den moçambikiska läroplanens värdegrundspolicy utifrån dess kapitel ?vision och uppdrag?. Genom denna analys undersöks vilka egenskaper samhället eftersträvar hos sina samhällsmedborgare och belyser hur eventuella diskurser i läroplanen kan ses ge mening till den goda samhällsmedborgaren.  Läroplanen interpreteras även ur ett socio-historiskt perspektiv.Genom att göra en diskursanalytisk studie på den moçambikiska läroplanstextens kapitel ?vision och uppdrag? utkristalliseras underelement, nodalpunkter och diskurser som både ger svar på vad som efterfrågas hos en god samhällsmedborgare och beskriver generella regelbundenheter som kännetecknar texten. Avslutningsvis appliceras svensk läroplansforskning på läroplanstexten för att undersöka om man utifrån det kan säga något om det moçambikiska samhället.En god samhällsmedborgare i Moçambique kännetecknas till stor del i läroplanen som någon som bidrar till att lyfta landet ur fattigdom, både individens och samhällets i stort, samt bidrar till att bevara freden i landet.

Syftet med detta examensarbete var att ta reda på vilka tankar som finns angående helhetsperspektivet i den stundande gymnasiereformen Gymnasieskola 2007 (GY-07). För att få reda på detta intervjuades två rektorer och åtta lärare som fick ge sin syn på den kommande reformen. De tillhörde två olika program, ett studieförberedande respektive ett yrkesförberedande och dessa program kontrasteras mot varandra. Resultatet visar att alla informanter har en positiv inställning till reformen men att det yrkesförberedande programmet är mer positivt inställda än det studieförberedande programmet som hyser mindre tillförsikt till implementeringen av reformen..

This thesis has a deductive approach, where existing theories dealing empowerment formed the basis for the design of interview substrate, which is then paired with the empirical evidence, based on this the conclusions was drawn.Result & Conclusion:What separates the different kinds of empowerment and how it affect the staff depends most of all on how the management chooses to communicate and share information with their staff.Suggestions for future research:A study regarding managers that works with different kinds of empowerment, and how that affects them, could be regarded as an interesting future research.Contribution of thesis:It shows that different kinds of empowerment affect the staff in different ways, which I made clear to the readers.Keywords:empowerment, thinking skills, relations and organizational - structure and theory.

The BSC is a widely used management tool that is turning the vision and strategy into operational goals. However, after analyzing the criticism received by the BSC, it seems as if its internal focus, rigidity, static-ism and mechanical mindset limits the company?s ability to create a strategy that takes important external factors into account. As we see it, the BSC?s limitations can create a risk for strategic inertia.

The master thesis deals with three completely different areas: the place, the light and the design, which all are parts of the subject landscape architecture. The Place in this paper is the graveyard, the Light is the artificial and the Design is an illumination. The common denominator is the graveyard at Galärvarvet in Stockholm, Galärvarvskyrkogården, where the three parts meet in a clear and outspoken need of new lighting. The problem formulation is: Is it possible for a graveyard to be looked upon and used as a park? How do the administrators and the designers reason in this matter and what are the consequences for example the illumination at a graveyard? This is being investigated and discussed in general and thereafter the thesis is specifically focussed on the needs and solutions for the graveyard at Galärvarvet. The thesis, which is mainly based on facts from litterature, location studies and interviews, contains of pure parts of fact, discussion parts, different types of analyses, reflections of the author, illustrations and photos from the graveyard at Galärvarvet and also a lighting proposal for the graveyard and its close environment. The purpose of this work is to show the connection between the usage of the graveyard and its illumination. All to simplify for the administrators, planners and designers. Hopefully this thesis will be of use in the deciscion making process for future lighting projects for the graveyard administration in Stockholm as a basis for their discussion and decision process for future lighting projects..

The aim with this paper is to elucidate the current situation of the Swedish glulam market. This thesis paper will also consider prospects for the future and analyse the relationship between customer and producer and what makes a specific supplier attractive to their customer. The companies that are included in the paper are: Martinsons Group AB, Moelven Töreboda AB and Setra Group AB, Långshyttan. These three companies are the members of the organi¬sation Svenskt Limträ AB and produce the largest part of glulam in Sweden. Together they produce 140 000 ? 150 000 m3 a year. The study is based on interviews with all three producers and a customer survey, where I have interviewed five customer to each producer.

Having a functioning internal communication is necessary for the survival and existence of every company. Traditional communication channels are for example meetings, noteboards and personnel newspapers. During the last ten years we have witnessed an explosion of new channels, who are based on information technology. IT is a natural part in new IT-companies, like Framfab and Icon Medialab, but what role does IT have in a large, manufacturing company with a long history? The purpose with this thesis is to investigate how IT has influenced the internal communication in a company.

Quickmatch is a company that recruits students to other companies that need temporary workers. Today all administration is done by hand, which is very time demanding and therefore inefficient. Employees send assignment reports by e-mail about the working hours and breaks to the administration office. Since these reports are handled manually, there is a great need for an automated system that makes the company more scalable.The purpose of this work was to solve the defined problem, i. e.

De flesta av Sveriges kommuner har ett mål där de strävar efter att bygga ett hållbart samhälle, vilket innebär att man utnyttjar den befintliga infrastrukturen. Målet med detta är att dra nytta av de obebyggda områdena i stadsbilden genom att bygga nytt. Eftersom de tysta sidorna av byggnaderna ska ligga på en ljudnivå under 45 dB(A) har det här examensarbetet behandlat de möjliga lösningar som kan tillämpas vid bullerdämpning. En platsinventering har utförts där de olika förutsättningarna har studerats, och där resultaten av studierna har granskats med syfte till att planera en vision.Nyckelord: Bullerdämpning, bostadsutformning, platsinventering.

Av Sveriges 290 kommuner så är det idag cirka 40 stycken som använder sig utav e-affärer fullt ut. Bland de övriga kommunerna är somliga på gång, andra avvaktar medan andra inte har det på agendan alls. Resultat har visat att en implementering av e-affärer inte sker friktionsfritt då organisationerna stöter på bromskrafter. Denna uppsats har för avsikt att övervinna bromskrafter vid en implementering av e-affärer för organisationer. De forskningsfrågor som uppsatsen utgår från är:·         Undersöka och identifiera bromskrafter som kan uppkomma vid en implementering av e-affärer·         Hur kan bromskrafter omvandlas till drivkrafter? De bromskrafter som kan uppstå vid implementering enligt tidigare undersökningar är: kostnader, attityder och förankring hos användare, vision och kompetens samt ledningens stöd, engagemang och kompetens. Resultatredovisningen styrkte att användarnas attityder var en av de främsta broms­krafter organisationerna möttes av samt att ledningens stöd, engagemang och kompetens spelade en stor roll för att minimera användarnas motstånd.

An increasing number of automotive supplier companies are investing in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) in order to gain cost advantages. This has happened in a rapid pace since many of these countries did not have any foreign direct investments (FDI) at the turn of the century. The problem now is for how long these countries will be able to maintain the low costs. One purpose was to create a model of country advantages for automotive supplier companies when relocating further production to CEE. This dissertation was written in cooperation with the Trelleborg Group.

Syftet med uppsatsen var att undersöka attityder och förhållningssätt hos en grupp lärarstude-rande till hur Internet används för undervisning och som verktyg i det framtida arbetslivet. Resultatet visar att inställningen inte är en odelat positiv till detta vilket går att tolka på olika sätt. Datorvanan hos de blivande lärarna varierar kraftigt från nybörjarnivå till mycket van användare. Källkritik är något som tas upp av samtliga blivande lärare som viktigt att tänka på, liksom etiska frågor. Essensen av undersökningen visar på en osäkerhet hos blivande lära-re inför hur innehållet på Internet kan användas i undervisningen.

Detta examensarbete avser att utvärdera det befintliga kursutvärderingssystemet hos Vägsektorns Utbildningscentrum. (VUC). För att studera detta har vi använt oss av fokusgrupper, intervjuer och auskultation. Studien visar att det uppstår en viss diskrepans mellan vad VUC:s vision säger om hur kursutvärdering ska hanteras och hur kursutvärderingen hanteras idag. En slutsats som vi drar är att den information som genereras av kursutvärderingen motsvarar det syfte VUC har med kursutvärderingen.
