Frågan som kommer att besvaras i den här uppsatsen är. ?Vilka tekniker finns för att snabbast arbeta fram ett texturerat 3D objekt, då passande för reklam känt för dess korta deadlines??Metoderna jag använde baseras på utförda tester, tidigare erfarenheter och även genom ny kunskap jag lärt mig under arbetets gång. Programmen jag använde mig av var huvudsakligen 3D studio max, Zbrush 4R2 samt Photoshop.En av de viktigare slutsatserna jag kom fram till var att att även om modellering för hand skapar goda slutresultat, så är önskvärt att komplimentera med mjukvara som kan hjälpa till att skapa viss slumpartad geometri.

The paper also analyses how the game can stimulate, arouse and mobilize the historical consciousness of the player. The essay presents a theoretical analysis of the uses of history and historical consciousness. This analysis is then linked with the results.

Denna rapport beskriver hur dagens tekniska processer ser ut vid tillverkning av applikationer för interaktiva publikationer. En interaktiv publikation är en digitalt skapad tidning med ett extra lager av information som man kan interagera med. Exempel på interaktivitet är bildspel, video och informationsflöden i realtid som visas direkt i tidningen. Rapporten fokuserar på vad det är som ger ett mervärde till en digital interaktiv publikation och vilka funktioner det är som kan ge upphov till detta. Genom en jämförande analys mellan digitala publikationer och papperstidningar tas fyra designaspekter fram för att användas som grund för hur interaktiva element bör hanteras i framställningen av digitala publikationer. En prototyp av en interaktiv publikation har tagits fram för att visa hur designaspekterna kan tillämpas och för att visa hur information kan presenteras på ett mer interaktivt sätt. .

Detta är en kvalitativ uppsats som gjorts för att skapa en förståelse och en djupgående analys.Rihannas musikvideor ?Pon de Replay? (2005) och ?S&M? (2011) analyserades genom att dela upp dessa två i 10 olika scener per video. Dessa 10 scener blev alltså till stillbilder, som analyserades efter den semiotiska bildanalysen.

The purpose of the study was to examine if Talking Mats® couldsupport communication and participation for people with Huntington?sdisease, carers and a dental hygienist in conversation about oral care. Elevendyads, a person with Huntington's disease and a carer, participated.Conversations with and without mats were video recorded and compared.Each participant responded to a questionnaire about how they experiencedthe conversations. Analysis with Effectiveness Framework of FunctionalCommunication showed that two participants increased their communicativeeffectiveness using Talking Mats®. Feelings of participation increased forall participants and were significantly higher for participants withHuntington's disease.

This thesis in Art History and Visual Science is about values to graffiti and graffiti artist Banksy. I have studied values relating to Banksy´s graffiti images through which context they are placed in and where they are located. I have selected two different images of Banksy as an example on the basis of a transnational phenomenon, where the images that circulate in the public arena by street art and other images and imported into the galleries and consumption market. My conclusion is that the values of the images are based on the context in which each room have its surroundings and that therefore the impression will increase. The public space context, signal availability and the white cube context indicates art, and the commercial context signals goods and items that can be bought.

With the development andeasy access of technologies, new ways to create and display information graphics hasemerged. Among them, the animated information graphics, which in the few pastyears appears to have increased in popularity on video sharing websites such asVimeo and Youtube. In the genre of animated information graphics, there seems to bean inherent diversity regarding the design characteristics. In this study we exploredliterature and research on information graphics and related subjects.

För att klara krav på besparingar och effektivisering inom hälso- och sjukvård har dagkirurgi som behandlingsform ökat men även som ett led av ny forskning och utveckling av kirurgiska behandlingsmetoder. Patientens behov av kunskap för att kunna klara egenvården efter ingreppet blir större då vårdtiden är kortare vid dagkirurgi. Den valda metoden är litteraturstudie och syftet var att undersöka hur patienterna uppfattade information vid dagkirurgi. Elva vetenskapliga artiklar är granskade och bearbetade och därigenom har ett resultat framkommit. Informationen har störst genomslagskraft när muntlig och skriftlig alternativt visuell information kombineras.

This thesis describes how large Swedish companies finance their debt and identifies some factors that affect their decisions. The study is based on 10 well-known companies of which 9 are listed on Nasdaq OMX Nordic. The results show that the companies display several similarities concerning their debt structure and the factors which their choices are based upon. All companies in this study primarily use corporate bonds for their long-term borrowing, commercial papers for the short-term borrowing, and bank-facilities as back-up. There is a tendency that smaller companies in larger extent use bank-loans for long-term borrowing due to larger emissions costs when using market financing.

AbstractThe purpose of project is to study the possibility for Borås Energy & Environment to build and run a commercial ethanol production facility in Borås. The project also studies the technology for the production of ethanol using renewable energy, e.g. lignocelluloses with focus on two processes, svag-syra hydrolyse and enzymatic hydrolyse. The technology of the process is based of hydrolysation of biomass (hemicelluloses and cellulose) to sugar and extract it to ethanol. These two techniques will compare with each other to determine which of them that it?s more suitable for ethanol production.

Att uppleva oro och ångest inför en operation är vanligt och kan manifestera sig såväl psykologiskt som fysiologiskt hos patienten. Flertalet mätinstrument och omvårdnadsåtgärder existerar, med syfte att finna och lindra oro och ångest. Avsikten med denna systematiska litteraturöversikt var att beskriva omvårdnadsåtgärder för att lindra patienters preoperativa oro och ångest. Genom litteratursökning i sex databaser, bland annat PubMed, CINAHL och Psychinfo, framkom fyra kategorier av interventioner: Att få information via video: Att få skriftlig eller muntlig information: Att lyssna på musik och: Att få känna värme eller beröring. Resultatet visade att samtliga omvårdnadsåtgärder mer eller mindre lindrade oro och ångest, där relationen mellan patient och vårdgivare, och individanpassade interventioner var viktiga, exempelvis då musiksmak hade betydelse, eller att viss information inte var nödvändig.

Abstract We have in this thesis examined two elite hockey clubs in the Swedish Elite League, Brynäs IF and Linköpings HC. Our questions revolve around how they set themselves to bring in an external owner of the club. Our aim was to examine how Linköping and Brynäs stands on the issue of the external owners of the club, which is currently regulated by Riksidrottsförbundets 51/49%-rule which means that the club must control at least 51% of the club while external shareholders can take up to 49 %. Then, we compare the clubs with each other. Interviewees have been clubs club CEO:s and supporters club chairman.

Stands where pre commercial thinning has been ignored or inadequate often tend to have high stem density and low average diameter when they reach heights of thinning. In such stands, it can often be expensive to do a conventional pulpwood harvest as a first thinning. This study investigates the development of the stands and the economic outcome of forest fuel extraction, or a combined harvest as alternatives to the ordinary pulpwood harvest. Simulations in Heureka StandWise were performed for two thin and dense stands, which were constructed by data from the Swedish National Forest Inventory. The simulations show that the extraction of forest fuel in first thinning at an early stage can provide higher net revenue compared to conventional pulpwood harvest at the same time or later.
