This work is meant to show how memory can work within a smaller society when it comes to folklore and local history. What is remembered, how it is remembered and why it is remembered. Sprung from the older collections of folklore within the selected area - which is Glaskogen in western V?rmland - the purpose is to look at different types of memorizing and how it can work. The purpose is also to analyze some of the folklore from Glaskogen via narrative analyzing methods of Palmenfelt, Labov and Young, and also to understand Glaskogen from a cultural heritage perspective, looking at the valuation process and attitude towards the immaterial heritage.

When the protein is hydrolysed, in this case ß-lactoglobulin, the protein is divided into individual amino acids.  Genotyping can be used to link genetic variation among individuals to certain diseases or conditions. Some known disorders and states that are dependent on single nucleotide polymorphism (SNPs) are lactose intolerance, venous thrombosis, hereditary hemochromatosis and the difference in sensibility among people to metabolise drugs.In this project a new kit, TaqManÒ Sample-to-SNP KitÔ for extraction of DNA and preparation of the extract for genotyping with real-time PCR and allelic discrimination, was evaluated. QIAamp® DNA Blood Biorobot® MDx Kit was used as the reference method.The purpose of the comparison was to find a method that makes DNA extraction from blood samples cheaper and faster, but with the same reliability as the reference procedure.The results of the evaluation showed a complete agreement of the genotype results between the methods tested, which means that the new method was as reliable as the reference method. The costs of reagents and material would be reduced with 52% if the new method is adopted, that alone would result in a cost reduction of 144 000SEK a year with a sample volume of 650 samples/month. The time for DNA extraction would also be reduced with the new procedure. .

SammanfattningDenna uppsats behandlar ideella organisationer och svårigheterna med att bestämma sig förhur investeringsbeslut skall motiveras i dessa. För att göra detta har vi undersökt vadmedlemmarna i en ideell organisation vill förbättra i organisationen. Vi har tittat närmare påden ideella föreningen Hammarö golfklubb och undersökt vad dess medlemmar har förönskemål med klubben för att sedan analysera vilka investeringar som skulle skapa maximalmedlemsnytta för Hammarö golfklubbs medlemmar.För att ta reda på den information som krävs för nyttovärderingen använde vi oss av denkvantitativa metoden där vi via post skickat ut enkäter till Hammarö golfklubbs samtliga 1592medlemmar. Vi fick en svarsfrekvens på mer än en tredjedel av medlemmarna. Resultatetsammanställdes i dataprogrammet Excel.Vi analyserade resultatet från respondenterna med hjälp av teorier inom social ekonomi,ideella organisationer, segmentering i tjänstemarknaden, cost-benefit analys och contingentValuation method.Resultatet var genomgående tydligt att de två främsta investeringen som skulle genereramedlemsnytta till Hammarö golfklubbs medlemmar var att bygga tak över driving rangen ochfler mål på driving rangen.
