The last years? financial situation has contributed to an increased willingness from the banks to handle risks. The most important risk to cope with is a risk that is related to a customer?s ability to repay loans. Forecasts indicate that in the future, Swedish farmers will be facing profitability challenges, which points to a need to reconsider the banks procedures considering risk management in credit granting for agricultural businesses.Today?s risk management will be given two complements in this study.

Detta arbete är en studie i hållbar gestaltning, där de många teoretiska principer appliceras på tre mycket olika platser på jorden. Tre ekologiskt hållbara enfamiljshus projekteras i Sibirien, i sydöstra Spanien, och i Stockholms inre skärgård. Husen är helt olika. Vitruvius sade: "Vi måste börja med att beakta de länder och de klimat som hus skall byggas i, för att gestalta byggnaderna rätt. En typ av hus är lämplig för Egypten, en annan för Spanien, och ytterligare en för Rom.

I denna uppsats undersöks katalogtexter producerade eller reproducerade av Moderna Museet i Stockholm om Pablo Picasso och Marcel Duchamp. Texterna undersöks, med utgångspunkt i museets egna påstående att konstnärerna ofta utmålas som varandras motsatser, ur ett narratologiskt perspektiv. Förekomsten av argumenterande passager, performativa yttranden, textagentens positionering samt värdering av konstnärskapen undersöks och en jämförelse görs mellan katalogerna och de två konstnärskapen. Undersökningen syftar till att ge en ingång till en förståelse för hur katalogtexter genom en aktiv narration skapar en normerande bild av konstnärskap..

Gestaltningsförslag till nybyggd villa i Kivik med hänsyn till i huvudsak ståndorten. Tomtens öppna läge göra att den är utsatt för stark vind och marken består till större delen av sand, vilket ställer ett högre krav på det valda växtmaterialet. Omgivningen består av hästhagar, ett villaområde från 70/80-talet och ett ljust och öppet läge med naturen som bakgrund, vilket har en stor påverkan på trädgårdens design. Huset har en modern arkitektur och skiljer sig från den övriga bebyggelsen och utmaningen har varit att integrera detta till den övriga omgivningen med hänsyn till den speciella ståndort som finns på platsen.

AbstractThis report intends through a case study to investigate if lightweight concrete isappropriate as main material in the outer wall of a seven storey residential building.A technical design is carried out in accordance with the definitions and requirementsfor passive houses, given by FEBY?s1 ?Demand specification for passive houses?.A literature review is also carried out for a comparison between regular bolt wall andlight weight concrete wall, with a focus on the safety of moisture.The lightweight concrete block used in the report is as a celblock produced by thecompany H+H Sweden AB.The methods used have resulted in compliance with requirements andrecommendations from authorities. Calculations of energy, noise and moisture riskassessment has been carried out.The work has resulted in the conclusion that the lightweight concrete itself is notable to isolate in the extent necessary to obtain chosen U-value of 0,1 W/m2 ° C,without getting to thick. Therefore additional insulation is needed. There are fewrelevant reference objects built with only light weight concrete.

In my study I have participated at the Fifth Dimension / Active Worlds site in Villa Gymnastiken in Ronneby, where I have worked both as an assistant to the project leader and as a researcher, but also as a participant together with the children. The children are working in a virtual world called Femtedim, created in a internet-based program named Active Worlds Education Universe. The Femtedim-world are bridging together two physical worlds in Ronneby and Copenhagen. My main focus is on an intervention that occurred in the 12th of March when the research-team in Copenhagen, which runs the project in Denmark, decided to create a new challenge for the children since some of them started to get bored. They added gravitation to the Femtedim-world, which lead to a few different reactions among the children.

I denna uppsats presenteras vad jag kommit fram till genom underso?kning av William Egglestons fotografi. Jag har fra?mst studerat motiv och teknik i hans fotografiska arbete samt vad han inspirerats av. Jag har influerats av Egglestons i den visuella gestaltning som jag arbetat med parallellt med min underso?kning.Eggleston arbetar efter konceptet ?The democratic camera? vilket inneba?r att han fotograferar saker i sin omgivning utan kulturell va?rdering.

Syftet med studien ?r att unders?ka tio kommuners broschyrer och tre kampanjfilmer som handlar om utsortering av matavfall. Med hj?lp av van Leeuwens (2007) legitimeringsmodell unders?ks vilka legitimeringsstrategier kommuner anv?nder sig av f?r att f? inv?nare att sortera sitt matavfall. Resultatet visar att de vanligaste legitimeringsstrategierna ?r moralisk v?rdering och rationalisering.

This paper deals whit the problems concerning social organisation in the county of Dalarna in middle Sweden during the Middle Ages 1050- 1528. This paper also deals whit the every day ife in Dalarna during the same period. In the paper archaeology, ethnology, history and osteology is used in order to create a so accurate as possibly picture of every day life at the farm, the villa and the keep. Each environment is compared to each other in order to try to see the social structure of the county. The geographic frame for the paper is the part of Sweden above the border zone of Limes Norrlandicus, or lower Norrland.The results presented in the paper shows that Dalarna most probably had a flat social organisation in the meaning that the every day life and its artefacts was much the same in all the environments.

2. SUMMARY A small garden exposed to a harsh coastal climate can be difficult to design. Limitations in space and in plant varieties increase the needs of an in-depth knowledge to achieve wanted goals. In this degree project the challenge has been to create a functional and position adapted garden for a very small beach house lot in Mölle, a little harbour village at the south coast of Kullaberg. ?Villa Malm?, is situated directly on the bedrock in a close settlement where the gardens, in most cases are very small and exposed to strong salty winds.

Background: Associated with the change in the regulations in 2009 concerning how goodwill should be handled in the acquisitions, brand valuation is increasingly recognized. Goodwill will now be identified and the brand will therefore be separated to be individually evaluated. The valuation has a problem with a number of factors that will influence the choice of method, to obtain a reliable value Aim: The purpose of this study is to examine the method used for brand valuation associated with the acquisition situations. In addition, it aims to gain a better understanding of brand valuation and its problems.Method: The study has a qualitative basis, where three key people of brand valuation have been interviewed. These work as valuation specialists at various accounting firms, this to get answers that could be compared.

För att framgångsrikt kunna marknadsföra sina tjänster måste företag ha kunskap om vilka kriterier kunder anser vara viktiga vid val av leverantör. Syftet med denna uppsats var att identifiera vilka kriterier villaförsäljare anser vara viktiga och vilka som anses vara avgörande när de utvärderar och väljer fastighetsmäklare. Undersökningen skedde i form av en enkätstudie. Enkäten skickades till alla privatpersoner som hade villa till försäljning i Piteå kommun under en vecka i maj 2002. Det erhållna resultatet pekar på att respondenterna anser att mäklarens trovärdighet, dennes inställning och uppträdande, mäklarens förståelse för kundens behov och intressen samt personalens kompetens och sakkunskap var de fyra viktigaste faktorerna.
