Detta examensarbete har gjorts i samarbete med JM Entreprenad som är ett helägt dotterbolag till JM AB. JM AB är ett av Sveriges största byggföretag. Arbetet har gått ut på att hjälpa JM Entreprenad Region Hus med att undersöka hur erfarenhetsåterföringen mellan Kalkylavdelningen och produktion ser ut samt att komma med förslag till förbättringar.Erfarenhetsåterföring handlar om att samla in och återanvända de erfarenheter och kunskaper som kommer från olika delar av organisationen för att sedan ha dessa som utgångspunkt för förbättringar av det framtida arbetet.Det finns i nuläget inga fastslagna rutiner för hur denna erfarenhetsåterföring skall genomföras vilket är en stor brist i organisationen. För att förändra detta bör företaget sträva efter att bli en lärande organisation och skapa tydliga rutiner för hur detta arbete skall läggas upp..

With a growing share of non-permanent residents in the region with demand for help and services, this culture has during the later years been able to prosper. The social reproduc-tion in the municipality also seems to be extensive. In addition to original background, appar-ently the municipality?s service-dominated trade and industry culture has also affected the choice of education and profession of the youth in Norrtälje.

The aim of this thesis is to investigate the electric solar potential on the Swedish island Gotland. The Gotlandic habitations have been divided into four house categories. For each category energy demand, roof area, geographic orientation androof tilt have been decided. Solar radiation data have been collected from the Swedish solar radiation model STRÃ…NG (STRÃ…NG, 2012).The buildings characteristics and the solar radiation have been used as input values in common solar formulas, the solar potential for each building category have been summed up to a total electric solar potential for the region.The electric solar potential on Gotland was calculated to 242 GWh/year with solar data from 2010. Gotlands largest city, Visby, is marked as cultural heritage by UNESCO (UNESCO, 2012).

This study has been performed with the help of forest machine operators in order to improve the forestry planning at Holmen Skog Örnsköldsvik-region. For Holmen Skog forestry planning is basic for a successful forestry. In a survey I have investigated what can be improved in some areas that are planned for harvesting. The result of the investigation will be used to support the machine operators as much as possible. The study has generated 49.5 % of responses and because of this low response rate, no clear conclusions to anyone else except the responding machine operators can be drawn. It has been proved that there are some details in the forestry planning system that are inadequate, such as marked routs for trails, tractor paths and buffer zones against streams. The quality of forestry planning varies greatly between different locations, as much as 50 % of the responding machine operators thought so. Over 40 % of the responding machine operators claim that the information from Holmen is insufficient. One thing that would improve the forestry planning within Holmen would be to educate all forestry planners and then do continuous follow-ups..

Over the past few years the Ã…land islands have attracted growing internationalattention as an example of how to successfully secure the position of a minorityregion, and in the current situation the government of Ã…land has an intention toextend the efforts of spreading the example of Ã…land. Upon marketing the system in Europe and the USA cost savings generated from reduced work force have been prevailing. Since the cost of labour is much lower in the Asia Pacific region other factors have to be stressed. The parameters of flexibility and quality assurance may however cover any initial investment in a production system. Our purpose is to value flexibility and quality in a manufacturing context, applied to DAS, in order to use it in investment calculations. In order to make an adequate estimation of different companies, due to problems associated with acquiring correct figures, the Key Success Factors needs to be examined so that the gathering of numbers can be conducted with more focus.

The Christianisation of Sweden is not much about religion. Instead, there is much to be gained by looking at it as a colonial situation with changing social identities and power structures. This is evident by the prevalence of hybridisations in the archaeological material.Some of the material categories that show the clearest example of changes are the burials from the 9th century up until about AD 1200. This is exemplified by two different Iron Age burial sites in Stockholm county, Uppland, Sweden: RAÄ 59, Valsta, in Norrsunda parish and RAÄ 40, Lilla Ullevi, in Bro parish; They both show hybridisation by involving older elements with newer ones during a time period when the church was not quite established in the region yet.The Christianisation of Sweden is a colonial situation, but the research tradition has often also used a colonial lens from the 19th and early 20th century in its approach to the period. Genom att användamaterial från den europeiska forskningsprojektet European Social Survey (ESS)undersöks hypotesen om det föreligger värderingsskillnader mellan Sydsverige ochövriga Sverige i inställning till det mångkulturella samhället som då kan ha en del i förklaringen varför Sverigedemokraterna är starka just i Sydsverige.

Since some years Linköping has invested in biogas production, mainly from offal's, residuals from food industry and manure. The municipality goes for biogas in the local traffic and in all transportation. It is also possible for private car owners to run their cars on biogas. The purpose of this essay is to perform a cost-benefit analysis and examine if the project has been beneficial from a social point of view. I wanted to focus this essay on the operative?s perspective of running religious organizations in the city of Karlstad and to see positive and negative aspects of their day-to-day life working with their organization, following up with a comparison of the difference and the similarities between those groups. After delimitating which groups I was going to examine, I implemented a qualitative study of four people, from two different religious groups, whom I performed interviews with. My method of performing these interviews and understanding the perspective of the informants, I had a semi structured interview guide along with a recent study that was opting for similar conclusions, only in a different county and with different input perspective. The result of my study showed a difference in establishment of their region but with a lot of similarities in problems with their religious and structural premises.

In the proposition Nya förmånsrättsregler, 2002/03:49, the government suggests a new bill of beneficial rights, or FRL. The proposition has several changes, mostly for The Banking system. One of the changes is that the banks´ individual beneficial rights shall be replaced by a general beneficial right, where the beneficial value never exceeds 55 percent of the value of insurance bonds. Previously, the beneficial value was 100 percent.The purpose of this essay is to evaluate the relationship between the banks´ activities, and the new bill of beneficial rights, especially what the effects will become for the public companies within the printing houses, with 1 - 49 employees in the Skåne Region.The survey includes a total of 142 companies and it was distributed via e-mail. The conclusions from the study are that there are tendencies of increased difficulties for companies to get their credits granted by the banks.

Detta påverkar resor i vardera kommunen med ett transportmönster som skiljer sig åt. Denna studie vill påvisa den skillnad som olik bebyggelsestruktur ger med avseende på persontransporter. Detta i syfte att i framtiden bättre planera för ett hållbart samhälle med minimalt antal miljöbelastande trafik. Som tjänsteman inom planeringsområdet är det viktigt ha kunskaper om skillnader och speciellt valsituationer i en kommun eller i en region om dess framtida långsiktiga utveckling. Det är också viktigt att ej ha en övertro på det arbete som planerare kan åstadkomma då samhället i övrigt har gott om aktörer som vill påverka den fysiska strukturen.
