The main purpose of this paper is to examine how the regulatory environment of ?equality plans" are implemented at the municipal level of decision making in the school environment - in terms of both local politicians, school structures and management by teachers.The paper will present how the implementation theory works in practice by examining two high schools in the Municipality of Norrkoping and see what differences exist in the implementation process of "equality plans" in schools with a variety of high and relatively low immigrant background among students.We will present how it seems from different perspectives. Are teachers today controlled by public professional ethics or personal reasons, where those street level bureaucrats mainly act on feeling depending on the case? And how might this affect the law? Do they in fact understand, or have the knowledge and the willingness to implement?In our study, we are using a comparative case study method with an interview guide. A comparison between the two school´s equality plan have been analyzed where we have developed key differences and similarities that we recognized regarding the subject.The results of the study demonstrate that the context is very crucial to addressing these issues.

Ambitionen och målet med mitt projekt var att visualisera delar av en berättelse med hjälp av den senaste datortekniken. Detta tog sin form av en 3d-animation. Målet var inte att producera en färdig kortfilm utan att arbeta med utvalda delar. Projektet var indelat i tre block; en planerings- och researchfas, en produktionsfas och en reflektionsfas. Stora delar av magisterarbetet har bestått av att producera innehåll som sedan ska analyseras. Med arbetet vill jag att folk ska få mer förståelse för 3d-tekniken som ett flexibelt och intressant konstverktyg.

This essay aims to examine managers experiences of control at the workplace within the property sector, and how these experiences differ between female and male managers. This study is a qualitative single case study that intends to offer a deeper understanding of a unique case and uses an abductive method approach. The essay is based on two main theories, Foucault?s (2003) theory of control and the gender system of Hirdman (1988, 2001) and is supplemented by previous studies of the modern workplace. The study is based on eighteen semi-structured interviews that aims to capture the participants personal experiences regarding control at the modern workplace, and the norms, surveillance, hierarchies, and self-discipline that make up this control.

I JAS 39 Gripen finns funktioner, kallade uppdragsberäkningar, som informerarpiloten om hur mycket bränsle och tid som förväntas gå åt för att slutföra detaktuella flyguppdraget. Uppdragsberäkningsdelen är stor och komplex och genomatt göra en modell av uppdragsberäkningarna kan man enklare simulera och verifieradem innan införandet av en ändring. I detta examensarbete har en modellav koden implementerats i MATLAB/Simulink.Under arbetet har en bränsleberäkningskärna och en accelerationsberäkningsfunktionmodellerats. I samband med modelleringen har modelleringsmetoder utvecklatsför vanligt förekommande dataobjekt och funktionaliteter i koden, såsom variabler,loopar och if-satser. En stor del av arbetet har handlat om validering av modellen mot originalkoden.

Therefore, marketers have to start thinking outside the box and find new ways to get consumers' attention. One of these methods is called guerilla marketing. The strength of guerilla marketing is its way to be unexpected and unusual.

Systemutveckling gentemot försvarsindustrin kan i många fall bli komplext och innefatta väldigt stora projekt. Samtidigt har utvecklingen av modelleringsverktyg fortsatt och användningen av modellering har blivit ett potentiellt verktyg för att garantera kvalitativa kravdokument.Studien har studerat vilka för- och nackdelar det finns med att arbeta modell- respektive dokumentbaserat i projekt gentemot försvarsindustrin. Modellbaserat refereras i rapporten som användning av modeller för att skapa kravdokument medan dokumentbaserad utveckling innebär en mer traditionell syn på utvecklingen där krav formuleras i fritext och sedan lämnas över till ansvariga för implementering.Studien har med hjälp av intervjuer som främsta datainsamlingsmetod med projekt involverade i utveckling av system gentemot försvarsindustrin identifierat fördelar och nackdelar med de båda respektive metoderna. Studien har kommit fram till att arbeta modellbaserat garanterar en hög kvalitet och har en förmåga att hantera en hög komplexitet, däremot är metoden mer beroende av verktyg och kompetens jämfört med dokumentbaserad utveckling. Den dokumentbaserade utvecklingsmetoden karaktäriseras av att vara en enkel metod utan något specifikt verktygsberoende, däremot har metoden visat sig vara olämplig för komplexa och stora projekt där spårbarhet i kraven är kritisk..

Swedish agricultural businesses are facing challenges in order to achieve long-term profitability. The opportunity to improve profitability and efficiency on farm level may be enhanced by management. One way to work with leadership is to use Lean. It is a management system that aims to improve competitiveness. Currently, there is a project where Lean is implemented into 100 agricultural firms.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the kind of treatment strategies used by Swedish Veterinarians with cattle practice when treating calves with symptoms of pneumonia. A questionnaire, consisting of seven questions, was sent to one hundred veterinarians who have had practice with cattle and are employed by the Swedish Board of Agriculture. The survey was answered by a total of 73% of the Veterinarians. Of the respondents, 73 % use Penicillins as their first choice of drug for treating calves with symptoms of pneumonia, and as their second choice 64 % use Tetracycline. Supplementary treatment such as NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) and/or SAID (steroid anti-inflammatory drugs) are used by 97.5 % of the respondents.

Med det ökande behovet av lösningar till att sänka koldioxidutsläppen så har turboladdaren fått fler och nya användningsområden. Från att till en början vara en produkt som används för att öka motoreffekten så bidrar turboladdaren idag till att minska motorerna med bibehållen effekt och på sätt minimera utsläpp av exempelvis koldioxid.Surge är ett kritiskt tillstånd för turboladdaren som bör undvikas då det oscillerande trycket som uppstår vid surge kan leda till att turboladdaren och motorn skadas. Hur surge-tillståndet förekommer och dess negativa inverkan på turboladdaren beskrivs i denna rapport.Utförandet av arbetet har skett med hjälp av KTH CICERO strömningslabb som drivs av Competence Center for Gas Exchange (CCGEx) som är ett samarbete mellan KTH och näringslivet, strömningslabbet är byggt för att kunna analysera turboladdaren (Garrett GT1752). I denna rapport används strömningslabbet för att få en bättre uppfattning om vad som händer med kompressorn när den arbetar i surge.

The use of Internet by children and teenagers has become a special field of interest. Certain risks are associated with young peoples use of this media and national and international measures have been taken to assess and counter these risks.Library and informationscience have approached the subject of risks by looking at different software´s, so called Internet filters, that is used to control and censor the access to Internet based resources. In the USA, where public services and institutions that provide Internet resources to children and youth have started to require censorship of the Internet, a debate has arisen concerning the use of so called Internet filters.The theoretical basis of this master´s thesis is related to the conception of risk, gender and childhood. The focus of the paper lies on young peoples use of information and communication technology (ICT) and how risks associated with young peoples use of the Internet is constructed by different parties involved in supplying Internet resources. By means of a case study at a primary school in Skåne and at the company Netscan in Malmö.

This study focuses on costume as a source of information. By making a case study of an 1880's dress itaims to explore the conservators potential as an investigator and conveyor of the information containedin a costume. Further explanation of this role is made by reference to several statements made by wellknown textile conservators. The paper also explores the different words used to make a new version ofa preserved or inexistant garment, gives an extensive presentation of taking patterns and an insight tothe other methods used for analysing costumes. The case study consists of an investigation of the dressconstruction, during which a pattern is taken, and a literature study of the contemporary fashion, theowner of the dress and the maker of the dress.
